8. The suspension mechanism for a flexible tub washing machine of claim 7 wherein the motor is disposed in a motor housing, the clutch is disposed in a clutch housing, the motor housing is bolted to the motor bracket, and the clutch housing is bolted to the clutch bracket.

9. A washing machine characterised in that it is provided with a flexible drum employing a suspension mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.

A washing machine as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the flexible cylinder is divided into two parts, the upper part of the flexible cylinder is a static cylinder, the lower cylinder is a movable cylinder, the movable cylinder is rotatably supported on the inner ring and is supported by a flexible material, and the movable cylinder rotates at a low speed during washing.

Background

At present, the function of simulating hand rubbing of a washing machine is not complete enough, and the washing causes damage to clothes, especially a pulsator washing machine; at present, the washing machine is still quite common in the conditions of large vibration, large noise and the like in the dehydration stage.

Patent No. CN104928884A discloses a washing machine suspension mechanism for supporting a rigid structure, but is not applicable to flexible drums.

The flexible drum of the flexible drum washing machine in the prior patent publication has no good supporting structure, so that the flexible drum can bear large tensile force, the flexible drum is easy to cause fatigue damage, and severe vibration and noise of the washing machine are caused.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the present invention provides a suspension mechanism that is less likely to cause fatigue damage to a flexible tube and has low vibration noise.

The invention provides a suspension mechanism for a flexible drum washing machine, wherein the flexible drum is arranged in a washing machine box body, the suspension mechanism comprises a support piece and a plurality of suspension pieces, the support piece comprises an inner ring and an outer ring which are in rotatable fit, the outer ring is used for suspending the flexible drum on the box body, and the inner ring is used for rotatably supporting the flexible drum; the outer wall of the flexible cylinder is attached to the inner wall of the inner ring, and the flexible cylinder can drive the inner ring to rotate together when the flexible cylinder is driven to rotate;

one end of the hanging piece is connected with the outer ring, and the other end of the hanging piece is connected with the box body.

Further preferably, the inner ring and the outer ring form a bearing structure through the matching of steel balls.

Preferably, one end of the hanging piece is connected with the outer ring, and the other end of the hanging piece is connected with the box body.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. According to the flexible drum washing machine, the flexible drum can be deformed in the washing process, is attached to clothes and extrudes the clothes, and drives the clothes to rub against the clothes; in the dehydration process, the flexible inner cylinder is twisted to extrude the clothes for dehydration, which is similar to the way of manually wringing the clothes; the wringing mode has the advantages that the motor does not need to rotate at a high speed, and noise and large vibration cannot be generated. The present invention provides a suspension structure and a washing machine thereof, which can solve at least one technical problem in the prior art.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a suspension mechanism for a flexible drum washing machine, wherein the upper end of a flexible drum 13 is fixedly arranged in a washing machine cabinet 12 through a top plate 17, the suspension mechanism comprises a support member and a plurality of suspension members, wherein the support member comprises an inner ring 2 and an outer ring 7 which are rotatably matched, the outer ring 7 is used for suspending the flexible drum on the cabinet 12, and the inner ring 2 is used for rotatably supporting the flexible drum 13.

In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the inner ring and the outer ring are matched with each other through a steel ball to form a bearing structure, i.e., the outer ring is a bearing outer ring, and the inner ring is a bearing inner ring.

In a further preferred embodiment, the flexible tube is made of a flexible material and rotatably supported on the inner ring, the flexible tube deforms to generate a rubbing-simulated operation mode under the low-speed rotation of the driving motor during washing, and the washing process simulates a manual mode during the washing process, the rinsing process and the dewatering process. Further preferably, the flexible cylinder is divided into two parts, the upper part of the flexible cylinder is a static cylinder and is fixed on the box body 12, and the lower cylinder is a movable cylinder and is rotatably supported on the inner ring. When the motor drives the flexible cylinder to operate, only the lower cylinder rotates; as the upper end of the flexible cylinder 13 is fixed, the flexible cylinder 13 makes twisting motion in the operation process. During the twisting process of the flexible drum 13, the clothes and the clothes, and the clothes and the inner wall of the flexible drum 13 can be fully rubbed and extruded mutually, so that the rubbing type washing process can be better simulated. In order to realize better flexible installation of the flexible tube besom box body, the suspension mechanism is also provided with a suspension part 1, the upper part of the suspension mechanism is suspended on the box body 12 through the suspension part 1, and the preferred suspension part is a suspension rod (of course, a suspension rope with certain strength) one end of which is connected with the outer ring 7 and the other end of which is connected with the box body 12. Further preferably, one end of the hanging piece is provided with a hook, the outer ring is provided with a lifting lug 4, and the lifting lug and the hook are movably connected together. Further preferably, the outer ring is provided with a lifting ring 3, and the lifting lug 4 is arranged on the lifting ring and is matched with the lifting ring through threaded connection so as to facilitate installation.

Preferably, in order to solve the problem of excessive noise generated by the driving mechanism arranged on the box body of the existing flexible drum washing machine, the suspension mechanism of the washing machine further comprises at least one mounting bracket arranged at the bottom of the outer ring, and the driving motor 15 and the clutch 14 for driving the flexible drum to rotate are arranged on the mounting bracket. For avoiding resonance, it is further preferred that the mounting bracket split is divided into two independent motor supports 5 and a clutch support 6, the two supports are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the outer ring and connected to the outer ring through bolts, the motor is arranged on the motor supports, and the clutch is arranged on the clutch support.

As shown in fig. 3, the cross member 8 is used to support the clutch 14, the drain pipe mounting hole 9 is used to leave a mounting position for the drain pipe 16, the clutch mounting hole 10 is used as a bolt hole to fix the clutch 14, and the bracket fixing hole 11 is used as a bolt hole to fix the clutch bracket 11.

In summary, the suspension mechanism of the flexible drum washing machine provided in this embodiment has an upper end suspended on the casing 12 by the suspension member 1, the suspension mechanism body is a bearing inner and outer ring structure, a lower end of the flexible drum 13 can be rotatably supported on the bearing inner ring 2, and since it preferably adopts a split structure, the upper end is fixed on the casing 12, and the lower end is rotatably driven by the motor 15. In the rotating process of the flexible cylinder 13, the bearing inner ring 2 is driven to rotate together, the bearing inner ring 2 plays a role in supporting the flexible cylinder 13, the phenomenon that the flexible cylinder 13 bears overlarge pulling force in the working process can be effectively prevented, the fatigue damage of the flexible cylinder is avoided, and the service life of the flexible cylinder is prolonged. In addition, the bearing outer ring 7 is hung on the box body 12 through the hanging ring 3 and the hanging piece 1, the bearing outer ring 7 is connected with the motor bracket 5 and the clutch bracket 6 through bolts, and the shell of the motor 15 is fixed on the motor bracket 5 through bolt connection. The housing of the clutch 14 is fixed to the clutch carrier 6 by means of a screw connection. That is, the driving mechanism is integrally arranged in a suspension way, so that the rotation of the driving mechanism is prevented from being directly transmitted to the box body, and the vibration and the noise of the washing machine are greatly reduced.
