Referring to fig. 3, the second foam layer 80 is adhered to the upper surface of the second flame-retardant paper layer 90, the second face paper layer 100 is adhered to the lower surface of the second flame-retardant paper layer 90, and the second polyester film layer 110 is fixedly connected with the second face paper layer 100, so that the buffering, flame-retardant and high-strength waterproof performances of the corrugated board are effectively improved, and the service life is prolonged.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a first foam layer 70 and a second foam layer 80 are symmetrically adhered to the upper and lower surfaces of the double-corrugated cardboard layer 20, so as to enhance the cushioning property of the corrugated cardboard.

The embodiment of the invention provides a high-strength waterproof buffering corrugated board, wherein a first functional layer comprises a first polyester film layer, a first face paper layer, a first flame-retardant paper layer and a first foaming cotton layer respectively, the first polyester film layer is adhered to the upper surface of the first face paper layer, the first flame-retardant paper layer is adhered to the lower surface of the first face paper layer, the first foaming cotton layer is fixedly connected with the first flame-retardant paper layer, a second functional layer comprises a second foaming cotton layer, a second flame-retardant paper layer, a second face paper layer and a second polyester film layer respectively, the second foaming cotton layer is adhered to the upper surface of the second flame-retardant paper layer, the second face paper layer is adhered to the lower surface of the second flame-retardant paper layer, the second polyester film layer is fixedly connected with the second face paper layer, and the polyester film has high rigidity, high hardness and toughness, puncture resistance, friction resistance, high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and oil resistance, and excellent buffering performance of foaming cotton, the flame retardant paper has good flame retardant property.

It should be noted that, the machine body 1, the guide wheel 101, the glue box 2, the glue pump 201, the spray pipe 202, the atomizing nozzle 203, the hood 3, the rolling glue wheel 301, the motor 302, the heat dissipation fan 303, the first clamping groove 4, the second clamping groove 401, the air pump 402, the air guide hole 403, the guide wheel 404, the exhaust pipe 405, the switch group 5, the glue injection port 6, the first functional layer 10, the double corrugated cardboard layer 20, the second functional layer 30, the first mylar layer 40, the first face paper layer 50, the first flame retardant paper layer 60, the first foamed cotton layer 70, the second foamed cotton layer 80, the second flame retardant paper layer 90, the second face paper layer 100, and the second mylar layer 110 are all general standard components or components known to those skilled in the art, and the structure and principle of the device can be known to the skilled person or known to the skilled person through a conventional experimental method.

A production method for producing multi-layer corrugated paper comprises the following steps;

step (1): the first functional layer and the double corrugated paperboard layer respectively pass through the first functional layer and the double corrugated paperboard layer around a guide wheel;

step (2): the first functional layer and the double corrugated paperboard layer respectively pass through the upper part and the lower part of the spray pipe, a C3-L148B type glue pump extracts glue liquid in the inner cavity of the glue box, and the glue liquid is sprayed on the surfaces of the first functional layer and the double corrugated paperboard layer in a mist mode through an atomizing nozzle on the surface of the spray pipe; the first functional layer and the double corrugated paperboard layer extend into the space between the two groups of rolling rubber wheels;

and (3): after glue solution spraying is finished, the grinding rubber wheel is driven to rotate by an ACM602V36 type motor, the grinding rubber wheel can drive the first functional layer and the double corrugated board layers to advance through surface friction when rotating, and the first functional layer and the double corrugated board layers are ground simultaneously, so that the two layers are tightly attached together; producing a semi-finished corrugated board;

and (4): the semi-finished corrugated board is subjected to heat dissipation on the upper surface and the lower surface of the semi-finished corrugated board simultaneously through a 5V-DRGB type heat dissipation fan, so that glue is quickly condensed, and the semi-finished corrugated board is discharged from the hood;

and (5): after the corrugated board in the step (4) is discharged from the hood, the two ends of the corrugated board are clamped into the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove, the corrugated board is fixed through the clamping grooves, meanwhile, gas is generated through the operation of a 1366-T1 type air pump and is blown into the first clamping groove through a pipeline, the gas in the first clamping groove can be blown into the corrugations in the inner cavity of the corrugated board, so that the interior of the corrugated board can be cooled, the condensation efficiency of glue is further improved, and the airflow discharged by the corrugated board can enter the second clamping groove through the air guide holes and is discharged through the exhaust pipe;

and (6): and (5) repeating the processes from the step (1) to the step (5) to produce the corrugated board finished product and a functional layer II
