the side wall of the bottle cap is horizontally and rotatably connected with a locking piece which is used for preventing the rotating handle from rotating downwards and preventing the limiting button from rotating to be separated from the sealing cover, the upper side of the locking piece is abutted against the lower side of the rotating handle, and the outer side of the locking piece is abutted against the inner side of the limiting button; when the locking piece rotates to a certain position, the locking piece is separated from the limit button and the sealing cover.
