1. An automatic heat treatment apparatus for cutting picks, comprising:

a frame;

the power mechanism is arranged at the head end of the rack and is provided with two baffles, the two baffles are arranged on two sides of the rack, a power motor is arranged between the two baffles and is connected with a speed reducer, the speed reducer is arranged in one baffle in a penetrating manner, and an output shaft of the speed reducer is fixedly provided with a driving gear;

Background

The cutting pick is a direct cutting tool of a coal mining machine and a heading machine, has very bad working conditions, is subjected to the friction and impact action of a coal bed or rock in the using process, generally has short service life, and has a main failure mode that an alloy head falls off or a tooth body has poor bending resistance and is bent or broken under the action of strong force because the tooth body at the head part of the cutting pick is abraded too fast.

The heat treatment refers to a metal hot working process for obtaining expected structure and performance by means of heating, heat preservation and cooling of materials in a solid state, and the heat treatment is an important processing procedure in the cutting pick processing process.

The requirements for cutting picks in mining operations are: the pick head, in addition to holding the carbide and preventing it from falling off, also has a high hardness to resist wear from coal seams, dirt bands or rocks. Therefore, the tooth shank has enough impact toughness in the tooth sleeve (or tooth seat) hole besides rotation. This requires that the pick head has higher wear resistance than the shank of the pick body, and is therefore particularly important for the location of heat treatment, where manual pick transport for heat treatment is often inefficient, and where automated equipment is difficult to adapt to the heat treatment requirements of picks of various specifications.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides automatic cutting tooth heat treatment equipment, and aims to realize automatic heat treatment processing, improve the production efficiency and meet the heat treatment processing requirements of cutting teeth of various specifications.

the heating mechanism comprises an induction heater, the induction heater is arranged on two sides of the top of the tail end of the rack, and the height of the induction heater is adjustable.
