A dial structure for displaying a current time, the dial structure including a first outer ring and a first surrounding gear disposed in the first outer ring, the dial structure having a rotation axis, an inner side of the first outer ring being provided with a first toothed structure along a circumferential direction thereof, the first surrounding gear being engaged with the first toothed structure, the first outer ring being rotatable about the rotation axis, the first surrounding gear being capable of revolving about the rotation axis while rotating about an axial direction thereof.

2. The dial construction of claim 1, further comprising a first sun gear disposed within and coaxially with the first outer ring, the first sun gear being rotatable about the axis of rotation, the first surround gear simultaneously meshing with the first sun gear and the first toothed structure.

3. The dial construction of claim 2, further comprising a movement that drives rotation of the first outer ring and rotation of the first sun gear, respectively.

The dial structure according to claim 2, wherein two states among the rotation state of the first outer ring, the rotation state of the first sun gear, the rotation state of the first surround gear, and the revolution state of the first surround gear represent hour information and minute information of a current time, respectively.

The dial plate structure according to claim 1, wherein the dial plate structure further comprises a second outer ring provided on one side of the first outer ring and coaxial with the first outer ring, and a second surrounding gear provided in the second outer ring, the second outer ring rotating around the rotation shaft, the second outer ring being provided on an inner side thereof with a second tooth structure in a circumferential direction, the second surrounding gear meshing with the second tooth structure, the second surrounding gear being capable of revolving around the rotation shaft while rotating on its own axis.

The dial construction of claim 5, further comprising a first and a second coaxially disposed sun gear, the first and second sun gears being rotatable about the rotation axis, the first sun gear being disposed within the first outer ring, and the first surround gear simultaneously meshing with the first sun gear, the first toothed structure;

the second central gear is arranged in the second outer ring, and the second surrounding gear is simultaneously meshed with the second central gear and the second toothed structure.

7. The dial construction of claim 6, further comprising a movement that drives rotation of the first outer ring, rotation of the first sun gear, rotation of the second outer ring, and rotation of the second sun gear, respectively.

The dial structure according to claim 6, wherein two states of a rotation state of said first outer ring, a rotation state of said first surrounding gear, and a revolution state of said first surrounding gear each represent one time information; two states of a rotation state of the second outer ring, a rotation state of the second surrounding gear, and a revolution state of the second surrounding gear each represent one time information.

The dial structure of claim 6, further comprising a third outer ring, a third sun gear, and a third surrounding gear, wherein the third outer ring is disposed on a side of the second outer ring opposite to the first outer ring and coaxial with the first outer ring, the third surrounding gear and the third sun gear are disposed in the third outer ring, the third outer ring and the third sun gear are independently rotatable around the rotation shaft, a third tooth structure is disposed on an inner side of the third outer ring, the third surrounding gear is simultaneously engaged with the third sun gear and the third tooth structure, and the third surrounding gear is capable of revolving around the rotation shaft while rotating around its own axis.

10. A wristwatch characterized by comprising a dial structure according to any one of claims 1 to 9, said wristwatch being provided with a viewing window made of transparent material and being provided with a logo in a position corresponding to the outside of said dial structure.

Technical Field

Background

Timepieces have become more popular to the general public than merely as a means of indicating time, and more as a decorative or wearable item. The watch can be divided into a mechanical watch and a quartz watch, the quartz watch is divided into a pointer type quartz watch and an electronic type quartz watch, different from the electronic type quartz watch, the traditional pointer watch cannot display digital time through a chip and a liquid crystal screen, and the current time minute second is displayed by using a time minute second hand connected with a rotating shaft of a machine core to rotate and a fixed time symbol, so that the appearance design of the traditional pointer watch is greatly limited, the watch breaking through the traditional display mode is few, the appearance design of the pointer watch is high in similarity, and aesthetic fatigue is easy to generate. As consumers demand increasingly higher decorative performance and functionality of timepieces, improvements and optimizations of the way that conventional hands display time are urgently needed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a dial structure, aiming at solving the technical problems that the traditional dial structure can display a small number of time units and has a single time display mode.

The dial plate structure comprises a first outer ring and a first surrounding gear arranged in the first outer ring, the dial plate structure is provided with a rotating shaft, the inner side of the first outer ring is provided with a first tooth-shaped structure along the circumferential direction, the first surrounding gear is meshed with the first tooth-shaped structure, the first outer ring can rotate around the rotating shaft, and the first surrounding gear can revolve around the rotating shaft while rotating around the axial direction of the first surrounding gear.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the dial structure further includes a first central gear disposed in and coaxial with the first outer ring, the first central gear is capable of rotating around the rotation axis, and the first surrounding gear is simultaneously meshed with the first central gear and the first tooth structure.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the dial structure further includes a movement that drives rotation of the first outer ring and rotation of the first sun gear, respectively.

In one embodiment of the present invention, two states of the rotation state of the first outer ring, the rotation state of the first sun gear, the rotation state of the first surrounding gear, and the revolution state of the first surrounding gear represent hour information and minute information of a current time, respectively.

The dial plate structure and the watch have the following beneficial effects:

the dial plate structure provided by the invention has the advantages that the toothed structure is arranged on the inner side of the first outer ring, and the first surrounding gear rotates around the rotating shaft under the meshing action of the first central gear and the toothed structure on the inner side of the first outer ring, so that two states can be used for displaying time in the rotation state of the first outer ring, the rotation state of the first surrounding gear and the revolution state of the first surrounding gear, two time units can be displayed on the same layer of gear structure, and the number of the time units which can be displayed by the same layer of gear structure is increased;

two states can be selected from the rotation state of the first outer ring, the rotation state of the first surrounding gear and the revolution state of the first surrounding gear for displaying time, the mode of displaying time by the dial structure is expanded, and various flexible creative designs can be performed on the structure of the dial structure.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" or "disposed on" another element, it can be directly or indirectly secured to the other element. When an element is referred to as being "connected to" another element, it can be directly or indirectly connected to the other element. Referring to fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a dial structure for displaying a current time, including a first outer ring 12 and a first surrounding gear 11 disposed in the first outer ring 12, the dial structure has a rotation axis, a first tooth structure 121 is disposed on an inner side of the first outer ring 12 along a circumferential direction thereof, the first surrounding gear 11 is engaged with the first tooth structure 121, the first outer ring 12 is capable of rotating around the rotation axis, and the first surrounding gear 11 is capable of revolving around the rotation axis while rotating around an axial direction thereof.

In the dial structure provided by the embodiment of the invention, the tooth-shaped structure is arranged on the inner side of the first outer ring 12, and the first surrounding gear 11 rotates around the rotating shaft under the meshing action of the first central gear 13 and the tooth-shaped structure on the inner side of the first outer ring 12, so that two states can be used for displaying time in the rotation state of the first outer ring 12, the rotation state of the first surrounding gear 11 and the revolution state of the first surrounding gear 11, two time units can be displayed on the same layer of gear structure, and the number of the time units which can be displayed by the same layer of gear structure is increased;

two states can be selected from the rotation state of the first outer ring 12, the rotation state of the first surrounding gear 11 and the revolution state of the first surrounding gear 11 for displaying time, the mode of displaying time by the dial structure is expanded, and various flexible creative designs can be performed on the structure of the dial structure.

As a concrete aspect of the present embodiment, the first surrounding gear 11 is moved under the control of the tie bars, and two rotation modes of the revolution of the first surrounding gear 11, the rotation of the first surrounding gear 11, and the rotation of the first outer ring 12 are controlled, and in the case where the two rotation modes are determined, since the first surrounding gear 11 is engaged with the first toothed structure 121, the third rotation mode is determined accordingly, so that two states can be selected for representing time from the rotation state of the first outer ring 12, the rotation state of the first surrounding gear 11, and the revolution state of the first surrounding gear 11.

Referring to fig. 2, 4 to 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dial structure further includes a first central gear 13 disposed in the first outer ring 12 and coaxial with the first outer ring 12, the first central gear 13 is capable of rotating around a rotation axis, and the first surrounding gear 11 is engaged with the first central gear 13 and the first toothed structure 121 at the same time.

The first surrounding gear 11 tends to rotate around the first sun gear 13, which means that a more complicated mechanical structure is required for controlling the revolution and rotation of the first surrounding gear 11; with the dial structure provided in the present embodiment, since the first ring gear 11 is simultaneously engaged with the first sun gear 13 and the first toothed structure 121, when any two rotation modes of the rotation state of the first outer ring 12, the rotation state of the first sun gear 13, the rotation state of the first ring gear 11 and the revolution state are controlled, the other two rotation states are determined accordingly, so that the rotation and revolution modes of the first ring gear 11 can be controlled by controlling the rotation mode of the first outer ring 12 and the rotation mode of the first sun gear 13, such an arrangement can simplify the mechanical structure for controlling the time sequence operation of the dial structure without providing a tie rod that rotates with the first ring gear 11 and is used for controlling the first ring gear 11 on the premise of ensuring that two time units can be displayed on the same layer of gear structure.

In one embodiment of the present invention, two states of the rotation state of the first outer race 12, the rotation state of the first sun gear 13, the rotation state of the first surrounding gear 11, and the revolution state of the first surrounding gear 11 represent hour information and minute information of the current time, respectively.

The dial structure provided by the embodiment can display two time units on the same layer of gear structure, and preferentially shows that the current hour and minute information has higher practical use value under the condition of only one layer of gear structure. As a preferable scheme of the embodiment, the revolution state of the first surrounding gear 11 represents the hour information of the current time, and the rotation state of the first outer ring 12 represents the minute information of the current time, so that the setting is closer to the reading mode of the traditional pointer table, and the use habit of the general consumers is better met.

Referring to fig. 3 to 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dial structure further includes a second outer ring 22 and a second surrounding gear 21, the second outer ring 22 is disposed on one side of the first outer ring 12 and is coaxial with the first outer ring 12, the second surrounding gear 22 is disposed in the second outer ring 21, the second outer ring 22 rotates around a rotation axis, a second tooth structure 221 is disposed on an inner side of the second outer ring 22 along a circumferential direction thereof, the second outer ring 22 can rotate around the rotation axis, the second surrounding gear 21 is engaged with the second tooth structure 221, and the second surrounding gear 21 can revolve around the rotation axis while rotating around an axial direction thereof.

A toothed structure is arranged on the inner side of the second outer ring 22, and the second surrounding gear 21 rotates and revolves around a rotating shaft under the meshing action of the second central gear 23 and the toothed structure on the inner side of the second outer ring 22, so that two states in the rotation state of the second outer ring 22, the rotation state of the second surrounding gear 21 and the revolution state can be used for displaying time, the dial structure can display two additional time information, and the mode and the flexibility of the dial structure for displaying time are further expanded; meanwhile, the two layers of dial plate structures do not interfere with each other and do staggered movement, so that the mechanical dynamic effect of the mechanical watch is enhanced, and the visual effect of the dial plate structures is improved.

Referring to fig. 4 to 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dial structure further includes a first central gear 13 and a second central gear 23 coaxially disposed, the first central gear 13 and the second central gear 23 can rotate around a rotation axis, the first central gear 13 is disposed in the first outer ring 12, and the first surrounding gear 11 is simultaneously engaged with the first central gear 13 and the first toothed structure 121;

the second sun gear 23 is disposed in the second outer ring 22, and the second surrounding gear 21 is simultaneously meshed with the second teeth 221 of the second sun gear 23 and the second outer ring 22.

By arranging the first central gear 13 and the second central gear 23 in the dial structure, the first ring gear 11 is simultaneously engaged with the first tooth-shaped structures 121 of the first central gear 13 and the first outer ring 12, and the second ring gear 21 is simultaneously engaged with the second tooth-shaped structures 221 of the second central gear 23 and the second outer ring 22, so that two states can be selected from the rotation state of the first outer ring 12, the rotation state of the first central gear 13, the rotation state and the revolution state of the first ring gear 11 for displaying time, and two states can be selected from the rotation state of the second outer ring 22, the rotation state of the second central gear 23, the rotation state and the revolution state of the second ring gear 21 for displaying time, thereby further expanding the mode of the dial structure for displaying time, and performing various flexible creative designs on the structure of the dial structure.

In one embodiment of the invention, the dial structure further comprises a movement which drives the rotation of the first outer ring 12, the rotation of the first sun gear 13, the rotation of the second outer ring 22 and the rotation of the second sun gear 23, respectively.

The first surrounding gear 11 tends to rotate around the first sun gear 13 and the second surrounding gear 21 tends to rotate around the second sun gear 23, which means that a more complicated mechanical structure is required to control the revolution and rotation of the first surrounding gear 11, and if it is controlled by the tie bars rotating with the first surrounding gear 11 and the second surrounding gear 21, the tie bars controlling the upper gear and the lower gear are in spatial contradiction, and a collision occurs, and the gears cannot be normally controlled.

In one embodiment of the present invention, two states of the rotation state of the first outer race 12, the rotation state of the first sun gear 13, the rotation state of the first surrounding gear 11, and the revolution state of the first surrounding gear 11 each represent one time information; two states of the rotation state of the second outer race 22, the rotation state of the second sun gear 23, the rotation state of the second surrounding gear 21, and the revolution state of the second surrounding gear 21 each represent one time information.

The outer ring and the gear structure of each layer can represent two time information, and the two layers of the gear and the outer ring structure in the embodiment have mutually independent layers and layer supports, so that four time information can be represented in total, such as time, minute, second and week, or time, minute, year, month and the like, and the time representation mode is more diversified and more flexible.

As a preferable solution of this embodiment, the dial structure further includes a third central gear 33 and a third surrounding gear 31, and the control relationship among the third outer ring 32, the third central gear 33 and the third surrounding gear 31 is similar to that among the first outer ring 12, the first central gear 13 and the first surrounding gear 11, compared with a two-layer dial structure, two additional time units can be displayed, and the mode and flexibility of the dial structure for displaying time are further expanded.

Referring to fig. 6, another object of the present invention is to provide a wristwatch including the above dial structure, wherein the wristwatch is provided with a viewing window made of transparent material for allowing a wearer to view the rotation state of the outer ring of the dial and the surrounding gear; and a mark is arranged at a position corresponding to the outer side of the dial structure and used for indicating the current rotation state of the outer ring.

The advantageous effects of the dial structure provided by the present invention will be described below with reference to some specific embodiments. It should be understood that the following detailed description only exemplifies several preferred technical solutions of the dial structure provided by the present invention, and is only an alternative embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
