Background

The air charging device is an article which is frequently used by people and comprises a life buoy, an air cushion and the like. Usually, the structure is a gas chamber and a gas nozzle, and an internal or external plug is arranged in the gas nozzle to seal the gas in the gas chamber. The inflating device has the following defects in the using process: 1. when the air chamber leaks due to scratching, grinding, puncturing or the like, the device can quickly lose the original shape, so that the original use function is lost, and even danger is caused; 2. because the air pressure in the air chamber is larger than that outside the air chamber and the device is extruded in use, the pressure in the air chamber is increased, so that the air in the air chamber easily escapes from the air tap to generate slow braking air, and the use is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a novel inflating device which is simple in structure and reasonable in design and can effectively overcome the defects of the existing inflating device.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the device is composed of an air chamber and an air nozzle, and is characterized in that: the air chamber is composed of a plurality of independent air chambers, each independent air chamber is connected in parallel with an air path communicated with the air faucet through an air path air pressure valve in the air chamber, and each independent air chamber is communicated with the air path through a positive air chamber air pressure valve and a negative air chamber air pressure valve respectively.

By adopting the structure, when in inflation, the external air source inflation connecting piece is connected with the air faucet, the air pressure pushes away the air passage air pressure valve to inflate the air passage, along with the rise of the air pressure in the air passage, the air pressure pushes away the air pressure valve of each positive air chamber to inflate the independent air chambers, the inflation is stopped after each independent air chamber is filled, and the air pressure valve of the positive air chamber loses the required opening pressure and is closed instantly; when in deflation, the deflation connecting piece is used for jacking the air pressure valve of the air path, and then the air pressure valve of the reverse air chamber is opened by vacuum of the extrusion air chamber or the air suction path, so that the air in each independent air chamber is discharged. After the inflation, the air path and each independent air chamber in the device are independent units and are in independent closed states. Therefore, when the device is used, the leakage of any unit does not affect other units, so that the form change of the whole device is small, the original use function is kept, and the danger is avoided. Meanwhile, due to the double protection of the positive air chamber air pressure valve and the air circuit air pressure valve, the air in the air chamber is difficult to escape from the air nozzle, the slow air braking is avoided, and the normal use of the device is ensured. The invention has simple structure and reasonable design, fills the blank of the inflation device and is worth of wide popularization and application.

Detailed Description

As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention is composed of an air chamber and an air faucet 2 with a sealing cover 1. Wherein the air chamber is formed by a plurality of individual air chambers 7. Each independent air chamber 7 is connected in parallel with an air path 6 which is arranged in the air chamber and is communicated with the air tap 2 through the air path air pressure valve 3. Each independent air chamber 7 is respectively communicated with the air passage 6 through a positive air chamber air pressure valve 4 and a negative air chamber air pressure valve 5. The gas circuit 6 is also provided with a pressure release valve 8, the gas circuit 6 is communicated with the outside through the pressure release valve 8, and the pressure release valve 8 is used for releasing pressure when the gas circuit 6 is over-full and has higher air pressure, so as to prevent the independent air chambers 7 from expanding and exploding due to over-high air pressure.

As shown in fig. 2, the pneumatic valve used in the present invention is composed of a valve body 10 and a valve core 9 therein; the valve body 10 is internally provided with a pressure spring 11 which can press the valve core 9 to form a seal, and the outer side of the valve body 10 is provided with a vent 12. In use, the gas pressure pushes the valve element 9 open, and gas passes through the gap between the valve element 9 and the valve body 10 and the vent 12.
