1. An image forming apparatus, comprising: the device comprises a pattern device, a pattern sheet, a first air pressure assembly, a second air pressure assembly and an imaging piece;

the pattern piece is arranged in the closed cavity;

the first air pressure assembly is arranged on the outer side wall of the pattern device, and an air outlet of the first air pressure assembly is communicated with the closed cavity;

the second air pressure component is arranged on the outer side wall of the pattern device, and an air suction port of the second air pressure component is communicated with the closed cavity;

the imaging piece is arranged opposite to the pattern device and is used for imaging the pattern piece.

2. The imaging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the patterning device comprises: the pattern plate, the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate;

a through hole matched with the pattern piece in shape is formed between the first end of the pattern disc and the second end of the pattern disc, and a gap is reserved between the through hole and the pattern piece;

7. The imaging apparatus of claim 1, wherein the number of the first pneumatic assemblies and the number of the second pneumatic assemblies are both plural.

the number of the first air pressure assemblies and the number of the second air pressure assemblies are both two;

the two first air pressure assemblies and the two second air pressure assemblies are respectively arranged on four side walls of the pattern device.

9. The imaging apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: a light gathering member;

the light gathering piece and the pattern device are arranged oppositely, and the light gathering piece and the imaging piece are distributed on two opposite sides of the pattern device.

10. A luminaire characterized by comprising an imaging device according to any one of claims 1 to 9.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of lighting, in particular to an imaging device and a lamp.

Background

With the development of lighting technology, many lamps are provided with pattern pieces, and a specific pattern can be irradiated by projecting light onto the pattern piece with a specific shape. The pattern piece can enhance the atmosphere of the scene due to the displayed light effect, and is widely applied to occasions such as exhibitions, markets, characteristic restaurants and the like.

The existing pattern piece is fixed in shape, so that the pattern displayed after light is irradiated on the pattern piece is single.

Disclosure of Invention

The application provides an imaging device and a lamp, which are used for solving the technical problem that the shape of the existing pattern piece is fixed, and the pattern displayed by light irradiation after the pattern piece is single.

An aspect of the present application provides an image forming apparatus including: the device comprises a pattern device, a pattern sheet, a first air pressure assembly, a second air pressure assembly and an imaging piece;

a closed cavity is arranged in the pattern device, and the light-transmitting surface of the pattern device is made of a high-transparency material;

the pattern piece is arranged in the closed cavity;

the first air pressure assembly is arranged on the outer side wall of the pattern device, and an air outlet of the first air pressure assembly is communicated with the closed cavity;

the second air pressure component is arranged on the outer side wall of the pattern device, and an air suction port of the second air pressure component is communicated with the closed cavity;

the imaging piece is arranged opposite to the pattern device and is used for imaging the pattern piece.

Optionally, the patterning device comprises: the pattern plate, the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate;

a through hole matched with the pattern piece in shape is formed between the first end of the pattern disc and the second end of the pattern disc, and a gap is reserved between the through hole and the pattern piece;

the first fixing plate is arranged at the first end of the pattern disc;

the second fixing plate is arranged at the second end of the pattern disc.

Optionally, the thickness of the pattern plate is greater than the thickness of the pattern sheet.

Detailed Description

The embodiment of the application provides an imaging device and a lamp, and is used for solving the technical problem that the shape of the existing pattern piece 5 is fixed, so that the pattern displayed after the light irradiates on the pattern piece 5 is single.

In order to make the purpose, features and advantages of the present application more obvious and understandable, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the embodiments described below are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

The image forming apparatus in the present embodiment includes: a patterning device 1, a pattern sheet 5, a first pneumatic assembly 2, a second pneumatic assembly 3 and an imaging member 4; a closed cavity is arranged in the pattern device 1, and the light-transmitting surface of the pattern device 1 is made of a high-transparency material; the pattern sheet 5 is arranged in the closed cavity; the first air pressure component 2 is arranged on the outer side wall of the pattern device 1, and an air outlet of the first air pressure component 2 is communicated with the closed cavity; the second air pressure component 3 is arranged on the outer side wall of the pattern device 1, and an air suction port of the second air pressure component 3 is communicated with the closed cavity; the imaging member 4 is disposed opposite to the pattern device 1 for imaging the pattern sheet 5.

It can be understood that, blow into the closed cavity with first atmospheric pressure subassembly 2, the atmospheric pressure that produces enables pattern piece 5 in the closed cavity to take place deformation, generates different patterns, then collects the gas that first atmospheric pressure subassembly 2 blew out through second atmospheric pressure subassembly 3, and the pattern after 5 deformation of pattern pieces is shown through formation of image spare 4 at last.

The image forming apparatus in the present embodiment includes: a patterning device 1, a pattern sheet 5, a first pneumatic assembly 2, a second pneumatic assembly 3 and an imaging member 4; a closed cavity is arranged in the pattern device 1, and the light-transmitting surface of the pattern device 1 is made of a high-transparency material; the pattern sheet 5 is arranged in the closed cavity; the first air pressure component 2 is arranged on the outer side wall of the pattern device 1, and an air outlet of the first air pressure component 2 is communicated with the closed cavity; the second air pressure component 3 is arranged on the outer side wall of the pattern device 1, and an air suction port of the second air pressure component 3 is communicated with the closed cavity; the imaging member 4 is disposed opposite to the pattern device 1 for imaging the pattern sheet 5.

Further, the pattern device 1 in the present embodiment includes: a pattern disk 11, a first fixing plate 12 and a second fixing plate 13; a through hole matched with the shape of the pattern piece 5 is formed between the first end of the pattern disc 11 and the second end of the pattern disc 11; and a gap is reserved between the through hole and the pattern sheet 5; the first fixing plate 12 is disposed at a first end of the pattern plate 11, and the second fixing plate 13 is disposed at a second end of the pattern plate 11.

It can be understood that the pattern plate 11 in the patterning device 1 is provided with a through hole matched with the size of the pattern piece 5, the first fixing plate 12, the pattern plate 11 and the second fixing plate 13 form a closed cavity for arranging the pattern piece 5, the first air pressure assembly 2 is communicated with the closed cavity and can blow air into the closed cavity, and the generated air pressure deforms the pattern piece 5.

Further, the present embodiment further includes a shape fixing plate 7, the shape fixing plate 7 is disposed between the first fixing plate 12 and the pattern disk 11; when the first pneumatic assembly 2 and the second pneumatic assembly 3 are not operated, the pattern sheet 5 is restored to its original shape, and the shaping plate 7 can restrict the movement of the pattern sheet 5.

Further, the thickness of the pattern disk 11 in the present embodiment is larger than that of the pattern sheet 5.

It can be understood that the thickness of the disc is larger than that of the pattern plate 5, so that the closed cavity formed by the first fixing plate 12, the pattern disc 11 and the second fixing plate 13 can provide enough space to accommodate the pattern plate 5, and the deformation amount of the pattern plate 5 under the action of air pressure can be increased.

It should be noted that the thickness of the pattern sheet 5 may be any value between 0.1mm and 0.2mm, and those skilled in the art can set the thickness as needed, and is not limited herein.

Further, the first fixing board 12, the pattern disk 11, and the second fixing board 13 in the present embodiment are integrally formed. It will also be appreciated that the first fastening plate 12, the pattern plate 11 and the second fastening plate 13 may be detachably connected, and those skilled in the art may select them as necessary.

Further, the shape of the pattern piece 5 in the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, a circle, a regular polygon, etc., and those skilled in the art can flexibly select the shape according to the setting requirement.

Specifically, the structure of the first pneumatic component 2 may be various existing structures, for example, the first pneumatic component 2 may be formed by connecting a pneumatic pump and a pipeline, the first pneumatic component 2 in this embodiment includes a first pipeline and a first gas cylinder, one end of the first pipeline is inserted into the pattern device 1 and is communicated with the closed cavity, and the other end of the first pipeline is connected to the gas outlet of the first gas cylinder;

further, the second pneumatic assembly 3 may be formed by connecting a pneumatic pump and a pipe, the second pneumatic assembly 3 in this embodiment includes a second pipe and a second gas cylinder, one end of the second pipe is inserted into the pattern device 1 and is communicated with the closed cavity, and the other end of the second pipe is connected to the air suction port of the second gas cylinder.

It can be understood that, first gas cylinder is through the closed cavity intercommunication in first pipeline and the pattern ware 1, and blows to the closed cavity in through first pipeline, and the atmospheric pressure that produces in the closed cavity makes the pattern piece 5 in the closed cavity take place deformation, and the second gas cylinder collects the gas in the closed cavity through the second pipeline, through the size of control atmospheric pressure, can control the deformation size of pattern piece 5.

Further, in the embodiment of the present application, the number of the first pneumatic assemblies 2 and the number of the second pneumatic assemblies 3 are both plural.

It should be noted that the number of the first pneumatic assemblies 2 may be greater than, less than or equal to the number of the second pneumatic assemblies 3, and those skilled in the art can set the number as required.

It will be appreciated that a plurality of first air pressure assemblies 2 may enhance the amount of deformation of the pattern sheet 5 while also deforming the pattern sheet 5 into a variety of patterns.

Further, the patterning device 1 in the present embodiment is shaped as a rectangular parallelepiped; the number of the first air pressure assemblies 2 and the number of the second air pressure assemblies 3 are both two; the two first pneumatic assemblies 2 and the two second pneumatic assemblies 3 are respectively arranged on four side walls of the pattern device 1.

It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 3, when the first pneumatic assembly and the second pneumatic assembly do not operate, the pattern piece maintains the original shape, which is a circular shape. As shown in fig. 4, when the first pneumatic assembly and the second pneumatic assembly are operated, the pattern piece has an irregular circular shape.

Further, the embodiment of the application further includes a light condensing part 6, the light condensing part 6 is disposed opposite to the patterning device 1, and the light condensing part 6 and the imaging part 4 are distributed on two opposite sides of the patterning device 1.

It will be appreciated that the light-gathering members 6 have a light-gathering effect that increases the intensity of light entering the patterning device 1, thereby making the intensity of the pattern presented by the imaging member 4 more pronounced.

It can be understood that, the lamp in this embodiment is equipped with the imaging device, the shape of the pattern sheet 5 can be changed by the imaging device to present various patterns, and the displayed light effect can enhance the atmosphere of the scene.
