In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described and will be readily apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and therefore the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.

Furthermore, reference herein to "one embodiment" or "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment is included in at least one implementation of the invention. The appearances of the phrase "in one embodiment" in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1, 3 to 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic retractable shielding apparatus, which can be turned over and adjusted in angle, and can be stored when not in use, without affecting lighting.

The automatic telescopic shelter comprises a protective roof 100 fixed on a wall body and positioned at the top, a supporting mechanism 200 for supporting and adjusting a canopy main body 300, and the canopy main body 300 which can be turned to a horizontal or vertical state under the adjustment of the supporting mechanism 200.

The protective roof 100 may be a strip-shaped structure, one end of which is fixed to the wall, and the other end of which is cantilevered outward to form a protective outer edge 101 at the outer edge.

The supporting mechanism 200 is disposed below the protection roof 100, and includes a first connecting seat 201, a second connecting seat 202, a connecting plate 203, a transmission assembly 204, and a first driving assembly 205.

The first connecting seat 201 and the second connecting seat 202 are fixed on the wall and located right below the protective roof 100, and the first connecting seat 201 is located right above the second connecting seat 202. The connection plate 203 is fixed to the bottom surface of the inner edge of the canopy body 300, and may be a folding plate structure, one surface of which is fixed to the bottom surface of the inner edge of the canopy body 300, and the other surface of which is used for connecting with the transmission assembly 204. The first connecting base 201 may also be a folded plate structure, one side of which is fixed to the wall and the other side of which is connected to the canopy body 300 through the transmission assembly 204.

The transmission assembly 204 is connected between the first connecting seat 201 and the connecting plate 203 and plays a role in linkage; the first driving assembly 205 is connected between the second connecting seat 202 and the connecting plate 203, and functions to drive the transmission assembly 204, and can drive the canopy body 300 to turn over through the transmission assembly 204. The first driving assembly 205 is located below the transmission assembly 204, and the two are not in contact with each other and do not cross and overlap.

The first driving assembly 205 may employ a conventional linear driving mechanism, such as an air cylinder, an electric push rod, etc. The canopy body 300 can be turned over by the linear driving of the first driving member 205, and when turned over to the horizontal position, the inner edge thereof can abut against the lower surface of the protective outer rim 101. The upper surfaces of the protection canopy 100 and the rain canopy body 300 are preferably sloped surfaces, and rainwater from above can flow onto the rain canopy body 300 along the protection canopy 100 and finally fall down along the rain canopy body 300 when falling onto the protection canopy 100.

Because the angle of the canopy body 300 of the automatic telescopic shielding device can be adjusted, the canopy body 300 can be driven to be in a horizontal state in rainy days, and a water retaining effect can be achieved; when a sunny day occurs, the rain shed main body 300 can be controlled to fall and be stored, lighting is not affected, and space is not occupied. The rain shed structure can directly install the finished product on the wall through the installation seat, so that the construction is convenient and fast.

Further, a hinge seat 203a corresponding to the first driving assembly 205 is fixed on the connecting plate 203, one end of the first driving assembly 205 is hinged with the second connecting seat 202, and the other end is hinged with the hinge seat 203a on the connecting plate 203. At this time, the second connecting holder 202 also adopts an existing hinge holder.

Further, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the transmission assembly 204 includes a first connecting rod 204a and a second connecting rod 204B that do not intersect with each other, a first hinge point a and a second hinge point B corresponding to each other are disposed on the first connecting base 201, and a third hinge point C and a fourth hinge point D corresponding to each other are disposed on the connecting plate 203. One end of the first link 204a is hinged to the first hinge point a, and the other end is hinged to the third hinge point C; one end of the second connecting rod 204B is hinged to the second hinge point B, and the other end is hinged to the fourth hinge point D.

Further, the transmission assembly 204 further includes an elastic stretching member 204c, one end of which is connected to the first fixing point E of the first connecting base 201, and the other end of which is connected to the second fixing point F of the connecting plate 203; the elastic tension member 204c in the present invention may be an extension spring.

According to the invention, a first inner side included angle ∠ ACF is formed by the three points of the first hinge point A, the third hinge point C and the second fixed point F, the first inner side included angle ∠ ACF is a rotating direction when the canopy body 300 rotates to a horizontal state in the positive direction of angular rotation relative to the polar angle of the straight line where the point C is the polar point and the straight line where the CF is located is the polar axis, and the projection value of the first inner side included angle ∠ ACF on the vertical surface is set to be alpha.

Similarly, the third hinge point B, the fourth hinge point D and the second fixed point F form a second inner included angle ∠ BDF, the second inner included angle ∠ BDF is a polar angle of a straight line on which the BD is located relative to the DF when the point D is taken as a pole and a straight line on which the DF is located is taken as a polar axis, the positive direction of angular rotation is the rotation direction when the rainshed main body 300 rotates to the horizontal state, and the projection value of the second inner included angle ∠ BDF on the vertical plane is beta.

The invention defines: when the rain shed main body 300 is overturned to the horizontal position, alpha is more than 0 and less than 180 degrees, and beta is more than 0 and less than 180 degrees; when the rain shed main body 300 is turned to the vertical position, alpha is more than 180 degrees and less than 360 degrees, and beta is more than 180 degrees and less than 360 degrees, so that the elastic stretching piece 204c can generate auxiliary stretching stabilizing effect on the rain shed main body 300 when the rain shed main body is turned to the horizontal position to form locking; when the rain shed main body 300 is turned to the vertical position, the elastic stretching piece 204c can also generate auxiliary stretching stabilization effect on the rain shed main body, and locking is formed.

When the canopy body 300 is turned to the horizontal position, as shown in fig. 6(a), the first link 204a is analyzed: since α is less than 180 °, the second fixing point F is located inside the straight line of AC, when the elastic stretching member 204c stretches the second fixing point F, the connecting plate 203 and the canopy body 300 have a tendency to rotate counterclockwise, and since the canopy body 300 is obstructed by the formation of the protection roof 100, the tension of the elastic stretching member 204c has a tendency to press the canopy body 300 against the bottom of the protection roof 100, forming a lock, and ensuring a stable structure. As shown in fig. 6(b), the second link 204b is analyzed: since β is less than 180 °, the second fixing point F is also located inside the straight line of BD, and when the elastic stretching member 204c stretches the second fixing point F, the connecting plate 203 and the canopy body 300 also have a tendency to rotate counterclockwise, so that the tension of the elastic stretching member 204c also has a tendency to press the canopy body 300 against the bottom of the protection roof 100, forming a lock, and ensuring a stable structure. In summary, when the canopy body 300 is turned to the horizontal position, the value ranges of 0 < α < 180 ° and 0 < β < 180 ° enable the elastic stretching member 204c to have an auxiliary stretching stabilizing effect on the canopy body 300.

When the canopy body 300 is turned to the vertical position, as in fig. 6(c), the first link 204a is analyzed: since 180 ° < α < 360 °, the second fixing point F is located outside the line of AC, and when the elastic stretching member 204c pulls the second fixing point F, the connection plate 203 and the rainshed main body 300 have a tendency to rotate clockwise, so that the pulling force of the elastic stretching member 204c has a tendency to contract the rainshed main body 300 tightly, forming a lock, ensuring a stable structure. As shown in fig. 6(d), the second link 204b is analyzed: since 180 ° < β < 360 °, the second fixing point F is also located outside the straight line of BD, and when the elastic stretching member 204c pulls the second fixing point F, the connecting plate 203 and the canopy body 300 also have a tendency to rotate clockwise, so that the pulling force of the elastic stretching member 204c has a tendency to contract the canopy body 300 tightly, forming a lock, ensuring a stable structure. In summary, when the canopy body 300 is turned to the vertical position, the value ranges of α < 360 ° and β < 360 ° are larger than 180 ° < α, so that the elastic stretching member 204c has an auxiliary stretching stabilizing effect on the canopy body 300.

Further, the lower surface of the protective outer edge 101 is provided with a recessed area 101a, and when the canopy main body 300 is turned to a horizontal position, the inner edge of the canopy main body can be embedded into the recessed area 101a, so that matching is realized.

Further, an outer surface of the inner edge of the rain shed main body 300 forms a convex backflow prevention protrusion T, an outer surface of the backflow prevention protrusion T forms a slope (the height of the slope gradually increases from the inner side to the outer edge), and the bottom surface of the depression 101a is matched with the structure of the backflow prevention protrusion T to form a complementary structure. Preferably, the bottom surface of the recessed area 101a is further provided with a buffer pad, so that the rotating buffer effect on the canopy main body 300 can be achieved, the top surface of the canopy main body 300 and the bottom surface of the recessed area 101a can be squeezed and sealed, and the rainwater can be prevented from flowing backwards and permeating.

Further, a plurality of confluence grooves 101b are arranged at intervals at the edge of the top surface of the protection outer edge 101, and the extension direction of the confluence grooves 101b corresponds to the overhanging direction of the protection roof 100, so that rainwater on the confluence grooves can flow into the upper surface of the rain shed main body 300 along the same trend.

Further, a first fixing column 201a is fixed on the first fixing point E, and a second fixing column 203b is fixed on the second fixing point F; one end of the elastic stretching piece 204c is fixed with the first fixing column 201a, and the other end is fixed with the second fixing column 203 b.

Further, in order to ensure that the supporting mechanism 200 can more balance and stably support or control the turning of the canopy main body 300, the present invention sets: the supporting mechanisms 200 have a pair of same structures and are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the canopy body 300, and the two supporting mechanisms 200 are both positioned below the protection roof 100 and can synchronously support the canopy body 300 and adjust the position of the canopy body 300.

Further, as shown in fig. 2, 7 and 8, the canopy body 300 has an accommodating space M therein, and an outer edge of the accommodating space M has an opening capable of communicating the inner space and the outer space. In addition, a supplement mechanism 400 capable of extending at least partially outward from the outer edge opening is disposed in the accommodating space M of the canopy main body 300. The provision of the supplement mechanism 400 enables the overall length of the canopy body 300 to be adjustable, and enables the overhanging length of the canopy body 300 to be flexibly changed according to actual needs, so as to obtain different covering and shielding ranges.

The supplement mechanism 400 includes a fixing component 401 fixed in the accommodating space M, a telescopic component 402 connected with the fixing component 401 and capable of at least partially extending out of the accommodating space M, and a reel 403 arranged in the accommodating space M, wherein a waterproof roll 404 is wound on the reel 403. One end of the waterproof roll 404 is fixed to the reel 403 and the other end is wound to form an exposed free end which is fixed to the outer end edge of the telescopic assembly 402. When the telescopic assembly 402 extends out of the accommodating space M, the waterproof roll 404 can be driven to partially pull out the accommodating space M, thereby increasing the length of the canopy body 300. The waterproof roll 404 may be made of flexible waterproof cloth or other flexible waterproof material.

Further, the fixing unit 401 includes a fixing plate 401a having a strip plate shape, a first driving plate 401b coupled to the fixing plate 401a and capable of sliding in a longitudinal direction thereof, and a pair of first driving rods 401c drivingly coupled to both ends of the first driving plate 401b, respectively, and symmetrically disposed about a transverse vertical plane.

The first driving plate 401b is a plate-shaped structure attached to one side surface of the fixed plate 401a, and first racks 401b-1 are disposed at both ends thereof to be symmetrical with each other. A first sliding block 401b-2 in a longitudinal direction is fixed to one side surface of the first driving plate 401b, which is attached to the fixed plate 401a, and a first sliding slot 401a-1 corresponding to the first sliding block 401b-2 is formed in the fixed plate 401a, and the first sliding block 401b-2 passes through the first sliding slot 401a-1 and can slide in the first sliding slot 401 a-1. The first driving rod 401c includes an engaging end D-1 with a gear and a driving end D-2 at the other end, and the two first driving rods 401c are respectively engaged with the corresponding first rack 401b-1 through the gear at the respective engaging end D-1 for driving, so that when the first driving plate 401b and the first slider 401b-2 thereof slide along the first sliding slot 401a-1, the corresponding gear and the first driving rod 401c can be driven to rotate through the first rack 401b-1 at the two ends thereof. Since the first racks 401b-1 at both ends of the first driving plate 401b are symmetrical with each other, the rotation directions of the two first driving levers 401c symmetrically disposed can be kept synchronous and opposite.

The main structure of the telescopic assembly 402 is the same as that of the fixed assembly 401. Specifically, the telescopic assembly 402 includes a slat-shaped movable plate 402a, a second transmission plate 402b connected to the movable plate 402a and capable of sliding longitudinally along the movable plate, and a pair of second transmission rods 402c respectively connected to two ends of the second transmission plate 402b in a transmission manner and symmetrically disposed about a horizontal vertical plane. The movable plate 402a and the fixed plate 401a have the same structure and are symmetrically disposed with respect to each other with respect to a longitudinal vertical plane.

The second transmission plate 402b has the same structure as the first transmission plate 401b, and second racks 402b-1 having central symmetry with each other are disposed at both ends thereof. A longitudinal second slider 402b-2 is fixed on one side surface of the second transmission plate 402b, which is attached to the movable plate 402a, the movable plate 402a is provided with a second sliding slot 402a-1 corresponding to the second slider 402b-2, and the second slider 402b-2 passes through the second sliding slot 402a-1 and can slide relatively in the second sliding slot 402 a-1. The second transmission rod 402c has the same structure as the first transmission rod 401c, and includes a meshing end D-1 with a gear and a transmission end D-2 at the other end, and the two second transmission rods 402c are respectively meshed with the corresponding second racks 402b-1 through the gears at the respective meshing ends D-1.

Each first driving rod 401c is hinged to the corresponding second driving rod 402c through a respective driving end D-2, so that the first driving rod 401c and the second driving rod 402c are symmetrical with respect to a longitudinal vertical plane. Therefore, when the first driving plate 401b and the first slider 401b-2 thereof slide along the first sliding slot 401a-1, the first rack 401b-1 at the two ends thereof can drive the corresponding gear and the first driving rod 401c to rotate, and the first driving rod 401c rotating outwards can push the respective second driving rod 402c, so that the telescopic assembly 402 is pushed out of the accommodating space M, thereby forming an elongated structure. At the same time, the telescoping assembly 402 is able to pull out the waterproof roll stock 404, thereby increasing the length of the rainshed body 300.

The supplementary mechanism 400 further comprises a second driving member 405, one end of the second driving member 405 is hinged to the fixing plate 401a, and the other end is hinged to the edge of the first sliding block 401b-2, and can drive the first sliding block 401b-2 to slide along the first sliding groove 401a-1, so as to control the outward extension and retraction of the telescopic assembly 402. The second driving member 405 may be a linear driving mechanism, such as an air cylinder, an electric push rod, etc.

Further, in order to ensure that the stretched waterproof roll 404 can be retracted into the accommodating space M again when not being driven by an external force and wound on the reel 403, the reel 403 is further provided with a reset assembly (not shown). Specifically, the two ends of the inner end edge of the fixing plate 401a are connected with the mounting frames 401a-2, the two ends of the reel 403 are respectively and rotatably fixed on the corresponding mounting frames 401a-2, and the reset assembly can adopt the existing reset mechanism, such as the reset mechanism and the torsion spring in the tape measure.

Further, a longitudinal limiting plate B is fixed on each of the side edges of the fixed plate 401a and the movable plate 402a away from each other, the limiting plate B is perpendicular to the fixed plate 401a (or the movable plate 402a), and the width of the limiting plate B is not greater than the height of the accommodating space M. Preferably, the outer edge of the position-limiting plate B exceeds the outermost section of the fixing member 401 or the telescopic member 402, so that the fixing member 401 and the telescopic member 402 can have sufficient space for movement.
