1. A clinical pathway management information system, comprising:

the system comprises a case screening module, a medical record processing module and a medical record processing module, wherein the case screening module is used for detecting an electronic medical record system database according to different conditions and screening case data meeting set conditions for grouping, and the case data comprises one or more of patient information, patient hospitalization information, medical advice information and vital sign information;

the index extraction module is used for extracting patient information and medical advice information in the electronic medical record system as indexes;

the index calculation module is used for selecting index categories, extracting the information of the selected index categories and calculating the information under the selected index categories, wherein the index categories comprise any one of medical record indexes, treatment indexes, diagnosis indexes and curative effect indexes;

the path application retrieval module is used for classifying the case categories based on the index classification and judging whether the case of the corresponding category creates a path or not; and creating paths for the cases without the created paths, analyzing the case data of all the created paths, and generating a data chart to be displayed on the terminal display device.

2. A clinical pathway management information system according to claim 1, comprising a search wizard program module for performing the following process:

firstly, retrieving a case meeting the designated discharge diagnosis name from a hospital information management server according to the discharge name of the case; and then, extracting the medical advice information of the screened corresponding patient according to the screened corresponding patient information.

3. A clinical pathway management information system according to claim 1, comprising a database interface with any of a registration system, a drug library system and a radiation information management system.

4. The clinical pathway management information system of claim 1, comprising an electronic case client comprising an order entry module.

5. The clinical pathway management information system of claim 1, comprising a physiological signs management module for managing patient physiological signs data.

6. The clinical pathway management information system of claim 1, comprising a user rights management module for managing the doctor's prescription drug usage rights.

Technical Field

Background

A large amount of data are stored in a hospital outpatient service system, an inpatient system, an electronic medical record system and the like, and the data are efficiently displayed by operating and processing at a user end, so that the improvement of the clinical diagnosis level is facilitated, and the medical experience and the hospital flow management efficiency are improved. a clinical pathway management information system comprising:

the system comprises a case screening module, a medical record processing module and a medical record processing module, wherein the case screening module is used for detecting an electronic medical record system database according to different conditions and screening case data meeting set conditions for grouping, and the case data comprises one or more of patient information, patient hospitalization information, medical advice information and vital sign information;

the index extraction module is used for extracting patient information and medical advice information in the electronic medical record system as indexes;

the index calculation module is used for selecting index categories, extracting the information of the selected index categories and calculating the information under the selected index categories, wherein the index categories comprise any one of medical record indexes, treatment indexes, diagnosis indexes and curative effect indexes;

the path application retrieval module is used for classifying the case categories based on the index classification and judging whether the case of the corresponding category creates a path or not; and creating paths for the cases without the created paths, analyzing the case data of all the created paths, and generating a data chart to be displayed on the terminal display device.

Further, the system comprises a retrieval guide program module, wherein the retrieval guide program module is used for executing the following processes:

firstly, retrieving a case meeting the designated discharge diagnosis name from a hospital information management server according to the discharge name of the case; and then, extracting the medical advice information of the screened corresponding patient according to the screened corresponding patient information.

Further, a database interface is included, the database interface being associated with any one of a registration system, a drug library system and a radiation information management system.

Further, the system comprises an electronic case client, wherein the electronic case client comprises an order entry module.

Further, the system comprises a physiological sign management module, wherein the physiological sign management module is used for managing the physiological sign data of the patient.

Further, the system comprises a user authority management module, wherein the user authority management module is used for managing the use authority of the prescription medicine of the doctor.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
