Detailed Description

The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1-10, the detachable hidden frame glass curtain wall of the invention comprises a keel 1 and a panel 2, wherein the keel 1 comprises a plurality of cross beams 11 and upright posts 12 which are vertically staggered and connected, the beam 11 and the upright post 12 are encircled to form a plurality of rectangular mouth-shaped connectors, the panel 2 is in a rectangular plate-shaped structure and is made of toughened glass materials, a rear connecting frame 13 in a rectangular frame structure is fixed in each connector, the rear connecting frame 13 comprises four strip-shaped plate-shaped enclosing plates 14 which are respectively attached and fixed with the periphery of each connector, the four enclosing plates 14 are sequentially connected, and the panel further comprises four strip-shaped plate-shaped baffles 18 which are sequentially connected, the long sides of the outer sides of the four baffle plates 18 are respectively and vertically connected with the long sides of the rear sides of the four enclosing plates 14, the inner side surfaces of the upper enclosing plate 14 and the lower enclosing plate 14 are provided with a plurality of pin grooves 15 with the length direction arranged along the width direction of the corresponding enclosing plate 14, and the inner side surfaces of the left enclosing plate 14 and the right enclosing plate 14 are provided with a plurality of pin holes 16 with the length direction arranged along the width direction of the corresponding enclosing plate 14; a front connecting frame 21 with a rectangular frame structure is fixed on the rear side surface of the panel 2, the front connecting frame 21 comprises four hollow rectangular pipes which are sequentially connected end to end, the length directions of the four rectangular pipes are respectively arranged in parallel with the four sides of the panel 2, the front frame wall of the front connecting frame 21 is fixedly attached to the rear side surface of the panel 2, two rectangular rod-shaped adjusting columns 3 are respectively and movably matched in the upper and lower sections of the front connecting frame 21, a reset spring 31 with two ends respectively abutting against the inner ends of the two adjusting columns 3 is arranged, a strip-shaped plate-shaped adjusting plate 36 is respectively and movably arranged in the left and right sections of the front connecting frame 21, two ends of the adjusting plate 36 are respectively and vertically connected with the outer ends of the two corresponding adjusting columns 3, a plurality of main connecting holes 22 are vertically arranged on the outer frame walls of the left and right sections of the front connecting frame 21, the plurality of main connecting holes 22 are distributed along the length directions of, a plurality of auxiliary connecting holes 24 are distributed along the length direction of the upper and lower sections of the front connecting frame 21, the outer frame wall of the front connecting frame 21 between the main connecting hole 22 and the rear side surface of the panel 2 is also provided with an adjusting hole 26, a rod-shaped main connecting pin 23 and a rod-shaped auxiliary connecting pin 25 are respectively and movably arranged in the main connecting hole 22 and the auxiliary connecting hole 24, the inner end of the main connecting pin 23 is fixed with an adjusting plate 36, the adjusting column 3 is provided with a plurality of connecting grooves 32, the connecting grooves 32 are internally provided with sliding grooves 33 with the length direction forming an angle with the length direction of the adjusting column 3, the sliding grooves 33 are internally provided with sliding blocks 34 in a sliding way, the inner ends of the auxiliary connecting pins 25 are connected with the sliding blocks 34, the rear frame wall of the front connecting frame 21 is vertically provided with a plurality of press holes 27, press rods 4 are movably arranged in the press holes 27, the inner ends of the press rods 4 are fixedly provided with, the compression spring 43 with two ends respectively abutting against the pressure plate 42 and the rear frame wall of the front connecting frame 21 is sleeved on the pressure lever 4, the adjusting column 3 is provided with a plurality of limiting holes 35 with the opening direction vertical to the rear side surface of the panel 2, the length direction of the limiting holes 35 is arranged along the length direction of the adjusting column 3, and the pressing blocks 41 in the upper and lower sections of the front connecting frame 21 are positioned in the limiting holes 35;

the panel 2 is fixed on the keel 1, four coamings 14 are respectively matched with frames on the peripheral outer frame walls of the front connecting frame 21, the reset spring 31 pushes the adjusting column 3, two adjusting plates 36 are respectively abutted against the left and right sections of the front connecting frame 21, the sliding block 34 is moved to the inner end of the sliding groove 33, the outer end of the main connecting pin 23 and the outer end of the auxiliary connecting pin 25 respectively extend out of the outer frame walls of the front connecting frame 21 and are respectively matched and embedded in the pin hole 16 and the pin groove 15, the compression spring 43 pushes the pressing plate 42 to abut against the baffle plate 18, so that the outer end of the main connecting pin 23 and the outer end of the auxiliary connecting pin 25 are respectively moved to the front end of the pin hole 16 and the front end of the pin groove 15, the distance between the rear frame wall of the front connecting frame 21 and the pressing plate 42 and the distance between the rear side of the panel 2 and the front side of the coamings 14 are the same, the edges of; and can extrude two panels 2 transversely adjacent to the panel 2 to be disassembled, expose the adjusting hole 26 of the panel 2 to be disassembled, extrude the adjusting plate 36 in the adjusting hole 26, separate the main connecting pin 23 from the pin hole 16, move the slide block 34 to the outer end of the slide groove 33, separate the auxiliary connecting pin 25 from the pin groove 15, and disassemble the panel 2 from the keel 1.

Further, the distance between the main connecting hole 22 and the rear side of the panel 2 is greater than the distance between the auxiliary connecting hole 24 and the rear side of the panel 2, the positions of the inner sides of the left and right two surrounding plates 14, which are close to the front side, are respectively provided with a guide surface 17 with an inclined surface structure, the difference between the distances between the main connecting hole 22 and the auxiliary connecting hole 24 and the rear side of the panel 2 is greater than the length of the guide surface 17 in the width direction of the surrounding plates 14, and the four surrounding plates 14 can be framed on the outer frame wall of the front connecting frame 21, and the panel 2 is pushed, so that the guide surface 17 extrudes the outer end of the main connecting pin 23 to enter the main connecting hole 22, the main connecting pin 23 drives the adjusting plate 36 and the adjusting column 3 to move, the sliding block 34 moves to the inner end of the sliding groove 33, the outer end of the auxiliary connecting pin 25 enters the auxiliary connecting hole 24, and the panel 2. When the outer end of the main connecting pin 23 and the outer end of the auxiliary connecting pin 25 are respectively positioned at the front end of the pin hole 16 and the front end of the pin groove 15, the pressing block 41 is arranged at a distance from the rear frame wall of the front connecting frame 21. The front connecting frame is characterized by further comprising four strip-shaped guard plates 44 sequentially arranged in parallel with the four enclosing plates 14, the four guard plates 44 are sequentially connected end to end, the long sides of the rear sides of the four guard plates 44 are respectively vertically connected with the long sides of the inner sides of the four pressing plates 42, and the outer side faces of the four guard plates 44 are movably attached to the inner frame wall of the front connecting frame 21. The front frame wall of the front connecting frame 21 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 28, the pressure lever 4 and the pressing block 41 are arranged in the front connecting frame 21 through the mounting holes 28, and the outer end of the pressure lever 4 is detachably connected with the pressing block 42; the inner end of the main connecting pin 23 is fixed on the adjusting plate 36 in a threaded manner; the joint of the outer frame wall of the left and right front connecting frames 21 and the front connecting frame 21 is fixed by welding; the end surface of the outer end of the adjusting column 3 is abutted against one side of the adjusting plate 36 close to the end part and is fixed by a fastener penetrating through the adjusting plate 36; the front connection frame 21 is fixed to the rear side of the panel 2 by a fastener. The adjusting holes 26 are in a strip-shaped hole structure, the length direction of which is parallel to the length direction of the left front connecting frame 21 and the right front connecting frame 21, and the hole walls of the adjusting holes 26 are in a round angle structure; the peripheral edge of the back side of the panel 2 is in a round angle or chamfer angle structure. The forward side of the shroud 14 is aligned with the forward side of the keel 1 and the rear side of the panel 18 is aligned with the rear side of the keel 1.

When the glass curtain wall is installed, the glass curtain wall can be installed only by holding the left side and the right side of the panel 2 and squeezing the adjusting plate 36 in the adjusting hole 26 with fingers, otherwise, when the glass curtain wall is disassembled, two panels 2 transversely adjacent to the panel 2 to be disassembled are squeezed, the left side and the right side of the panel 2 to be disassembled are held, and the adjusting plate 36 in the adjusting hole 26 is squeezed with fingers, so that the panels 2 can be disassembled, therefore, the disassembling and assembling processes can be completed at one time and the glass curtain wall is more efficient; in the whole dismounting process, the dismounting can be realized without extra tools, so that the dismounting is simpler; in addition, the left side and the right side of the panel 2 need to be held no matter the panel is mounted or dismounted, and the panel 2 can be dismounted only by squeezing the adjusting plate 36 in the adjusting hole 26 with fingers during dismounting, so that the panel 2 can be stably fixed during separating and dismounting the panel 2, and the mounting and dismounting are safer; the front connecting frame 21 and the rear connecting frame 13 of the frame structure are used for realizing connection, and the main connecting pin 23 and the auxiliary connecting pin 25 are distributed at each part of the front connecting frame 21, so that the overall stability can be improved.

A method for disassembling and assembling a detachable hidden frame glass curtain wall comprises an assembling method and a disassembling method,

the installation method comprises the following steps: holding two sides of the panel 2, respectively matching the four coamings 14 with the frame on the outer frame wall around the front connecting frame 21, pushing the panel 2 in place, and respectively matching and embedding the outer ends of the main connecting pin 23 and the auxiliary connecting pin 25 in the pin hole 16 and the pin groove 15 to fix the panel 2 on the keel 1, and similarly fixing a plurality of panels 2;

the disassembling method comprises the following steps: two panels 2 transversely adjacent to the panel 2 to be disassembled are extruded, the adjusting holes 26 of the panel 2 to be disassembled are exposed, the left side and the right side of the panel 2 to be disassembled are respectively held, the adjusting plates 36 in the adjusting holes 26 are extruded by fingers, the main connecting pin 23 and the auxiliary connecting pin 25 are respectively separated from the pin holes 16 and the pin grooves 15, and the panel 2 is disassembled from the keel 1.
