Technical Field

The invention belongs to the field of fertilizer production equipment, and particularly relates to a device for producing an organic fertilizer.

Background

The technological process of producing organic fertilizer and raising soil fertility with animal excrement as material and through treating with one kind of decomposing agent and anaerobic fermentation with inoculated microbes is complicated physiological and biochemical process. A series of physical, physiological, biochemical and microbial species and quantity changes and changes occur in the process. On one hand, crude protein, cellulose, lignin and saccharides in the organic waste materials can be degraded to generate inorganic nutrients, humus and the like which are easy to absorb and utilize, so that the content of available nutrients is increased, and the absorption and utilization of crops are facilitated; on the other hand, the growth of putrefying bacteria can be gradually and effectively inhibited along with the propagation of the microbial inoculum in the composting process, thereby not only reducing the generation of putrefying substances and the problem of environmental odor, but also inhibiting the problem of soil-borne diseases caused by the harmful bacteria entering the soil.

Therefore, whether the organic fertilizer is sufficiently fermented or not influences the use efficiency of the organic fertilizer. The device for producing the organic fertilizer at present is simple in structure, insufficient in fermentation, poor in fermentation effect and not beneficial to production of the organic fertilizer.

In view of this, the invention aims to provide a device for producing organic fertilizer, which has sufficient fermentation and good fermentation effect.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:

a device for producing organic fertilizer comprises a fermentation tank, a sealing cover, a feeding hopper, a partition plate, a rotating shaft, a stirring rod, stirring blades, a scraping plate, a motor, an equipment box and a spraying pipe;

the top of the fermentation tank is opened and is provided with a detachable sealing cover; an equipment box is arranged at the bottom of the fermentation tank, and a motor is arranged in the equipment box;

the inside of the fermentation tank is provided with a partition board which divides the inside of the fermentation tank into an upper part and a lower part, and the partition board is provided with a plurality of blanking holes; a rotating shaft is vertically arranged in the fermentation tank, penetrates through the center of the partition plate from top to bottom and is connected with a motor in the equipment box through a coupler; a stirring rod is arranged on the rotating shaft above the partition plate, a stirring blade is arranged on the rotating shaft below the partition plate, and a scraper attached to the inner wall of the fermentation tank is arranged at the end part of the stirring blade;

a heating layer and a heat-insulating layer are sequentially arranged on the side wall of the fermentation tank from the inside to the outside of the tank; the side wall of the upper part of the fermentation tank is provided with a feeding port, the feeding port is connected with a feeding hopper, and the side wall of the lower part of the fermentation tank is provided with a discharging port;

the inner surface of the sealing cover is provided with a spray pipe, one end of the spray pipe is closed, and the other end of the spray pipe penetrates out of the sealing cover.

The operation of the device is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:

Then, various soil functional bacteria are added into the livestock and poultry manure through the feeding hopper 5 for fermentation, and meanwhile, the stirring blades 10 and the stirring rods 9 are controlled by the motor 12 to stir the organic fertilizers.

In the process of organic fertilizer fermentation, the condition of organic fertilizer change in the tank can be observed through the perspective window 19.
