Background

The lamp is used as lighting equipment and widely applied to daily life of people; in addition, with the continuous development and change of lamp products in the LED lighting industry, the current lamp installation methods mainly include ceiling-suction, pre-embedding, suspension, embedding, flat-placement, and the like.

After the lamp is fixed by adopting the existing installation modes of ceiling suction, pre-embedding, suspension, embedding, flat placement and the like, the irradiation angle of the lamp is also determined, and if the irradiation angle of the lamp needs to be adjusted according to different application scenes of the lamp, the whole lamp and the installation base need to be detached, and the irradiation angle of the lamp needs to be adjusted again; therefore, the existing lamp mounting and fixing mode has the problem that the lamp irradiation angle is inconvenient to adjust.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. Referring to fig. 1-5, an embodiment of the present invention discloses an adjusting support; the disclosed adjusting support comprises a rotating seat 200 and a base 100, wherein the rotating seat 200 is rotatably arranged on the base 100; the rotating base 200 is provided with a plurality of first latch teeth 240 along the rotating circumferential direction of the rotating base 200; the base 100 is provided with a rotation adjusting portion provided with at least one second latch 510 for being engaged with the first latch 240, and the rotation adjusting portion has a first state in which the second latch 510 is engaged with the first latch 240 and a second state in which the second latch 510 is separated from the first latch 240.

When the rotation adjusting portion is in the first state that the second latch 510 is engaged with the first latch 240, the rotation adjusting portion can clamp the rotation base 200 through the engaged second latch 510 and the first latch 240, so that the rotation base 200 is positioned and limited, and the rotation base 200 is fixedly maintained at the rotation adjusting position.

When the rotation adjusting portion is in the second state where the second latch 510 is separated from the first latch 240, the rotation adjusting portion can release the rotation base 200 through the separated second latch 510 and the first latch 240, so that the positioning restriction of the rotation base 200 is released, and the rotation base can be smoothly adjusted in rotation.

Therefore, compared with the mounting base structure of the existing lamp, the adjusting support disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can realize the rotation adjustment of the irradiation angle of the lamp 600, meet the requirements of different application scenes on the irradiation angle of the lamp 600, enable the lamp 600 to achieve a better illumination effect, and improve the compatibility of the lamp 600 and the illumination application scenes.

As shown in fig. 2, the rotation adjusting portion may be an elastic claw 500, one end of the elastic claw 500 is a fixed end and is connected to the base 100, the other end of the elastic claw 500 is a free end, and the second latch 510 is disposed at the free end of the elastic claw 500.

In the rotation adjustment process of the rotary base 200, the first latch 240 disposed on the rotary base 200 and the second latch 510 disposed on the free end of the elastic claw 500 move relatively, when the first latch 240 and the second latch 510 move from the engagement position to the relative position, the first latch 240 pushes the second latch 510 to make the free end of the elastic claw 500 elastically deform and leave the rotary base 200, that is, the elastic claw 500 is in the state where the second latch 510 is separated from the first latch 240, so that the positioning restriction of the rotary base 200 is released, and the rotation adjustment can be smoothly performed.

After the rotating base 200 is rotated and adjusted to a proper angle, the first latch 240 moves to a position staggered with the second latch 510, the free end of the elastic claw 500 returns to an initial position close to the rotating base 200 under the action of elastic restoring force, and the second latch 510 arranged at the free end of the elastic claw 500 is re-engaged with the first latch 240 arranged at the rotating base 200, that is, the elastic claw 500 is in a first state that the second latch 510 is engaged with the first latch 240, so that the rotating base 200 is positioned and limited, and the rotation adjustment angle can be fixedly maintained.

Therefore, based on the elastic claw 500 disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the second latch is separated from/engaged with the first latch by the adaptive elastic deformation of the elastic claw 500 during the rotation adjustment of the rotary base 200, so as to realize the automatic actions of positioning limitation and positioning limitation release of the rotary base 200, and make the rotation adjustment of the rotary base more convenient and faster.

In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate the fixing and detaching of the lamp 600 and the rotating base 200, the rotating base 200 is further provided with a clamping portion 400 for clamping the lamp 600; as shown in particular in fig. 2, the clamping portion 400 includes a first clamping jaw 410 and a second clamping jaw 420 disposed opposite to each other; one end of the first clamping jaw 410 is a fixed end and is connected with the rotating seat 200, and the other end of the first clamping jaw 410 is a free end; one end of the second clamping jaw 420 is a fixed end and is connected with the rotating base 200, and the other end of the second clamping jaw 420 is a free end; therefore, during the process of clamping the lamp 600 between the first clamping jaw 410 and the second clamping jaw 420, the lamp 600 can spread the first clamping jaw 410 and the second clamping jaw 420, so that the lamp 600 is placed between the first clamping jaw 410 and the second clamping jaw 420, and the lamp 600 is clamped and fixed by the elastic restoring force of the first clamping jaw 410 and the second clamping jaw 420. The first clamping jaw 410 and the second clamping jaw 420 are preferably plate-shaped, so that the clamping contact surface can be increased to improve the firmness of clamping and fixing; of course, the first clamping jaw 410 and the second clamping jaw 420 may be designed into other shapes such as a column.

In order to improve the fixing reliability of the first clamping jaw 410 and the second clamping jaw 420 with the lamp 600, a first protrusion 411 that is in snap fit with the lamp 600 may be disposed at a free end of the first clamping jaw 410, and the first protrusion 411 is located on a side of the first clamping jaw 410 facing the second clamping jaw 420; a second protrusion 421 for snap-fitting with the lamp 600 is disposed at the free end of the second clamping jaw 420, and the second protrusion 421 is located on the side of the second clamping jaw 420 facing the first clamping jaw 410.

Correspondingly, the two sides of the lamp 600 clamped and fixed between the first clamping jaw 410 and the second clamping jaw 420 may have a concave part in snap fit with the first convex part 411 and the second convex part 421, so that after the lamp 600 is clamped and fixed between the first clamping jaw 410 and the second clamping jaw 420, the first convex part 411 and the second convex part 421 may be embedded into the concave part on the two sides of the lamp 600, thereby improving the clamping and fixing firmness of the first clamping jaw 410 and the second clamping jaw 420 and the lamp 600.

Meanwhile, in order to enable the lamp 600 to move and adjust along the direction of the rotation axis of the lamp 600, the concave portion may be a strip-shaped groove extending along the direction of the rotation axis of the lamp 600, so that the first convex portion 411 and the second convex portion 421 may be in sliding fit with the strip-shaped grooves at two sides of the lamp 600, thereby achieving the movement and adjustment of the lamp 600 along the direction of the rotation axis of the lamp 600, better meeting the adjustment requirement of the lamp 600, and being particularly suitable for the lamp 600 with a strip shape, such as a lamp strip.

Preferably, the first jaw 410 has a first circuitous portion, and the first circuitous portion is bent or bent to a side away from the second jaw 420; the second clamping jaw 420 has a second circuitous part, and the second circuitous part is bent or bended to the side away from the first clamping jaw 410; therefore, the clamping force of the first clamping jaw 410 and the second clamping jaw 420 can be improved through the design of the circuitous part, and the clamping and fixing firmness of the lamp 600 can be improved more favorably.

In order to improve the stability of the clamping and fixing of the lamp 600, a supporting portion 430 may be disposed between the first clamping jaw 410 and the second clamping jaw 420, and the height of the supporting portion 430 is lower than the height of the first clamping jaw 410 and the height of the second clamping jaw 420; the support 430 has an end face against which the lamp 600 abuts; after the lamp 600 is clamped and fixed between the first clamping jaw 410 and the second clamping jaw 420, the lamp 600 can abut against the end face of the supporting portion 430, so that the stability of clamping and fixing the lamp 600 is improved. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the support portion 430 is shaped as a T-shaped structural member, including a transversely disposed end plate and a longitudinally disposed support plate.

Of course, the supporting portion 430 may also be provided with other shapes and structures, for example, the supporting portion 430 is a square table, a circular table, or a cylindrical structural member; the clamping portion 400 may also be provided with other clamping structures, for example, the clamping portion 400 is two clamping plates controlled by a spring mechanism, etc.; the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific shape and structure of the supporting portion 430 and the clamping portion 400.

In the adjusting support disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the base 100 may be provided with a first side plate 140 and a second side plate 150, and the first side plate 140 and the second side plate 150 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the base 100; the rotating base 200 is rotatably disposed between the first side plate 140 and the second side plate 150, so that the first side plate 140 and the second side plate 150 can serve as a bearing structure for the rotating base 200 to rotate, and the stability of the rotating base 200 is improved.

As a specific structure of the rotary seat 200 disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the adjusting support disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention may further include a fastening bolt 310 and a fastening nut 320; the first side plate 140 is provided with a first through hole, the second side plate 150 is provided with a second through hole, and the rotary base 200 is provided with a third through hole along the direction of the rotation axis of the rotary base 200; the screw of the fastening bolt 310 passes through the first through hole, the third through hole and the second through hole and is tightly fitted with the fastening nut 320, and the screw of the fastening bolt 310 is rotationally fitted with the third through hole, thereby achieving the rotational setting of the rotary base 200.

Of course, the rotary base 200 may also adopt other rotary arrangement structures; for example, the two end surfaces of the rotating base 200 are respectively provided with a fixing shaft, and are respectively rotatably connected with the first side plate 140 and the second side plate 150 by the fixing shafts, and in order to reduce the rotational friction between the fixing shafts and the first side plate 140 and the second side plate 150, the first side plate 140 and the second side plate 150 may be provided with a bearing structure engaged with the fixing shafts, and the fixing shafts are fixed to an inner ring of the bearing structure, etc.; the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific structure of the rotary base 200 rotatably disposed on the base 100.

Meanwhile, as a specific structure of the rotating base 200 disclosed in the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the rotating base 200 may include an inner tube 220 and an outer tube 210, and both the inner tube 220 and the outer tube 210 are in a circular tube shape; the inner pipe 220 has a first pipe with two open ends, and the first pipe forms a third through hole; the outer tube 210 has a second pipe with two open ends, and is sleeved outside the inner tube 220 through the second pipe; the plurality of first latches 240 are disposed on an outer sidewall of the outer tube 210 and distributed along a circumferential direction of the outer tube 210; so that the rotary holder 200 is easily engaged with the elastic jaws 500 of the side surface by the cylindrical rotary holder 200.

Wherein, the free end of the elastic claw 500 can be arranged in an arc shape corresponding to the arc-shaped side wall of the rotating seat 200, so as to facilitate the rotating fit between the rotating seat 200 and the elastic claw 500, as shown in fig. 4; wherein the number of the second latch 510 is two.

Preferably, the inner diameter of the outer tube 210 is greater than the outer diameter of the inner tube 220, so that a distance is provided between the outer tube and the inner tube, and the inner sidewall of the inner tube 220 is connected to the outer sidewall of the outer tube 210 through the connection part 230 and forms a hollow structure, thereby facilitating to reduce the weight of the rotary base 200.

Of course, the rotary base 200 can be designed into other shape structures; for example, the rotary seat 200 may also be a rotary seat structure having an arc-shaped section, such as an oval cross-section, or even the rotary seat 200 may also be a rotary seat structure having a square cross-section; meanwhile, the first latch 240 may also be disposed on an end surface of the outer tube 210, and correspondingly, the free end of the elastic latch 500 is located on a side of the end surface of the rotating base 200; also, the specific number of the second latches 510 may be adaptively increased or decreased according to specific engagement damping requirements, for example, the number of the second latches 510 may also be one or more; the specific arrangement position of the elastic jaws 500, the specific number of the second latches 510, and the specific shape and structure of the rotary base 200 are not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.

In the rotary base 200 disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, the end surface of the outer tube body 210 on the side where the first side plate 140 is located may be provided with scale lines 250 for identifying the rotation angle, and the scale lines 250 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the opening of the second pipe; the first side plate 140 is provided with a pointer 160 corresponding to the position of the scale mark 250; therefore, in the process of adjusting the irradiation angle of the lamp 600, the degree value of the scale mark 250 corresponding to the pointer 160 can be observed, which is more beneficial to the accurate adjustment of the irradiation angle of the lamp 600.

Meanwhile, the top end of the first side plate 140, which faces away from the base 100, is provided with a raised first ear 141, the top end of the second side plate 150, which faces away from the base 100, is provided with a raised second ear 151, and the first ear 141 and the second ear 151 are located at opposite positions; first perforation is located the side of first ear 141, and the second perforation is located the side of second ear 151, rotates seat 200 and is located between first ear 141 and second ear 151, and pointer 160 sets up on first ear 141 to be convenient for rotate the rotation setting of seat 200 through first ear 141 and second ear 151, but also can avoid sheltering from of first curb plate 140 to scale mark 250, be favorable to the observation of scale mark 250.

Of course, the graduation marks 250 may be disposed on both end surfaces of the outer tube 210, and the pointers 160 are disposed on the first ear 141 and the second ear 151, respectively, so that the corresponding angle value of the lamp 600 can be observed on both sides of the rotating base 200.

As a preferable solution of the embodiment of the present invention, one surface of the first ear 141 facing the second ear 151 is an inner side surface, the inner side surface of the first ear 141 is provided with a first sliding slot, one end of the first sliding slot extends to an edge of the first ear 141 and forms an opening, and the second through hole is located in the first sliding slot; one surface of the second ear 151 facing the first ear 141 is an inner side surface, a second sliding groove 152 is arranged on the inner side surface of the second ear 151, and one end of the second sliding groove 152 extends to the edge of the second ear 151 and forms an opening; two ends of the inner tube 220 respectively extend out of two ends of the outer tube 210, and two ends of the inner tube 220 are respectively in sliding fit with the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove 152.

In the process of assembling the rotating base 200 and the base 100, the two ends of the inner tube 220 can slide into the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove 152 from the openings of the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove 152 respectively and move to the positions corresponding to the first through hole and the second through hole along the guiding of the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove 152, so that the alignment of the first through hole, the second through hole and the third through hole is facilitated, the fastening bolt 310 can be conveniently inserted, and the rotating base 200 and the base 100 can be assembled more conveniently and rapidly.

Preferably, the opening of the first sliding groove and the opening end of the second sliding groove 152 are arranged to be chamfered or rounded, so that the opening forms a flared structure, and thus the two ends of the inner tube 220 can slide into the first sliding groove and the second sliding groove 152 through the opening more easily.

As a specific structure of the base 100 disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the base 100 may include a base plate 120 and first and second fixing plates 110 and 130; the first side plate 140 and the second side plate 150 are arranged on the bottom plate 120 and located at two opposite sides of the bottom plate 120, the first fixing plate 110 and the second fixing plate 130 are arranged on the bottom plate 120 and located at the other opposite sides of the bottom plate 120, and the first side plate 140, the second side plate 150, the first fixing plate 110, the second fixing plate 130 and the bottom plate 120 are connected to form mounting grooves; the resilient jaws 500 are positioned within the mounting slots to facilitate the concealed placement of the resilient jaws 500.

The first fixing plate 110 has a first outer extending portion extending out of the mounting groove, and the first outer extending portion is provided with a first mounting hole 111 for fastening and matching with a fastener; the second fixing plate 130 has a second outer extension portion extending out of the mounting groove, and the second outer extension portion is provided with a second mounting hole 131 for fastening and fitting with a fastener, so that the corresponding fastener, such as a tapping screw 700 or an expansion screw, can pass through the first mounting hole 111 and the second mounting hole 131 to fix the base 100 to a fixing surface on which the lamp 600 is to be disposed.

Meanwhile, the first mounting hole 111 is a strip-shaped through groove structure arranged along the extending direction of the first extending portion; the second mounting hole 131 is a through hole structure; therefore, in the process that the base 100 is fixed with the fixing surface, the fastening piece at the first mounting hole 111 can move along the first mounting hole 111 of the strip-shaped through groove structure to adjust the adaptability of the fastening position, and the adaptability of the base 100 is further improved.

Of course, the first mounting hole 111 and the second mounting hole 131 may be both through-hole structures, and may also be both strip-shaped through-groove structures or other shape structures; the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific shape structure of the first and second mounting holes 111 and 131.

In the base 100 disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention, an included angle α is formed between a plane where the first fixing plate 110 is located and a plane where the second fixing plate 130 is located, as shown in fig. 3 specifically; the opening angle of the first fixing plate 110 and the second fixing plate 130 is adapted to the angle range of the lamp 600 and the fixing environment of the base 100.

In order to adapt the base 100 to a fixing surface having an included angle, the included angle α between the plane of the first fixing plate 110 and the plane of the second fixing plate 130 is designed to be an acute angle, a right angle or an obtuse angle, so that the included angle α is adapted to the included angle at the fixing surface.

As shown in fig. 5, when the base 100 is mounted and fixed on a fixing surface having an included angle, such as a corner line, the first fixing plate 110 and the second fixing plate 130 can be respectively attached to the fixing surfaces at both sides, and the base 100 can form a chamfer structure at the bottom plate 120 to form a keep-out area 800 between the bottom plate 120 and the corner, so as to avoid the problem that the first fixing plate 110 and the second fixing plate 130 cannot be attached to the fixing surfaces due to the presence of construction waste or sundries at the corner;

generally, the angle between the plane of the first fixing plate 110 and the plane of the second fixing plate 130 is designed to be 90 ° because the angle of the corner line is substantially 90 °. Of course, according to the actual use situation, the included angle α between the plane of the first fixing plate 110 and the plane of the second fixing plate 130 may be designed to be other angles, and the specific angle of the included angle α is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.

In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to avoid the problem that the rotating base 200 is inconvenient to take out due to the fact that the rotating base 200 completely falls into the installation slot due to installation operation errors during the assembling process, one surface of the first side plate 140 facing the second side plate 150 is an inner side surface, the inner side surface of the first side plate 140 is provided with a first rib-shaped limiting line, and the first limiting line is located below the first through hole; one surface of the second side plate 150 facing the first side plate 140 is an inner side surface, a convex second limiting line 153 is arranged on the inner side surface of the second side plate 150, and the second limiting line 153 is located below the second through hole; therefore, the rotating seat 200 can be prevented from completely falling into the mounting groove due to installation misoperation in the assembling process through the limiting and blocking effects of the first limiting line and the second limiting line 153, so that the rotating seat 200 can be taken out and assembled with the base 100 again.

Meanwhile, the base 100 in the embodiment of the present invention may also be provided in other structures; for example, the base 100 may have a planar structure formed by connecting the first fixing plate 110, the second fixing plate 130 and the base plate 120, or a V-shaped structure formed by connecting the first fixing plate 110 and the second fixing plate 130; the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific shape structure of the base 100.

The embodiment of the invention also discloses a lighting device, as shown in fig. 5, the disclosed lighting device comprises a lamp 600 and the above-mentioned adjusting support; the lamp 600 is arranged on the rotating base 200; the lamp 600 may be a light bar, a square lamp, or a lamp with other shapes and structures.

In order to enable the lamp 600 to be better in snap-fit with the first protrusion 411 of the first clamping jaw 410 and the second protrusion 421 of the second clamping jaw 420 which are arranged on the rotating base 200, two opposite sides of the lamp 600 may be respectively provided with a recess part which is matched with the first protrusion 411 and the second protrusion 421.

In order to enable the lamp 600 to move and adjust along the rotation axis direction of the lamp 600, the concave portion may be a strip-shaped groove extending along the rotation axis direction of the lamp 600, so that the first convex portion 411 and the second convex portion 421 may be slidably engaged with the strip-shaped grooves at two sides of the lamp 600, thereby achieving the movement and adjustment of the lamp 600 along the rotation axis direction of the lamp 600.

In the above embodiments of the present invention, the difference between the embodiments is mainly described, and different optimization features between the embodiments can be combined to form a better embodiment as long as they are not contradictory, and further description is omitted here in view of brevity of the text.
