The easy-to-clean finishing agent for polyester-cotton blended fabric according to claim 1 is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 35g/l of carboxymethyl cellulose, 120g/l of water-based acrylate copolymer emulsion, 18g/l of isopropenyl stearate, 13g/l of dimethyl hydrogen-containing polysiloxane, 20g/l of aluminum zirconium acid ester coupling agent, 6g/l of water-soluble silicone oil and the balance of deionized water.

Background

The polyester-cotton blended fabric is easy to be stained with oil stains in the using process, if the oil stains are not cleaned in time, the polyester-cotton blended fabric is difficult to be thoroughly cleaned, and common polyester-cotton blended fabric is subjected to easy decontamination finishing so as to overcome the defects. At present, a plurality of soil release finishing agents exist in the domestic market, the effect is still not ideal, and the price is expensive. Therefore, the development of the easy-to-clean finishing agent with good effect for the polyester-cotton blended fabric is very important.

The Chinese invention patent CN 103668989A discloses a soil release finishing agent for a polyester-cotton blended fabric and a preparation method thereof, wherein the soil release finishing agent for the polyester-cotton blended fabric comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-18 parts of carboxymethyl cellulose, 5-6 parts of water-soluble silicone oil, 20-25 parts of water-based acrylate copolymer emulsion, 20-25 parts of glycerol and 80-90 parts of water.

Preferably, 35g/l of carboxymethyl cellulose, 120g/l of water-based acrylate copolymer emulsion, 18g/l of isopropenyl stearate, 13g/l of dimethyl hydrogen-containing polysiloxane, 20g/l of aluminum zirconate coupling agent, 6g/l of water-soluble silicone oil and the balance of deionized water.
