Technical Field

The present invention relates to a pit ladder apparatus provided in a pit of a hoistway of an elevator.

Background

A space (space) in which a hole is bored in a floor of a lowermost floor called a pit is provided in a hoistway of an elevator. The pit is internally provided with machines required by elevators, such as a buffer, a limit switch and the like. When performing maintenance work such as inspection and repair, it is necessary to open the hall door of the lowermost elevator hall and allow an operator to move down from the opened entrance/exit of the hall to the pit at the lowermost part of the hoistway. After the completion of the work, it is necessary to go from the lowest pit to the entrance/exit of the elevator hall. Therefore, a pit ladder is provided in advance in the pit.

When performing maintenance work, an operator opens the landing door, and then pulls a pit ladder stored in an inner side surface substantially perpendicular to the front surface of the entrance/exit of the landing room to the landing door opening port using a hook bar, and fixes the ladder to the landing door sill. The pit ladder is attached to one end side of the bracket in proximity to the bracket. The other end side of the bracket is provided with a hinge which is installed at the entrance side of the elevator hall. The bracket rotates by taking the hinge as an axis, so that the pit ladder moves to the doorsill of the elevator taking hall. Then, the operator moves down to the lowermost portion by the drawn-up pit ladder to perform maintenance work. After the maintenance work is finished, the operator moves up to the elevator hall at the lowest floor by using the pit ladder, and moves the pit ladder to the storage position and fixes the pit ladder by using the hanging rod. The storage position of the pit ladder is set at a position not interfering with the lifting operation of the elevator car. Then, the opened hall door is closed, and the operation of the elevator is resumed. Such a prior art is disclosed in, for example, patent document 1 (japanese patent application laid-open No. 2007-62862).

Disclosure of Invention

Problems to be solved by the invention

In the structure described in patent document 1, since the bracket is rotated by the hinge attached to the entrance of the elevator hall, the position of the pit ladder is defined by the length of the bracket. A guide rail for guiding the car to ascend and descend is generally attached to an inner side surface substantially perpendicular to a front surface on which an entrance of the elevator hall is provided. Since it is necessary to prevent the pit ladder from interfering with the car, it is also necessary to prevent the pit ladder from interfering with the guide rail. Therefore, the length of the bracket depends on the installation position of the guide rail, i.e., the depth from the entrance/exit of the elevator hall to the guide rail. Therefore, in the case of an elevator shaft having a large width and a small depth from the entrance/exit of the elevator hall, the structure described in patent document 1 cannot sufficiently secure the length of the carriage, and when the carriage is rotated to the entrance/exit of the elevator hall, the pit ladder cannot sufficiently reach the entrance/exit of the elevator hall, which prevents the operator from performing maintenance work.

Further, when the pit ladder attached to the bracket is pulled close to the entrance of the hoistway door, if there is a projection and recess in the lowermost part of the pit, the lower end of the pit ladder comes into contact with the projection and recess, and it is difficult to pull the pit ladder close.

An object of the present invention is to provide a pit ladder device for an elevator, which solves the above problems and improves installation performance.

In addition, the present invention has an object to provide a pit ladder device for an elevator, which can easily pull out a pit ladder.

Means for solving the problems

A pit ladder device for an elevator, which is provided in a pit of a hoistway of the elevator and is used for an operator to get on and off, the pit ladder device for the elevator comprising: a bracket, one end side of which is mounted on the pit wall; a first arm member having one end rotatably attached to the other end of the bracket; a second arm member having one end rotatably attached to the other end of the first arm member; and a pit ladder mounted to the second arm member.

In addition, the present invention is characterized in that the second arm member is provided with a biasing mechanism for biasing the pit ladder upward.

Effects of the invention

According to the present invention, a pit ladder device for an elevator having improved installation performance can be provided.

Further, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a pit ladder device for an elevator, which can easily pull out a pit ladder.
