A pressure sensor calibration device according to claim 1 wherein: the system also comprises an operation interface which is used for inputting the number of channels of the pressure sensor to be calibrated, the model number of the pressure sensor and the measuring range information, selecting the measuring range of the standard pressure generator, starting an automatic calibration program and displaying the final calibration result.

Background

The pressure sensor is an instrument for converting a pressure signal into an electric signal, and has the advantages of good stability, high reliability, strong environmental adaptability and the like, so that the pressure sensor is widely applied to various links of industrial production, and the regular metering and calibration of the pressure sensor are necessary work for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the measured data of the pressure sensor. The single-channel measurement is carried out by using a manual method in the measurement process at the present stage, the pressure interface of the pressure sensor is connected with the standard pressure gauge, the circuit interface is connected with the power supply and the digital meter, the pressure value of the standard pressure gauge is manually adjusted, the output signal value of the pressure sensor on the digital meter is manually recorded, and finally the linear equation and the indication value error of the pressure sensor to be calibrated are calculated by the least square method.

The invention aims to provide an efficient pressure sensor calibration device.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a pressure sensor calibration device comprises one or more pressure sensors, a standard pressure generator, a data acquisition control unit and a multi-channel calibration tool; the pressure sensor is arranged on the multichannel calibration tool and is communicated with the standard pressure generator through the multichannel calibration tool; the data acquisition control unit is connected with the pressure sensor circuit through the multichannel calibration tool, controls the standard pressure generator to generate standard pressure, acquires and calculates the electric signal of the pressure sensor to be calibrated, and displays the value calibration result.

As a further improvement, the gas source display and regulation device is formed by assembling a valve and a pipeline, and is respectively connected with a gas source and a standard pressure generator through pipelines.

As a further improvement of the invention, the system also comprises a program-controlled power supply which is in circuit connection with the data acquisition control unit, and the data acquisition control unit controls the program-controlled power supply to generate a standard power supply meeting the working requirements of the sensor.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings.

The pressure sensor calibration device in this embodiment is shown in fig. 1, and includes a plurality of pressure sensors, a standard pressure generator, a gas source display and adjustment device, a program-controlled power supply, a data acquisition control unit, a multi-channel calibration tool, and an operation interface.

A standard pressure generator for generating a stable standard pressure;

the air source display and regulation device is used for generating air inlet pressure meeting the requirement of carrying out calibration work of the pressure sensor;

the program-controlled power supply is used for generating a direct-current power supply which meets the requirement of the pressure sensor to work;

multichannel calibration frock, by gas circuit and circuit part constitution, as shown in fig. 2, for 8 passageway calibration frock, pressure sensor passes through the screw thread and calibrates the frock spiro union with the multichannel, and multichannel calibration frock passes through the external screw thread spiro union with standard pressure generator, and the gas circuit part is with standard pressure generator and install in the pressure sensor intercommunication of each passageway. The circuit part is the connector of each channel pressure sensor and programme-controlled power and data acquisition control unit, sets up 4 standard way navigation plug by each channel pressure sensor, and wherein 2 way pressure sensor power supply terminals that are used for each channel are connected with programme-controlled power, and 2 way is used for the connection of each channel pressure sensor signal output terminal and data acquisition control unit.

The air source and the air source display and adjusting device, the air source display and adjusting device and the standard pressure generator, the standard pressure generator and the multi-channel calibration tool are connected through pipelines, stable pressure generated by the air source display and adjusting device is accurately controlled by the standard pressure generator, required standard pressure is output when the pressure sensor is calibrated, and the air source display and adjusting device are connected to the pressure sensors of all channels through the multi-channel calibration tool.

The data acquisition control unit is connected with the program control power supply and the standard pressure generator through communication cables, realizes automatic control of the standard pressure generator and the program control power supply by outputting corresponding instruction data, and automatically controls standard pressure generation and generates a standard power supply meeting the work of the sensor;

the data acquisition control unit acquires, records and stores electric signals generated by comparing pressure sensors of all channels to be calibrated with standard pressure values, and finally establishes a pressure sensor linear equation respectively according to the acquired electric signals of the pressure sensors of all points of all the channels, and calculates a pressure error value by adopting a least square method. The number of the collection points of the electric signals of the pressure sensors of each channel is determined by the type of the sensor.

The operation interface is used for inputting information such as the number of channels, model numbers and measuring ranges of the pressure sensors to be calibrated, selecting the appropriate measuring range of the standard pressure generator, starting an automatic calibration program and displaying a final calibration result.

As shown in fig. 3, the present invention can be made into a device consisting of a control cabinet and a multi-channel calibration tool, wherein the control cabinet comprises a standard pressure generator, a gas source display and regulation device, a programmable power supply and a data acquisition control unit.

In the embodiment, the gas source adopts nitrogen, the standard pressure generator adopts a commercially available FLUKE7252I standard pressure generator, the gas source display and regulation device is formed by assembling valves and pipelines, and the data acquisition control unit adopts a PXI controller.

A plurality of pressure sensors with the same measuring range are installed on a multi-channel calibration tool, information such as the number of channels, the model number and the like of the pressure sensors to be calibrated is input through an operation interface, a proper standard pressure generator measuring range is selected, and an automatic calibration program is started. And the data acquisition control unit controls the standard pressure generator to work, controls the standard pressure generator to work again after acquiring the electric signal of the pressure sensor, and circularly repeats the steps until the calibration point number requirement of the sensor is met. And the data acquisition control unit calculates and displays a final calibration result according to the acquired electric signals of the pressure sensors at each point, and generates a verification record.

The embodiment adopts 8-channel calibration tools, and the channels can be expanded by replacing the multi-channel calibration tool, so that the calibration of pressure sensors with more channels can be realized.
