A shelf according to claim 6, characterized in that one end of the connecting piece is connected with the inner supporting rod through a fastening piece, the other end of the connecting piece is clamped with the clothes rail, and a second cover plate is embedded on the clothes rail at the end clamped with the connecting piece.

A cloakroom, comprising: the wall-mounted storage rack comprises a plurality of buckling frames arranged on a wall body, a plurality of upright posts are arranged along the length direction of the buckling frames, a decorative plate is arranged between every two adjacent upright posts, and the storage rack in any one of claims 1 to 7 is detachably connected to the upright posts.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of furniture, and relates to a shelf, in particular to a shelf and a cloakroom.

Background

With the increasing quality of life of people, almost everyone has dozens of clothes or more, and due to the accumulation of clothes with different styles and textures, people begin to store the clothes in a classified manner, so that a special space for family members to store, change clothes and dress, namely a cloakroom, gradually becomes an indispensable part of each family space.

However, because the space of the family is limited, most of the existing cloakrooms are assembled by woodworkers when the family is decorated. However, since the cloakroom is formed in one step, it is not realistic if a customer wants to change the layout of the cloakroom, and the cloakroom is fixed and formed with the wall body, so that great trouble is brought to the disassembly and assembly.

In summary, in order to overcome the structural defects of the existing cloakroom, a cloakroom which can be disassembled and assembled and is convenient to install needs to be designed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides a coat and hat room which can be detachably assembled and is convenient to install.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme: a shelf, comprising: the connecting part is arranged at one end of each fastener, and the other end of each fastener extends outwards to form a support arm; and the shelf is positioned above the support arm and is connected with the support arm through an adhesive tape.

In the shelf, one side of the adhesive tape is clamped with the support arm, and the other side of the adhesive tape is bonded with the shelf.

In the shelf, the adhesive tape and the support arm are clamped and connected through concave-convex matching.

In the shelf, the surface of the rubber strip on the side connected with the shelf is a concave-convex surface.

In the shelf, a first cover plate is arranged at the end part of the support arm, wherein one end of the cover plate is nested with the support arm, and the other end of the cover plate is abutted against the edge of the shelf and the end part of the adhesive tape.

In the above shelf, the length of the outer support rod is greater than that of the inner support rod, and the connecting member in the clothes hanging rod penetrates through the outer support rod and is connected to the inner support rod.

In the shelf, one end of the connecting piece is connected with the inner supporting rod through the fastening piece, and the other end of the connecting piece is clamped with the clothes hanger.

In the above shelf, the connecting piece is matched with the clothes hanger in a clamping manner through concave-convex clamping, wherein a clamping block is arranged on the connecting piece, and a clamping groove matched with the clamping block is arranged on the clothes hanging rod.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the shelf provided by the invention can be detachably connected through the connecting part at one end of the fastener, the mounting and dismounting are convenient, in addition, the detachable connection is convenient for users to adjust the ground clearance of the shelf by themselves, the use of users with different heights is convenient, and the flexibility is higher.

(2) The decorative plate and the shelf are integrally arranged on the wall body, the decorative plate not only can be used as the decorative plate of the wall body, but also can be used as the sealing plate of the shelf, clothes placed on the shelf are prevented from being contacted with the wall body, the structure of the whole clothes and hat room is simpler, in addition, the decorative plate is detachably connected with the fastener support, and the shelf is detachably connected with the upright post, so that the convenience and the rapidness in installation are realized.

Detailed Description

The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a shelf comprising: a plurality of fasteners 100, wherein one end of each fastener 100 is provided with a connecting part, and the other end extends outwards to form a support arm 200; and a shelf 300 positioned above the arm 200 and connected to the arm 200 by a rubber strip 400.

In this embodiment, the connection portion of one end of the fastening member 100, which is used as a shelf, is detachably connected to the pillar 700 installed on the wall 900, so that the installation and detachment of the shelf by a fitter are facilitated.

According to the shelf provided by the invention, the detachable connection of the shelf is realized through the connecting part at one end of the fastener 100, the mounting and the dismounting are convenient, in addition, the detachable connection is convenient for users to adjust the ground clearance of the shelf by themselves, the use of users with different heights is convenient, and the flexibility is higher.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, one side of the adhesive tape 400 is engaged with the support arm 200, and the other side of the adhesive tape 400 is adhered to the shelf 300.

In this embodiment, through the joint between adhesive tape 400 and the support arm 200, realize adhesive tape 400 mounted position's fixed, avoid adhesive tape 400 to move on support arm 200 (through the frictional force between adhesive tape 400 and the support arm 200), through the bonding between adhesive tape 400 and the shelf 300, form support arm 200, adhesive tape 400 and shelf 300 "wholeization" structure, spare part when reducing the shelf assembly, in addition, through setting up adhesive tape 400, can play the effect of buffering.

Further preferably, the adhesive tape 400 is engaged with the arm 200 by a male-female fit. It is further preferable that the surface of the adhesive tape 400 connected to the shelf 300 is a concave-convex surface 420. Further preferably, the concave-convex direction of the concave-convex surface 420 on the rubber strip 400 is provided along the width direction of itself.

Further preferably, the concave-convex surface 420 is disposed in a wave-shaped structure.

In this embodiment, the concave-convex surface 420 of the adhesive tape 400 on the side connected with the shelf 300 is wavy, so that the connection strength between the adhesive tape 400 and the shelf 300 is improved, the phenomenon of 'degumming' is avoided, and the use reliability of the shelf is improved.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, a first cover 220 is installed at the end of the arm 200, wherein one end of the cover is nested with the arm 200, and the other end of the cover abuts against the edge of the shelf 300 and the end of the adhesive strip 400.

In this embodiment, after the shelf is assembled, the front end face of the shelf 300, the end face of the adhesive tape 400 and the end face of the support arm 200 are in the same vertical plane, and the cover plate is arranged, so that the freedom degree of movement of the adhesive tape 400 and the shelf 300 along the length direction of the support arm 200 can be limited, wherein the freedom degree of movement of the adhesive tape 400 along the width direction of the support arm 200 is limited by the concave-convex fit between the adhesive tape 400 and the support arm 200, and the reliability of the use of the shelf after the shelf is assembled is improved.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, in order to expand the use range of the rack, a clothes hanger 500 is connected to the arm 200, wherein the clothes hanger 500 comprises a clothes rail 510 and a connecting member 520 connected to the arm 200.

In this embodiment, the placement function of the shelf 300 and the hanging function of the clothes hanger 500 are combined to form a comprehensive shelf for placing and hanging clothes, which not only can realize the stacking of clothes and the placement of shoes, but also can realize the hanging of other clothes such as clothes.

When clothes are hung on the clothes rail 510, the weight of one end of the rack is increased, and when the rack is mounted on a wall, a structure similar to a "single-arm hanging beam" is formed, wherein the structure of the "single-arm hanging beam" refers to a beam structure with one end fixed and one end suspended, and at the moment, the bending deformation of the "beam" is easy to occur in the structure, so that the support arm 200 is arranged in a double-layer nested structure in the embodiment. That is, the support arm 200 includes an outer support rod 230 and an inner support rod 240 which are nested with each other, wherein the outer support rod 230 is connected to the first cover plate 220, one end of the inner support rod 240 is connected to the fastener 100, and the other end of the inner support rod 240 is connected to the hanger 500, thereby increasing the strength of the support arm 200 and thus increasing the bending strength of the shelf.

In this embodiment, the outer brace 230 is connected to the inner brace 240 by a fastener, and when the lower portion of the outer brace 230 is connected to the clothes rail 510, the fastening direction of the fastener is from top to bottom; when the lower part of the outer support rod 230 is not connected with the clothes hanging rod 510, the fastening direction of the fastening piece is from bottom to top, and the fastening piece is fastened from top to bottom or from bottom to top and is covered on the surface of the outer support rod 230 through the adhesive tape 400, so that the fastening piece is in a hidden state, and the overall attractiveness of the whole shelf is improved.

It is further preferable that the bending strength of the shelf is secured while the production cost of the shelf is reduced, and therefore, the lengths of the outer support bar 230 and the inner support bar 240 in the arm 200 are set to be different, wherein the length of the outer support bar 230 is greater than the length of the inner support bar 240, and the connecting member 520 of the clothes hanging bar 510 penetrates the outer support bar 230 and is connected to the inner support bar 240.

This is because, when calculating the moment of the rack, the parameters related to the moment are the weight borne by the clothes rail 510 in the clothes hanger 500, i.e. the bearing capacity, and the distance between the clothes rail 510 and the connecting part in the clothes hanger 500, i.e. the moment arm. When the force arm is not changed, the larger the bearing force is, the larger the moment is, the larger the bending deformation of the shelf 300 is, and the lower the reliability and strength of the shelf 300 are; when the bearing force is unchanged, the smaller the moment arm is, the smaller the moment is, the smaller the bending deformation of the shelf 300 is, and the higher the reliability and strength of the shelf 300 are. Therefore, the distance between the hanger 500 and the connection part is shortened, and the bearing capacity of the rack can be improved accordingly.

Further preferably, one end of the connecting member 520 is connected to the inner support rod 240 by a fastening member, and the other end of the connecting member 520 is engaged with the clothes hanger 500. Thereby achieving the installation of the hanger 500.

Further preferably, the connecting member 520 is engaged with the clothes hanger 500 by a concave-convex engagement, wherein a latch 521 is disposed on the connecting member 520, and a slot 511 engaged with the latch 521 is disposed on the clothes rail 510. Thereby limiting the freedom of the clothes rail 510 along the length of the arm 200. However, the degree of freedom of the cloth rail 510 in the width direction of the long arm is not limited, and therefore, a second cover plate 512 is attached to the end of the cloth rail 510, one end of the second cover plate 512 is fitted to the cloth rail 510, the other end of the second cover plate 512 abuts against the side end surface of the link 520 and the end surface of the cloth rail 510, and the second cover plate 512 is locked to the end of the cloth rail 510 by a screw fastener.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, two fasteners 100 are provided in a set, wherein the two fasteners 100 are respectively located at both sides of one end of the inner support bar 240 and are connected to the inner support bar 240 by a fastener or an adhesive.

In this embodiment, two fasteners 100 are connected to the support arm 200 to achieve "force distribution" and improve the reliability of the shelf.

Further preferably, in order to ensure the flatness of the connected fastener 100 and the inner support rod 240, a concave cavity 241 is respectively arranged on both sides of one end of the inner support rod 240, and the concave cavity 241 is used as an embedding position of the fastener 100, so that the surface of the connected fastener 100 and the inner support rod 240 is flush, and accurate positioning and installation between the fastener 100 and the inner support rod 240 are realized.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the connecting portion includes a plurality of fastening legs 110, which are disposed along a length direction of the fastening member 100 and are used as clamping portions of the fastening member 100 and the upright 700 on the wall 900.

As shown in fig. 1 to 13, the present invention also provides a cloakroom, comprising: the buckling frame 600 is arranged on the wall 900, the upright posts 700 are arranged along the length direction of the buckling frame 600, the decorative plate 800 is arranged between every two adjacent upright posts 700, and the shelf is detachably connected to the upright posts 700.

According to the cloakroom provided by the invention, the decorative plate 800 on the wall body 900 and the shelf are integrated, wherein the decorative plate 800 not only serves as the decorative plate 800 of the wall body 900, but also serves as the sealing plate of the shelf, so that clothes placed on the shelf are prevented from being touched with the wall body 900, the structure of the whole cloakroom is simpler, in addition, the decorative plate 800 and the buckling frame 600 are detachably connected, and the shelf and the upright column 700 are detachably connected, so that the convenience and the rapidness in installation are realized.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 13, two strip grooves 710 are provided along the length direction of the pillar 700, wherein a plurality of clamping blocks 720 are provided along the length direction of the strip grooves 710. When the shelf is connected with the upright column 700, the fastening legs 110 on the fastener 100 are directly fastened on the fastening blocks 720 of the upright column 700, the installation is convenient, and the distance between two adjacent fastening blocks 720 is matched with the distance between two adjacent fastening legs 110.

Further preferably, the fastening frame 600 includes a plurality of first hanging plates 610 mounted on the wall 900, and a first supporting plate 611 is formed by extending the first hanging plates 610 obliquely outward along a sidewall of the first hanging plates 610, wherein a first sliding groove 612 is formed between the first hanging plates 610 and the first supporting plate 611, and the first hanging plates 610 and the decorative plate 800 are slidably fastened together.

Further preferably, the decorative plate 800 includes a door panel 810, and a second hanging plate 820 connected to the door panel 810, and a second support plate 821 is formed by extending obliquely outwards along a side wall of the second hanging plate 820, wherein a second sliding slot 822 is formed between the second hanging plate 820 and the second support plate 821. When the buckle frame 600 is connected with the decoration plate 800, the second support plate 821 is inserted into the first sliding groove 612, and the first support plate 611 is inserted into the second sliding groove 822, so that the installation is convenient and reliable.

Further preferably, the buckle frame 600 further comprises a supporting plate 620, wherein one side of the supporting plate 620 is connected to the wall through a spacer, and the other end of the supporting plate 620 is provided with a step 621 as a supporting portion of the upright 700.
