Background

The lubricating oil system is an important component of a small turbojet engine, and the lubricating oil system of the small turbojet engine at present only consists of a lubricating oil tank, a lubricating oil pump and a pipeline system. The adoption of the lubricating oil system can cause the lubricating oil to leak when the lubricating oil tank stores the oil, and the workload of product maintenance is increased after the oil leakage occurs.

When the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank and the lubricating oil inlet pipe is leaked, air exists in the lubricating oil inlet pipe and the lubricating oil pump, and after the lubricating oil is refilled into the lubricating oil tank, a section of air column is formed between the lubricating oil inlet pipe and the lubricating oil pump inlet pipe. Therefore, a system capable of reducing the static leakage of the lubricating oil system of the small turbojet engine and reducing the hidden danger of the air plug is urgently needed.

Disclosure of Invention

Based on the problems, the invention provides a turbojet engine lubricating oil system, which is used for solving the problems that in the prior art, a small and medium-sized turbojet engine lubricating oil system has a dripping phenomenon in a static state and has air plug hidden danger. When the engine is started, air in the pipeline system enters the upper throttling joint, so that the resistance behind the pump is reduced, and the problem of air plug of the booster pump is solved; when the engine stops, air at the upper part of the lubricating oil tank enters the lower throttling joint, and an air column is formed between an oil inlet of the lubricating oil pump and lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank, so that the phenomenon of dripping and leaking of the lubricating oil can be reduced.

The invention specifically adopts the following technical scheme for realizing the purpose:

a turbojet engine lubricating oil system comprises a lubricating oil tank, wherein a variable throttle valve is mounted on the outer wall of the lubricating oil tank, the variable throttle valve is connected with a lubricating oil pump through a pipeline system, and the lubricating oil pump is connected with an engine; the variable throttle valve comprises a valve block body, wherein an atmosphere communicating joint and an upper throttling joint which are communicated with each other are arranged on the valve block body, the atmosphere communicating joint is connected with an atmosphere communicating pipe which extends to the inner top of the lubricating oil tank, a lower throttling joint which is communicated with the upper throttling joint and has a flow resistance effect is arranged in the valve block body, and the variable throttle valve is further connected with an inner suction pipe which extends to the inner lower part of the lubricating oil tank and is communicated with the lower throttling joint.

The working principle is as follows: when the engine starts, the lubricating oil pump starts to work, air is stored in the pipeline system at the moment, the lubricating oil pump starts to suck the air in the pipeline system under the action of self-energy absorption force, the air enters the upper throttling joint through the pipeline system after being compressed and cannot enter the one-way valve, so that the resistance after the pump is reduced, and the problem of air plug of the booster pump is solved. Because the flow resistance effect of lower throttle joint, the compressed air that gets into upper throttle joint can get into lubricating oil tank upper portion air cavity through atmosphere communicating pipe, forms the jam effect to lower throttle joint simultaneously, reduces the booster pump efficiency loss that brings because lower throttle joint, and the air in the discharge piping system fast to form the negative pressure in the piping system, the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank gets into the lubricating oil pump oil inlet under the effect of negative pressure, and the lubricating oil pump begins the pressure boost.

When the engine stops working, the booster pump stops supplying oil, air at the upper part of the lubricating oil tank enters the lower throttling joint through the atmosphere communicating pipe and then enters the pipeline system, an air column is formed between the oil inlet of the lubricating oil pump and lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank, a continuous circulating medium is prevented from being formed between the lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank and the inlet of the lubricating oil pump, and the phenomenon of lubricating oil dripping can be reduced.

In conclusion, when the engine is started, air in the pipeline system enters the upper throttling joint, so that the resistance behind the pump is reduced, and the problem of air plug of the booster pump is solved; when the engine stops, air at the upper part of the lubricating oil tank enters the lower throttling joint, and an air column is formed between an oil inlet of the lubricating oil pump and lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank, so that the phenomenon of dripping and leaking of the lubricating oil can be reduced.

As a preferable mode, the pipeline system comprises an external oil suction pipe and a high-pressure oil inlet pipe, and the upper throttling joint is connected with an oil outlet of the lubricating oil pump through the high-pressure oil inlet pipe; the variable throttle valve is connected with an oil inlet of the lubricating oil pump through an external oil suction pipe.

As a preferred mode, the variable throttle valve further comprises an oil inlet joint arranged in the valve block, one end of the oil inlet joint is connected with an oil inlet of the lubricating oil pump through an outer oil suction pipe, and the other end of the oil inlet joint is connected with an inner oil suction pipe.

Preferably, the atmosphere communication joint and the upper throttling joint are connected with the valve block body through threads, and rubber gaskets are arranged among the atmosphere communication joint, the upper throttling joint and the valve block body.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) when the engine is started, air in the pipeline system enters the upper throttling joint, so that the resistance behind the pump is reduced, and the problem of air plug of the booster pump is solved; when the engine stops, air at the upper part of the lubricating oil tank enters the lower throttling joint, and an air column is formed between an oil inlet of the lubricating oil pump and lubricating oil in the lubricating oil tank, so that the phenomenon of dripping and leaking of the lubricating oil can be reduced.

(2) The upper throttling joint and the lower throttling joint have an adjustable function and are suitable for lubricating oil pumps of different models.

(3) According to the invention, the oil inlet joint, the atmosphere communicating joint and the upper throttling joint are connected with the valve block body through threads, so that the oil inlet joint, the atmosphere communicating joint and the upper throttling joint are convenient to detach and mount from the valve block body.

(4) According to the invention, the rubber ring is arranged between the oil inlet joint and the valve block body, and the rubber gaskets are arranged between the atmosphere communication joint, the upper throttling joint and the valve block body, so that the sealing performance among the oil inlet joint, the atmosphere communication joint, the upper throttling joint and the valve block body can be improved.
