Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of closed oil groove observation holes, and particularly relates to a visual oil flow observation hole cover.

Background

Because the water guide oil groove of the Tiandi power plant has risks of oil emulsification, water inlet, abnormal oil level and the like, daily itinerant work needs to close the oil quality and oil level change in the water guide oil groove so as to judge whether the water guide oil groove is filled with water or not and whether the oil quality and oil level of turbine oil in the water guide oil groove are normal or not. However, since the oil flow observation holes of the water guide oil grooves of the secondary hydroelectric generating main plants #1- #6 of the natural bridges are made of simple and non-transparent materials, the operation and maintenance personnel need to open the oil flow observation hole covers of the water guide oil grooves to check the oil quality and the oil level of the water guide oil grooves. This approach presents the following risks:

(1) the oil flow observation hole cover of the water guide oil groove is close to the rotating part of the unit water turbine, and the rotating part has the risk of hurting people when the oil flow observation hole cover is opened;

(2) when an oil flow observation hole cover of the water guide oil groove is opened, a worker may stand on the rotating ring to operate, and the risk of clamping and falling injury of the worker due to the action of the rotating ring exists;

(3) after opening the oil flow observation handhole door of water guide oil groove, exist the foreign matter and fall into in the water guide oil groove to lead to the damage of unit axle bush, the risk that the unit was forced to shut down.

Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new visual oil flow observation hole cover.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a visual oil flow observation hole cover which can improve the working efficiency, reduce the risks of human bodies and equipment and increase the probability and the timeliness of defect discovery.

The visual oil flow observation hole cover comprises a base, an upper end cover and an observation hole cover;

the upper end cover comprises a cylinder body with a step hole, the step hole penetrates through two end faces of the cylinder body, the inner diameter of the upper section of the step hole is smaller than that of the middle section of the step hole, the inner diameter of the middle section of the step hole is smaller than that of the lower section of the step hole, and the lower section of the step hole is provided with a first thread;

the observation hole cover is circular and made of transparent materials, the diameter of the observation hole cover is larger than the inner diameter of the upper section of the stepped hole, and the observation hole cover is matched with the middle section of the stepped hole;

the base is annular, and the internal diameter of base is less than the diameter of observation handhole door, the upper end of base is equipped with the step, is equipped with the second screw thread on this step, be connected through first screw thread and second screw thread between base and the upper end cover.

The base and the upper end cover are both made of stainless steel materials; the paint spraying and rust prevention are not needed, the corrosion prevention cost is saved, and the environment is protected.

The diameter of the base at the step is larger than the inner diameter of an oil flow observation hole on a water guide oil groove of the water-turbine generator set; when arranging the lower extreme of base in the observation hole, the step of base supports on the outer terminal surface of observation hole to make visual oil stream observation handhole door and oil stream observation hole closely cooperate, in order to prevent that visual oil stream observation handhole door from dropping into water guide oil groove, and do not have the risk of removal.

The diameter of the observation hole cover is larger than the inner diameter of an oil flow observation hole in a water guide oil groove of the water turbine generator set, so that the observation hole cover is prevented from falling into the water guide oil groove.

The observation hole cover is made of organic glass and has the advantages of good transparency, good chemical stability, good mechanical property, good weather resistance and the like.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) after the visual oil flow observation hole cover is installed, the oil quality and the oil level in the oil groove can be checked without opening the observation hole cover when the oil flow observation hole cover stands outside a safe distance, so that the man-machine effect is improved, and the personal, equipment and power grid risks existing in oil level and oil quality observation are eliminated.

(2) After the visual oil stream observation handhole door of installation, not only the personnel of patrolling and examining, other personnel from other processes can both discover the abnormal conditions of oil in the oil groove to can discover the problem fast, in time eliminate the defect, avoid the long-time operation of taking a illness of equipment, prolong the life cycle of equipment, guaranteed unit safety, steady operation simultaneously.

(3) The base and the upper end cover are made of stainless steel materials, so that the paint spraying and rust prevention are not needed, the corrosion prevention cost is saved, and the environment is more protected.

(4) The dismounting is convenient and fast, and no auxiliary tool is needed.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the visual oil flow manhole cover in the present embodiment includes a base 1, an upper end cap 2, and a manhole cover 3. The upper end cover 2 comprises a column body with a step hole 2a, the step hole 2a penetrates through two end faces of the column body, the inner diameter of the upper section 2b of the step hole is smaller than that of the middle section 2c of the step hole, the inner diameter of the middle section 2c of the step hole is smaller than that of the lower section 2d of the step hole, and the lower section 2d of the step hole is provided with a first thread 2 e. The observation hole cover 3 is circular, the observation hole cover 3 is made of transparent materials, the diameter of the observation hole cover 3 is larger than the inner diameter of the upper section 2b of the stepped hole, and the observation hole cover 3 is matched with the middle section 2c of the stepped hole. During assembly, the observation hole cover 3 is firstly installed in the stepped hole 2a of the upper end cover 2, then the base 1 is screwed into the upper end cover 2, and the observation hole cover 3 is tightly pressed through the matching of the upper end cover 2 and the base 1.
