3. A method for improving the solubility of trace elements in a trace element ammonium phosphate product using the apparatus of claim 1, comprising the steps of:

(1) addition of raw materials of trace elements

a. Checking each microelement raw material bin, the premixing primary reaction tank and the shearing dispersion secondary reaction tank to be intact, checking the insulation condition of a motor of equipment, checking whether the lubrication of each equipment is intact, detecting the insulation and powering on;

b. starting the microelement raw material hoister, starting the conveying belt, starting the microelement metering belt and switching to a remote control state;

c. opening a valve of a granulation tail gas washing liquid conveying branch pipe, adding granulation tail gas washing liquid into the premixing primary reaction tank, and starting the high-speed stirrer when the liquid level of the granulation tail gas washing liquid submerges the stirring paddle; opening an air pipe air valve at the top of the premixing primary reaction tank to ensure that the inside of the premixing primary reaction tank is kept in a micro-negative pressure state; setting the addition amount of the trace elements, adjusting the proper motor frequency, and stably adding the trace element raw materials into the premixing primary reaction tank; under the action of a stirrer, a trace element raw material and a granulation tail gas washing liquid containing phosphoric acid are subjected to primary reaction, and water vapor generated by the reaction is introduced into a washing system by an air pipe to participate in washing;

4. The method of claim 3, wherein the process specifications are controlled as follows:

concentration of phosphorus pentoxide in the granulation tail gas washing liquid: 40% -47%;

washing density of granulation tail gas: 1.52 g/ml-1.62 g/ml;

the content of trace elements in the product is 0.1 to 4 percent;

shearing particle size by shearing dispersion equipment: less than or equal to 0.1 mm;

the water solubility of the trace elements is increased: 10 to 25 percent.

Technical Field

The invention relates to production of a phosphorus compound fertilizer, in particular to equipment for producing ammonium phosphate, and particularly relates to equipment and a method for producing differentiated and customized trace element ammonium phosphate products.

Background

At present, the productivity of the traditional phosphate fertilizer product is seriously surplus, and the homogenization competition is fierce. Based on the actual production, the phosphorus fertilizer chemical industry products need to be positioned and distributed again, and the supply side reform of the phosphorus fertilizer chemical industry products is accelerated. The production of the trace element ammonium phosphate is the transformation upgrade of products, the scale production of customized and differentiated products, and is a necessary way for the production of the ammonium phosphate. The addition of the trace element raw materials inevitably reduces the content of nitrogen and phosphorus pentoxide in the product, and increases the control difficulty of the production system. In order to reduce the influence of trace elements on nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients in an original product, high-content oxides are generally adopted as raw materials, partial oxides react with phosphoric acid to form precipitates in the production process, and the water solubility of the trace elements is greatly influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide equipment and a method suitable for improving the water solubility of trace elements (zinc, copper and manganese) in ammonium phosphate products, which solve the problems by designing, researching and developing, additionally arranging corresponding devices and reasonably preparing a trace element-phosphoric acid mixed solution for production through the adjustment of control indexes.

The invention provides equipment suitable for improving the water solubility of trace elements in trace element (zinc, copper and manganese) ammonium phosphate products, which comprises a trace element adding device, a premixing primary reaction device, a shearing and dispersing secondary reaction device, a corresponding delivery pump, a pipeline and a valve, wherein the delivery pump is connected with the pipeline;

the trace element adding device comprises a trace element raw material bin, an automatic control metering belt, a conveying elevator, and an inlet chute, an outlet chute and a distribution valve which are matched;

the premixing primary reaction device comprises a premixing primary reaction tank, is positioned at the lower part of the conveying hoister of the trace element adding device, and is provided with a high-strength stirrer, a granulation tail gas washing liquid inlet pipe, a trace element raw material inlet pipe, a reaction tail gas exhaust pipe, a primary mixed liquid conveying pump, a matched conveying pipeline and a matched valve;

the shearing and dispersing secondary reaction device comprises high-speed shearing and dispersing equipment, a shearing and dispersing secondary reaction tank, a sulfuric acid inlet pipe, a secondary mixed liquid emulsification pump, a matched conveying pipeline and a matched valve.

Preferably, the high-speed shearing and dispersing equipment is a shearing and dispersing machine, the rotating speed of a main shaft is 0-2900 r/min, a rotor rotating at high speed is used for generating strong shearing force, the primary reaction mixed liquid containing the trace element raw materials enters narrow and precise gaps of the rotor and is subjected to centrifugal, extrusion, shearing, impact and other acting forces, so that particles in the mixed liquid are fully crushed and sheared, and the mixed liquid required by production is obtained.

The method for improving the water solubility of the trace elements in the trace element (zinc, copper and manganese) ammonium phosphate product by using the equipment comprises the following steps:

(1) addition of raw materials of trace elements

a. Checking each microelement raw material bin, the premixing primary reaction tank and the shearing dispersion secondary reaction tank to be intact, checking the insulation condition of a motor of equipment, checking whether the lubrication of each equipment is intact, testing the insulation, and powering on;

b. and starting the microelement raw material hoister, starting the conveying belt, starting the microelement metering belt and switching to a remote control state.

c. Opening a valve of a granulation tail gas washing liquid conveying branch pipe, adding granulation tail gas washing liquid from a granulation tail gas washing liquid sealing tank into a premixing primary reaction tank, and starting a high-speed stirrer when the liquid level of the granulation tail gas washing liquid submerges a stirring paddle; opening an air pipe air valve at the top of the premixing primary reaction tank to ensure that the interior of the reaction tank is kept in a micro-negative pressure state; setting the addition amount of the trace elements, adjusting the proper motor frequency, and stably adding the trace element raw materials into the premixing primary reaction tank. Under the action of the stirrer, the trace element raw material and the granulation tail gas washing liquid containing phosphoric acid are subjected to preliminary reaction, and water vapor generated by the reaction is introduced into a washing system by an air pipe to participate in washing.

d. And continuously adding the granulation tail gas washing liquid and the trace element raw materials into the tank, starting a primary mixed liquid conveying pump to convey the mixed liquid into a shearing and dispersing secondary reaction tank after the liquid level of the premixing primary reaction tank reaches 80%, and adjusting the flow to be balanced.

When the premix entering the shearing and dispersing secondary reaction tank passes through the shearing disperser, starting the shearing disperser to shear the particles in the premix into finer particles and uniformly disperse the particles in the mixed solution; simultaneously opening a sulfuric acid regulating valve, adding quantitative sulfuric acid into the shearing and dispersing secondary reaction tank, and allowing the sulfuric acid to react with the particles in the mixed solution; and conveying the secondary reaction solution which is more complete in reaction and more uniform in dispersion into the tubular reactor acid preparation tank through the emulsification pump, and participating in spraying granulation to produce a trace element-containing ammonium phosphate product.

In the method, the process indexes are controlled as follows:

concentration of phosphorus pentoxide in the granulation tail gas washing liquid: 40 to 47 percent

Washing density of granulation tail gas: 1.52 g/ml-1.62 g/ml

The content of the trace elements in the product is 0.1 to 4 percent

Shearing particle size by shearing dispersion equipment: less than or equal to 0.1mm

The water solubility of the trace elements is increased: 10 to 25 percent.

The invention generates the phosphate precipitate by crushing, and adds a proper amount of sulfuric acid, thereby not only meeting the production requirement, but also reducing the adverse factors brought by the addition of a large amount of raw materials to the control of the production process. The equipment and the method can ensure the quality of the product, simultaneously improve the water solubility of the trace elements to the maximum extent so as to ensure the fertilizer efficiency of the product, and simultaneously effectively reduce the interference of the trace element raw materials on the control of the ammonium phosphate production process.

Detailed Description

An apparatus and method for improving water solubility of trace elements in a trace element (zinc, copper, manganese) ammonium phosphate product by a certain ammonium phosphate production device, taking production of zinc-containing granular monoammonium phosphate (Zn-GMAP) as an example:

the equipment comprises a zinc oxide adding device, a premixing primary reaction device, a shearing and dispersing secondary reaction device, a corresponding delivery pump, a pipeline and a valve.

The zinc oxide adding device comprises trace element raw material bins a, b, c and d, automatic control metering belts 1, 2, 3 and 4, a conveying belt 5, a conveying elevator 6, and matched inlet and outlet chutes and distribution valves.

The premixing primary reaction device comprises a premixing primary reaction tank 7, is positioned at the lower part of a zinc oxide adding device conveying elevator, and is provided with a high-strength stirrer 11, a granulation tail gas washing liquid inlet pipe, a zinc oxide inlet chute, a reaction tail gas exhaust pipe, a primary mixed liquid conveying pump 8, a matched conveying pipeline and a matched valve.

The shearing and dispersing secondary reaction device comprises a high-speed shearing and dispersing device 12, a secondary reaction tank 9, a sulfuric acid inlet pipe, a secondary mixed liquid emulsification pump 10, a matched conveying pipeline and a matched valve.

The high-speed shearing and dispersing equipment is a novel shearing and stirring equipment which is designed and built independently, namely a shearing disperser 12, the rotating speed of a main shaft is 0-2900 r/min, strong shearing force is generated by utilizing a rotor rotating at a high speed, primary reaction mixed liquid containing trace element raw materials enters narrow and precise gaps of the rotor and is subjected to centrifugal, extrusion, shearing, impact and other acting forces, so that particles in the mixed liquid are fully crushed and sheared, and mixed solution required by production is obtained.

The operation steps are as follows:

a. checking each microelement raw material bin (a, b, c and d), the premixing primary reaction tank 7 and the shearing dispersion secondary reaction tank 9 to be intact, checking the insulation condition of a motor of equipment, checking whether the lubrication of each equipment is intact, informing an electrician to measure the insulation, and powering on;

b. starting the microelement raw material hoister 6, starting the conveying belt 5, starting the microelement metering belts 1, 2, 3 and 4 and switching to a remote control state.

c. Opening a valve of a granulation tail gas washing liquid conveying branch pipe, adding granulation tail gas washing liquid from a granulation tail gas washing liquid sealing tank into the premixing primary reaction tank 7, and starting the high-speed stirrer 11 when the liquid level of the granulation tail gas washing liquid submerges the stirring paddle; opening an air pipe air valve at the top of the premixing primary reaction tank to ensure that the interior of the reaction tank is kept in a micro-negative pressure state; the addition amount of zinc oxide is set, the proper motor frequency is adjusted, and the trace element raw material is stably added into the premixing primary reaction tank 7. Under the action of the stirrer 11, zinc oxide and the granulation tail gas washing liquid containing phosphoric acid are subjected to preliminary reaction to generate zinc phosphate precipitate, and water vapor generated by the reaction is introduced into a washing system by an air pipe to participate in washing.

d. And (3) continuously adding the granulation tail gas washing liquid and the zinc oxide into the tank, starting a primary mixed liquid conveying pump 8 to convey the mixed liquid into a shearing and dispersing secondary reaction tank 9 after the liquid level of the premixing primary reaction tank 7 reaches 80%, and adjusting the flow to be balanced.

e. When the premix entering the shearing and dispersing secondary reaction tank 9 passes through the shearing disperser 12, the shearing disperser 12 is started to shear the particles in the premix into finer particles and uniformly disperse the particles in the mixed solution; simultaneously opening a sulfuric acid regulating valve, adding quantitative sulfuric acid into the shearing and dispersing secondary reaction tank 9, and allowing the sulfuric acid to react with particulate matters (zinc phosphate and zinc oxide) in the mixed solution to generate soluble zinc sulfate; the second-stage reaction solution which is more complete in reaction and more uniform in dispersion is conveyed into the tubular reactor through the emulsification pump 10 to participate in spraying granulation to produce the ammonium phosphate product containing trace elements.

In the method, the process indexes are controlled as follows:

concentration of phosphorus pentoxide in the granulation tail gas washing liquid: 40 to 47 percent

Washing density of granulation tail gas: 1.52 g/ml-1.62 g/ml

The content of the trace elements in the product is 0.5 to 1 percent

Shearing particle size by shearing dispersion equipment: less than or equal to 0.1mm

The water solubility of the trace elements is increased: 15 percent.
