1. The adhesive comprises mortar, wherein the mortar comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

11-18 parts of starch and/or dextrin

0.08-0.1 part of oil

78-82 parts of quartz sand.

2. The adhesive of claim 1, wherein the oil has a viscosity of 20 to 120 mPas.

3. A binder as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the starch or dextrin has a mean particle size of 5 μm-35 μm.

5. The binder as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the starch is at least one of corn starch, sweet potato starch, tapioca starch, lotus root starch, wheat starch;

the dextrin is maltodextrin and/or cyclodextrin;

the oil is at least one of lemon oil, peanut oil, linseed oil, corn oil, coconut oil, cottonseed oil, olive oil, palm oil, pomace oil, hazelnut oil, rapeseed oil, almond oil, sesame oil, soybean oil, rice bran oil, sunflower seed oil and safflower oil.

6. The binder according to claim 5, wherein the lemon oil contains citral, (R) -p-methyl-1, 8-diene, methyl anthranilate and citronellal, and the mass ratio of the citral, (R) -p-methyl-1, 8-diene, methyl anthranilate and citronellal is (5-10): (1-5): (1-5): (0.1-1).

7. A method of using the adhesive of any one of claims 1-6, comprising the steps of: and mixing the mortar with water, placing the mixture at a position to be bonded, and curing.

8. The use method according to claim 7, wherein the mass ratio of the water to the mortar is 1: (2.5-3.5).

9. Use according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the curing is carried out at a temperature of 20-30 ℃ for a period of 9-11 hours.

10. The use of any one of claims 7-9, further comprising a step of removing the binder by heating the cured binder in a water bath for 4-5 hours.

Technical Field

Background

Toys, broadly referred to as articles of play, are commonly associated with children or pets. Playing toys are often used in human society as a way to educate through entertainment. Toys can be classified into metal toys, plastic toys, wood toys, bamboo toys, flannel toys, paper toys, civil toys and the like according to the material, and many toy factories can use adhesives to bond when producing and manufacturing toys.

At present, the common adhesives comprise polyvinyl acetate, phenolic aldehyde-chloroprene rubber adhesive, epoxy adhesive and the like, which can well bond substances to be bonded, but when the toy is damaged or discarded, the usable parts in the damaged or discarded toy can be recycled for waste utilization, and the adhesives are difficult to remove in the recycling process, so that the phenomenon of difficult recycling or usable part breakage occurs.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the invention aims to solve the technical problem that the existing adhesive is difficult to remove from a substance to be bonded after the use is finished, and further provides a stabilizing agent and a blocking method for an arsenic-containing waste residue storage yard.

The binder provided by the invention comprises mortar, wherein the mortar comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

11-18 parts of starch and/or dextrin

0.08-0.1 part of oil

78-82 parts of quartz sand.

Further, the lemon oil contains citral, (R) -p-methyl-1, 8-diene, methyl anthranilate and citronellal, and the mass ratio of the citral, (R) -p-methyl-1, 8-diene, methyl anthranilate to citronellal is (5-10): (1-5): (1-5): (0.1-1).

In addition, the invention also provides a using method of the adhesive, which comprises the following steps: and mixing the mortar with water, placing the mixture at a position to be bonded, and curing.

Further, the mass ratio of the water to the mortar is 1: (2.5-3.5).

Further, the curing temperature is 20-30 ℃ and the curing time is 9-11 h.

Further, the method also comprises a step of removing the binder, wherein the step of removing the binder is to heat the cured binder for 4-5 hours in a water bath.

The technical scheme of the invention has the following advantages:

(1) the adhesive provided by the invention adopts mortar, and the raw materials are matched with each other by adjusting the content of starch, oil and quartz sand in the mortar, so that the adhesive not only has good adhesive property, but also has the characteristic of water solubility, and the adhesive can be thoroughly removed from substances to be adhered after the use of the adhesive is finished due to the characteristic of water solubility, thereby the substances to be adhered can be recycled.

(2) The binder provided by the invention further enables the properties of the raw materials to be matched with each other by controlling the viscosity of the oil, the average grain diameter of the starch and the average grain diameter of the quartz sand, ensures the mixing uniformity of the raw materials and further improves the binding performance of the binder. The adhesive is suitable for fixing all wood and plastic parts.

(3) According to the binder provided by the invention, the oil is preferably lemon oil, the added lemon oil is completely combined with natural dust formed by the crystal quartz sand, and the crystal quartz sand is endowed with a pleasant lemon smell; furthermore, the lemon oil contains citral, (R) -p-methyl-1, 8-diene, methyl anthranilate and citronellal, and the mass ratio of the citral, (R) -p-methyl-1, 8-diene, methyl anthranilate and citronellal is (5-10): (1-5): (1-5): (0.1-1), the degree of the lemon oil combined with the quartz sand is improved.
