The composite polymer coated fabric of claim 1, wherein the composite polymer coated fabric is prepared by coating composite polymer slurry on the surface of the fabric substrate by adopting a doctor blade slurry coating process or a roller slurry coating process, and drying the composite polymer slurry by heating, wherein the composite polymer coating comprises the following components, by mass, 10 ~ 35 EVA, 15 ~ 30 and 1 ~ 30 filler.

7. A method of making the composite polymer coated fabric of claim 1, comprising the steps of:

a. selecting a fabric base material, pretreating, and drying for later use;

b. coating the fabric base material with slurry, drying after coating to make the slurry solidified without stickiness and integrated with the fabric base material to obtain the coated fabric base material, wherein the slurry viscosity is 900 ~ 150000cps, and the total coating amount is controlled to be 5 ~ 200g/m2

c. Baking after finishing coating;

the sizing agent comprises the following components in parts by mass:

EVA 10~35

other Components 15 ~ 30

Filler 1 ~ 30

Solvent 40 ~ 80.

8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the solvent is selected from a mixture of ethanol and ethyl acetate, and the volume ratio of ethanol is 30 ~ 70 vol%.

The method according to claim 8, wherein the hot drying is carried out by arranging a temperature gradient in a drying tunnel of the hot drying, wherein the temperature gradient is 80-90 ℃, 90-100 ℃, 100-110 ℃ and 110-120 ℃ in sequence from an inlet to an outlet of the drying tunnel, and each temperature section stays at 2 ~ 25S.

In the structure, because the composite polymer coating is not only attached to the surface of the fabric texture, the composite polymer coating is also embedded into the fabric substrate in a form of forming a fabric size-melting layer; compared with the coating fabric in the prior art, the coating fabric has the advantage of high coating adhesion strength.
