For the application occasions with larger difference of fluid pressure before and after adjustment, a multi-stage pressure reducing valve is usually adopted, and the fluid is gradually reduced in pressure by utilizing the multi-stage structure of a sleeve in the pressure reducing valve.

The applicant provides a rational-structure self-cleaning multistage depressurization regulating valve aiming at the defects in the prior art, so that self-cleaning during blockage of the regulating valve is realized while effective multistage depressurization is realized, the service performance of the regulating valve is greatly improved, and the service life of the regulating valve is greatly prolonged.

the single disc is of an annular structure, the inner circles of the discs form a valve core hole in the middle of the sleeve along the axial direction, and the valve core is positioned in the valve core hole and moves along the valve core hole; the diameter of the inner circle of the disc positioned at the top of the sleeve is smaller than that of the valve core, so that the movement of the valve core is axially limited.

Bosses extend circumferentially at the edges of the individual disks and support and space adjacent disks to form inter-layer flow passages for fluid flow.

The valve rod is installed through the top of the valve body, one end of the valve rod is located outside the valve body and connected with an external power mechanism, and the other end of the valve rod extends into the inside of the valve body and is provided with a valve core at the end.
The bottom of the valve body is provided with a first valve seat, and an inlet is formed through the first valve seat and the bottom of the valve body; and a second valve seat is arranged on the side surface of the valve body, and an outlet is formed by penetrating the second valve seat and the side wall of the valve body.
And a sewage discharge hole is formed in the side wall of the valve body, which is positioned beside the sewage discharge cavity, and the sewage discharge hole is used for communicating the sewage discharge cavity with the outside.
The through holes on the adjacent disks are arranged in a staggered manner; the sewage discharge grooves are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the discs; the distance between the sewage discharge grooves is consistent with the interval between the adjacent discs.

when the upper plane of the valve core is attached to the bottom surface of the top layer disk, the diameter of the inner circle of the top layer disk is smaller than that of the valve core, so that the upward force is applied to the top layer disk by the valve core in the upward moving process, the sleeve integrally moves upwards along with the valve core, the spring is pressed, the outer edge of an interlayer channel between adjacent disks is aligned with a sewage discharge groove in an interlayer, fluid scours the fluid channel in the flowing process to bring a blockage to a sewage discharge cavity, and the fluid flows out through the sewage discharge hole, the self-cleaning function of the regulating valve is realized, the blocking phenomenon of the regulating valve is greatly reduced or even avoided, and the service performance and the service life.
The invention also comprises the following advantages:
the spring is in a compressed state, and the compression elastic force of the spring axially acts on the sleeve, so that the sleeve is attached to the inner bottom surface of the valve body; during self-cleaning, the sleeve moves upwards under the action of the valve core, the spring is further compressed, and after the self-cleaning is finished, the sleeve is reset to the inner bottom surface of the valve body under the action of the spring;
the through holes on the adjacent disks are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the through holes on the adjacent disks are prevented from being opposite, the resistance of a fluid medium is increased while friction is generated between the fluid medium and the disks in the flowing process of the fluid, and the fluid medium is more assisted in effective pressure reduction.
