(3) selecting the first adjusting pipe 2, the second adjusting pipe 3 and the third adjusting pipe 31 according to the length of the inner pipe 20 exposed outside the outer pipe 4; the widths of the first adjusting pipe 2, the second adjusting pipe 3 and the third adjusting pipe 31 are respectively 10mm, 20mm and 40mm, the distances of 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm and 70mm can be adjusted under the condition of increasing and decreasing the combination of the adjusting pipes, the distance of 1 mm-70 mm is realized under the condition that the inner pipe and the outer pipe are matched with each other in proper length, and the curtain can be freely adjusted under window frames with different sizes; the adjusting pipe is sleeved on the exposed inner pipe 20 to be wrapped, so that the diameter of the inner pipe 20 with the smaller diameter is the same as that of the outer pipe 4 after being wrapped, the roller shutter can be normally used, and if the diameters are not kept consistent, the roller shutter cannot be pulled up and down; when the adjusting pipe is clamped and installed on the inner pipe 20, the lower surface of the adjusting pipe fabric fixing notch 21 is attached to the upper surface of the inner pipe first convex piece 23, the lower surface of the adjusting pipe first convex piece 22 is attached to the upper surface of the inner pipe second convex piece 24, and the lower surface of the adjusting pipe second convex piece 32 is attached to the transverse plate groove at the upper part of the inner pipe third convex piece 33 to form tight fit; as shown in fig. 5 and 6; a screw for drilling a hole on the adjusting pipe at the outermost end penetrates through the adjusting pipe and the inner pipe to be fixedly installed, so that the adjusting pipe is prevented from slipping off;

(4) after the upper roller shutter rod is manufactured and adjusted, roller shutter cloth which is cut according to the width of a door frame or a window frame in advance is sleeved into the upper roller shutter rod, then two ends of the roller shutter cloth are respectively installed and placed into a first fixing clamping piece 11 and a second fixing clamping piece 14, clamping installation teeth are arranged on the side surfaces of the first fixing clamping piece 11 and the second fixing clamping piece 14, and the clamping installation teeth are respectively clamped and installed in the inner pipe 20 and the outer pipe 4; then, the first fixing piece 9 and the first connecting piece 10 are fixed on the first fixing clamping piece 11 by screws, and the second fixing piece 15 is fixed on the second fixing clamping piece 14 by screws, so that the whole upper roller shutter rod is manufactured;

(5) the lower rolling rod utilizes the first end pipe 6 and the second end pipe 8 to adjust the length according to the length of the upper rolling rod, and when the lower rolling rod is used for adjusting, the first end pipe 6 and the second end pipe 8 are directly sleeved at the two ends of the pressure rod 7; after the roller shutter rod is sleeved, the first connecting column 16 and the second connecting column 18 are respectively clamped into inner cavities at two ends of the pressing rod 7, and because gaps are reserved between the first connecting column 16 and the second connecting column 18 and the inner wall of the end pipe and just allow the outer wall of the pressing rod 7 to pass through, the first connecting column 16 and the second connecting column 18 can be clamped and installed in the pressing rod 7, the positions of the first end pipe 6 and the second end pipe 8 are adjusted, and the pressing rod 7, the first end pipe 6 and the second end pipe 8 form a lower roller shutter rod meeting the length requirement together; in the adjusting process, the clamping grooves 27 on the first end pipe 6 and the second end pipe 8 correspond to the pressure lever adjusting groove 28 on the pressure lever 7, the second fixing screw 17 and the third fixing screw 19 are respectively used for installing and fixing the first connecting column 16 and the second connecting column 18 through the screw installing groove 29 at the lower part of the pressure lever 7, and the fixing screws are used for contacting with the side wall of the screw installing groove 29 to fix the connecting columns, so that the upper roller blind rod is manufactured; the reinforcing piece 30 is arranged as a transverse plate to play a reinforcing role of the pressure lever 7;

(6) the manufactured lower roller shutter rod is sleeved into the roller shutter cloth assembled with the upper roller shutter rod, and the whole roller shutter is manufactured; when the window frame is installed, the first fixing piece 1 and the second fixing piece 5 only need to be fixedly installed on the upper portion of the door frame or the window frame through screws.
