Technical Field

Background

According to 2010 statistics, the discharge amount of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) in the textile industry is the fourth in 39 industries in China, the total amount is 30.5 ten thousand tons, and about 25% of the discharge amount comes from desizing wastewater. The main reason for the high COD of the desizing wastewater is that a large amount of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) slurry with high COD and low biodegradability is contained in the desizing wastewater. PVA slurry is difficult to desize and poor in biodegradability, and is accumulated in a large amount after being discharged into a water body, so that the respiratory activity of aquatic organisms is inhibited and destroyed, heavy metals in sediments are released and migrated, and further more serious water pollution is caused.

In recent years, China advocates that PVA is replaced by modified starch/acrylic acid compound sizing agent, which has relatively high feasibility, but the acrylic acid sizing agent has strong moisture absorption and re-viscosity and higher price, and can only be used as auxiliary sizing agent. The modified starch slurry has the defects of slurry aging gel, hard and brittle slurry film and the like, is difficult to slurry pure cotton with high grade, high density and high tightness and special polyester cotton products, the modification treatment also improves the cost of the slurry, reduces the market competitiveness of the slurry, and the modified starch is still questionable as green and environment-friendly slurry because substances which are harmful to human bodies and the environment, such as formaldehyde, heavy metal salt and the like, are used in the modification process. In order to produce modified starch, more than 20 million tons of starch are consumed in China every year. This is clearly a burden for china, a country that needs to thrive 21% of the world's population with 9% of the arable land. How to find a practical and feasible road for realizing environment-friendly sizing according to the national conditions of China is still a major problem to be solved by the textile industry at present. In order to solve the above problems, it is necessary to develop a PVA-free, low-consumption and environment-friendly sizing technology.

B) immersing the yarns: the yarn is immersed into the padding solution in an open width mode, the immersion speed is kept at 20 m/min, the immersion rate of the yarn is controlled to be more than 80%, and the whole immersion environment is 5-80 ℃; C) padding treatment: padding the immersed yarn for 10 s-15 min;

D) yarn cleaning: immersing the padded yarns into cleaning fluid for 15-20 min, wherein the whole immersion environment is 10-100 ℃;

E) drying: drawing and drying the cleaned yarn in an open width state, wherein the drying temperature is 100-140 ℃, and the tentering and drying time is 2-3 min;

F) and (3) finished product: and curling the dried yarn to obtain a finished product.
