1. A cargo information acquisition method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

determining that a predetermined cargo is conveyed into a predetermined image acquisition range, wherein the predetermined image acquisition range is determined based on a visual range of an image acquisition device, and a cargo tag is arranged in a specific area of the predetermined cargo;

controlling the image acquisition equipment to acquire an image of the predetermined cargo;

identifying the image to obtain a goods label arranged on the predetermined goods;

extracting the bar code of the goods label to obtain a target bar code;

and uploading the target bar code to a production management system (MES) so that the MES can obtain the state information of the preset goods.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein controlling the image capture device to capture the image of the predetermined cargo comprises:

determining the running speed of a wire body for conveying the predetermined goods;

determining an acquisition frequency of the image acquisition device based on the operating speed;

generating an image acquisition signal within the predetermined image acquisition range determined by the predetermined cargo to be conveyed;

triggering the image acquisition device to acquire the image of the predetermined cargo at the acquisition frequency based on the image acquisition signal.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein a barcode template is stored in the image capturing device, wherein the barcode template is composed of barcodes of different types of goods, and extracting the barcode from the goods tag to obtain the target barcode comprises:

matching the goods label with the bar code template to obtain a matching result;

and extracting the bar code in the goods label based on the matching result to obtain the target bar code.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein uploading the target barcode to a production management system (MES) such that the MES obtains status information of the predetermined good comprises:

and controlling the image acquisition equipment to upload the target bar code to the MES through an Ethernet, wherein the MES analyzes the material information of the preset goods based on the target bar code after receiving the target bar code.

5. The method according to claim 2, characterized in that a light source and the image acquisition apparatus are arranged directly above the wire body, wherein the width of the wire body is 1.2 meters.

the matching module is used for matching the goods label with the bar code template to obtain a matching result;

and the acquisition module is used for extracting the bar code in the goods label based on the matching result to obtain the target bar code.

9. A storage medium characterized by comprising a stored program, wherein the program executes the acquisition method of the cargo information according to any one of claims 1 to 5.

Technical Field

Background

Along with the increasing automation degree, unmanned factories and intelligent storage logistics systems are the trend of future factories, intelligent three-dimensional warehouses and intelligent planar warehouses are two kinds of intelligent warehouses commonly used in logistics storage systems, when the traditional three-dimensional warehouses and the traditional planar warehouses are put in storage, the handheld bar code scanners PDA are used for scanning codes and then are used for judging and reading and confirming material types and information, and the manually confirmed information is fed back to the system for storage. Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a cargo information acquisition method according to the prior art, in which an operator carries a hand-held PDA to a cargo placement area as shown in fig. 1; after finding the bar code label, finding the needed bar code, scanning the bar code by using the handheld PDA, manually inputting a code scanning result after the code scanning result is generated, manually sending the code scanning result to the MES system by using the handheld PDA, analyzing the bar code by the MES system to obtain the relevant state information of the material, and loading the goods on a warehousing assembly line to start warehousing after the code scanning is completed. The method is carried out manually, so that the method is based on the running speed of the wire body for conveying the predetermined goods.

Aiming at the problem that the code scanning mode in the logistics warehousing system in the related art is low in efficiency, an effective solution is not provided at present.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for acquiring goods information, which are used for at least solving the technical problem of low efficiency of a code scanning mode in a logistics storage system in the related art.

According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a cargo information acquiring method, including: determining that a predetermined cargo is conveyed into a predetermined image acquisition range, wherein the predetermined image acquisition range is determined based on a visual range of an image acquisition device, and a cargo tag is arranged in a specific area of the predetermined cargo; controlling the image acquisition equipment to acquire an image of the predetermined cargo; identifying the image to obtain a goods label arranged on the predetermined goods; extracting the bar code of the goods label to obtain a target bar code; and uploading the target bar code to a production management system (MES) so that the MES can obtain the state information of the preset goods.

Optionally, the controlling the image capturing device to capture the image of the predetermined cargo comprises: determining the running speed of a wire body for conveying the predetermined goods; determining an acquisition frequency of the image acquisition device based on the operating speed; generating an image acquisition signal within the predetermined image acquisition range determined by the predetermined cargo to be conveyed; triggering the image acquisition device to acquire the image of the predetermined cargo at the acquisition frequency based on the image acquisition signal.

Optionally, a barcode template is stored in the image acquisition device, wherein the barcode template is composed of barcodes of different types of goods, and extracting the barcode from the goods tag to obtain a target barcode includes: matching the goods label with the bar code template to obtain a matching result; and extracting the bar code in the goods label based on the matching result to obtain the target bar code.

Optionally, uploading the target barcode to a production management system MES, so that the MES obtains status information of the predetermined goods includes: and controlling the image acquisition equipment to upload the target bar code to the MES through an Ethernet, wherein the MES analyzes the material information of the preset goods based on the target bar code after receiving the target bar code.
