The steel wire rope is a spiral steel wire bundle formed by twisting steel wires with mechanical property and geometric dimension meeting requirements according to a certain rule, the steel wire rope is formed by twisting a plurality of layers of steel wires into strands, then an inner core material is used as a center, and a certain number of strands of steel wire ropes are wrapped and twisted into a spiral product structure.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention solves the problems that: the galvanized steel wire rope is used for preventing the inner core material of the peripheral steel wire strand from being subjected to friction impact.

The elastic buffer structure of the whole structure is realized by arranging a plurality of penetrating rods and a plurality of elastic abutting mechanisms between an inner core material and a peripheral steel wire strand, installing a plurality of penetrating rods with long strip-shaped structures from top to bottom on the outer side of the periphery of the inner core material, enabling the penetrating rods and the outer side surface of the inner core material to enclose an inner buffer area, sleeving the elastic abutting mechanisms on the penetrating rods in a penetrating way, enabling inner elastomers to be located in the inner buffer area enclosed by the penetrating rods and the outer side surface of the inner core material, then wrapping and twisting the outer sides of the outer elastomers of the elastic abutting mechanisms on the peripheral steel wire strand, enabling the inner core material and the inner sides of the penetrating rods to be buffered through the elasticity of the inner elastomers, and enabling the outer sides of the penetrating rods and the peripheral steel wire strand to be buffered through the elasticity of the outer elastomers, and avoiding direct friction impact.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a galvanized steel wire rope includes an inner core 1, an outer peripheral strand 4, a penetration rod 2, and an elastic contact mechanism 3. A plurality of cross-connecting rods 2 with strip-shaped structures are arranged on the outer side of the periphery of the inner core material 1 from top to bottom; the upper side and the lower side of the cross-connecting rod 2 are fixedly arranged on the side surfaces of the upper end part and the lower end part of the inner core material 1; an inner side buffer area 5 is defined between the cross-connecting rod 2 and the outer side surface of the inner core material 1; the cross-under rod 2 is sleeved with a plurality of elastic abutting mechanisms 3; the elastic force abutting mechanism 3 comprises a penetration ring 32, an outer elastic body 33 and an inner elastic body 31; an outer elastic body 33 is arranged on the outer side of the penetrating ring 32; an inner elastic body 31 is arranged on the inner side of the penetrating ring 32; the penetrating ring 32 is sleeved on the penetrating rod 2; the inner elastic body 31 is positioned in an inner buffer area 5 enclosed by the penetrating rod 2 and the outer side surface of the inner core material 1; two ends of the inner side elastic body 31 respectively elastically press between the inner core material 1 and the cross-connecting ring 32; the outer side of the outer side elastic body 33 of the elastic abutting mechanism 3 is wrapped and twisted with a plurality of peripheral steel wire strands 4; the outer elastic body 33 is elastically abutted against the inner side surface of the peripheral steel wire strand 4; the outer side of the peripheral steel wire strand 4 is provided with a galvanized coating.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, it is further preferable that the penetrating ring 32 is in a circular ring structure in order to increase a space for radial floating between the penetrating ring 32 and the penetrating rod 2; the cross section of the cross-connecting rod 2 is of a circular structure; the relation between the inner diameter D1 of the cross-connecting ring 32 and the section diameter D2 of the cross-connecting rod 2 is as follows: 1/2D1 is not less than D2 is less than D1. Further, the outer elastic body 33 and the inner elastic body 31 are both titanium springs. Furthermore, the outer sides of the outer elastic body 33 and the inner elastic body 31 are both provided with polytetrafluoroethylene coatings. The invention adds a plurality of penetrating rods 2 and a plurality of elastic abutting mechanisms 3 between an inner core material 1 and a peripheral steel wire strand 4, a plurality of penetrating rods 2 with long strip structures are arranged on the outer side of the periphery of the inner core material 1 from top to bottom, so that an inner side buffer area 5 is defined between the penetrating rods 2 and the outer side surface of the inner core material 1, a penetrating ring 32 of the elastic abutting mechanism 3 is sleeved on the penetrating rods 2, so that an inner side elastic body 31 is positioned in the inner side buffer area 5 defined by the penetrating rods 2 and the outer side surface of the inner core material 1, then the outer side of an outer side elastic body 33 of the elastic abutting mechanism is wrapped and twisted with the strand of the peripheral steel wire strand 4, so that the inner core material 1 and the inner side of the penetrating rods 2 are buffered by the elastic force 31 of the inner side elastic body, the outer side of the penetrating rods 2 and the peripheral steel wire strand 4 are buffered by, the direct friction impact of the peripheral steel wire strands 4 on the inner core material 1 is avoided.
