1. The manufacturing method of the prefabricated tail fiber comprises a slitting process, and is characterized in that the slitting process comprises the following steps:

A) a plurality of disc separating tools arranged at intervals are configured, and a butterfly cable on the main disc is wound on one of the disc separating tools;

B) after the disc dividing tool finishes winding, cutting off the butterfly cable, fixing the cut section of the butterfly cable on the main disc with another disc dividing tool, and carrying out new winding operation;

C) repeating the step B) until all the disc separating tools are completely rolled;

D) and taking out the butterfly cables on the branch disks.

The method for manufacturing prefabricated tail fibers according to claim 1, wherein the steps A) to C are performed by a slitting device, the slitting device comprises a frame, a main disc and a winding group, the main disc is arranged at one side of the winding group, the winding group comprises a plurality of winding devices arranged at intervals, and each winding device comprises:

the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the rack;

the servo motor is arranged on the rack and used for driving the rotating shaft to rotate;

the disc dividing tool is arranged on the rotating shaft and used for winding a butterfly cable from the disc dividing tool under the driving of the rotating shaft, and the disc dividing tool comprises two limiting discs and a connecting cylinder, wherein two ends of the connecting cylinder are respectively connected with the corresponding limiting discs, the limiting disc positioned on the inner side is a first limiting disc, and the limiting disc positioned on the outer side is a second limiting disc;

The method of manufacturing a prefabricated tail fiber according to claim 3, wherein the lower portion of one side of the clamping plate facing the strip-shaped groove is provided with a positioning groove for being matched with the butterfly cable, so that the butterfly cable is conveniently limited by the strip-shaped groove and the clamping plate.

7. The method of manufacturing a prefabricated pigtail of claim 2, wherein the cutting mechanism comprises:

the lower cutter holder is fixed relative to the frame and is provided with a lower cutting edge;

the upper cutter seat is arranged above the lower cutter seat and is provided with an upper cutting edge corresponding to the lower cutting edge, and a space between the upper cutting edge and the lower cutting edge is used for a butterfly cable to pass through;

and the cutting cylinder is installed on the rack, and a piston rod of the cutting cylinder is fixed with the upper cutter holder and used for driving the upper cutter holder to move up and down.

the moving rod is movably arranged on the rack and can move back and forth, and the moving direction of the moving rod is parallel to the axis direction of the supporting roller;

The invention relates to the field of optical fibers, in particular to a method for manufacturing a prefabricated tail fiber.

Background

The manufacturing method of the prefabricated tail fiber mainly comprises the following steps: 1) a cutting procedure, namely winding the butterfly cable on the main disc on the disc dividing tool, cutting the butterfly cable after a set distance is wound, and taking the wound butterfly cable off the disc dividing tool; 2) a fiber stripping procedure, wherein the outer layer of the end part of the butterfly cable is stripped to obtain a section of bare fiber; 3) inserting the bare optical fiber into the ceramic ferrule after the adhesive is dispensed; 4) a heating and curing process, wherein the ceramic ferrule is heated by a heater to cure the glue inside the ceramic ferrule; 5) installing the spare parts, namely installing the spare parts at the head of the butterfly cable; 6) a grinding procedure, fixing the head of the butterfly cable with the ceramic ferrule on the mounting plate, and grinding the end part of the ceramic ferrule by a grinding device (mainly used for grinding the bare optical fiber in the ceramic ferrule); 7) and a detection procedure, wherein the ground optical fiber is detected through detection equipment.

In the prior art, a disc separating tool is used for winding individually, after the disc separating tool is wound to a set length, a butterfly cable is cut off manually, and after the disc separating tool is taken down, the disc separating tool continues to perform the next winding operation. According to the existing mode, a worker needs to operate every time when the paper is rolled, the worker needs to operate frequently in the production process, the mode consumes labor, and the efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims at the problems and overcomes at least one defect, and provides a manufacturing method of a prefabricated tail fiber.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

the manufacturing method of the prefabricated tail fiber comprises a slitting process, wherein the slitting process comprises the following steps:

A) a plurality of disc separating tools arranged at intervals are configured, and a butterfly cable on the main disc is wound on one of the disc separating tools;

In one embodiment of the present invention, the steps a) to C are performed by a cutting device, the cutting device includes a frame, a main disc, and a winding group, the main disc is disposed on one side of the winding group, the winding group includes a plurality of winding devices disposed at intervals, and each winding device includes:

the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the rack;

the servo motor is arranged on the rack and used for driving the rotating shaft to rotate;

the disc dividing tool is arranged on the rotating shaft and used for winding a butterfly cable from the disc dividing tool under the driving of the rotating shaft, and the disc dividing tool comprises two limiting discs and a connecting cylinder, wherein two ends of the connecting cylinder are respectively connected with the corresponding limiting discs, the limiting disc positioned on the inner side is a first limiting disc, and the limiting disc positioned on the outer side is a second limiting disc;

the control mechanism is arranged on the first limiting disc and used for clamping the end part of the butterfly cable;

the control mechanism is matched with the clamping mechanism and used for controlling the clamping mechanism to work so as to clamp the butterfly cable;

the supporting roller is rotatably arranged on the rack and used for supporting the butterfly cable, and the supporting roller is positioned on one side of the disc separating device close to the main disc device;

the cutting mechanism is arranged on one side, close to the main disc, of the disc separating tool and used for cutting off the butterfly cable after the disc separating tool is wound, and the supporting roller is located between the disc separating tool and the cutting mechanism;

and the winding adjusting mechanism is arranged between the supporting roller and the cutting mechanism and used for controlling the position of the butterfly cable relative to the supporting roller.

The specific working process of the slitting equipment comprises the following steps:

b) the butterfly cable is clamped by the control mechanism through the corresponding control mechanism, the servo motor works to drive the disc dividing tool to rotate for carrying out rolling operation, and when the butterfly cable is rolled, in order to enable the connecting cylinder to uniformly wind the butterfly cable, the rolling adjusting mechanism works to change the position of the control butterfly cable relative to the supporting roller so as to enable the butterfly cable at the rolling adjusting mechanism to carry out reciprocating motion along the axial direction (parallel to the axis of the supporting roller); after the winding is finished, the winding adjusting mechanism works to enable the butterfly cable to be close to one side of the first limiting disc (the aim is to enable the butterfly cable head falling after being cut off to fall on the clamping mechanism of the corresponding disc separating tool), the cutting mechanism works to cut off the butterfly cable, and the butterfly cable head falling on one side of the main disc separating tool is matched with the clamping mechanism of the other adjacent disc separating tool;

c) and c) repeating the step b) until all the disc separating devices are completely rolled, and taking down the rolled butterfly cables on the disc separating devices by workers at the moment.

The application of the slitting equipment can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers, and the workers do not need frequent operation.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the slitting device further includes a lifting plate fixed to the cylinder body of each of the clamping cylinders, and a lifting plate for driving the lifting plate to lift.

The lifting cylinder can influence the collection work of butterfly cable, through setting up the lifting cylinder for after work is accomplished, can move up each die clamping cylinder, conveniently take off the butterfly cable that the rolling is good.

In one embodiment of the present invention, a positioning groove is formed in a lower portion of a side of the clamping plate facing the bar-shaped groove, and the positioning groove is used for cooperating with the butterfly cable, so that the butterfly cable is conveniently limited by the bar-shaped groove and the clamping plate.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the cutting mechanism includes:

the lower cutter holder is fixed relative to the frame and is provided with a lower cutting edge;

the upper cutter seat is arranged above the lower cutter seat and is provided with an upper cutting edge corresponding to the lower cutting edge, and a space between the upper cutting edge and the lower cutting edge is used for a butterfly cable to pass through;

and the cutting cylinder is installed on the rack, and a piston rod of the cutting cylinder is fixed with the upper cutter holder and used for driving the upper cutter holder to move up and down.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the lower blade is located on a side of the lower blade holder away from the support roller, when the lower blade holder moves downward under the action of the cut-off cylinder, the upper blade cooperates with the lower blade to cut off the butterfly cable, the butterfly cable head on one side of the branch disc tool is clamped by the upper blade holder and the lower blade holder, and the butterfly cable head on one side of the main disc tool is separated from the upper blade holder.

The positions of the butterfly cables can be controlled through the two limiting columns, so that the butterfly cables can be uniformly wound on the disc separating tool.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the driving assembly is a cylinder.

In practical application, the following settings can be also set: the rack is provided with a sliding groove, the moving rod is arranged on the sliding groove in a sliding mode, the driving rod is provided with a rack, the rack further comprises a control motor, and a gear matched with the rack is installed on an output shaft of the control motor.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: through setting up a plurality of minutes dish utensil for workman unified operation again after all minutes dish utensils rolling are accomplished, the workman need not frequently operate, and whole process is efficient, low in labor strength.

As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, in this embodiment, steps a) -C are operated by a slitting apparatus, the slitting apparatus includes a frame 1, a main disc 2 and a winding group, the main disc 2 is disposed on one side of the winding group, the winding group includes a plurality of winding devices 7 disposed at intervals, each winding device 7 includes:

the rotating shaft 10 is rotatably arranged on the frame 1;

a servo motor (not shown in the figure) which is arranged on the frame 1 and is used for driving the rotating shaft 10 to rotate;

the disc separating device 4 is arranged on the rotating shaft 10 and used for rolling the butterfly cable 3 from the main disc device 2 under the driving of the rotating shaft 10, and the disc separating device 4 comprises two limiting discs and a connecting cylinder 15, wherein two ends of the connecting cylinder are respectively connected with the corresponding limiting discs, the limiting disc positioned on the inner side is a first limiting disc 14, and the limiting disc positioned on the outer side is a second limiting disc 16;

The specific working process of the slitting equipment comprises the following steps:

a) the main disc device 2 releases the cable, so that the butterfly cable 3 passes through each winding device 7 (passes through the cutting mechanism 13, the winding adjusting mechanism 6, the supporting roller 5 and the disc dividing device 4) and moves to the clamping mechanism 9 of the disc dividing device 4 of the winding device 7 farthest from the main disc device 2;

b) the butterfly cable 3 is clamped by the control mechanism 8 through the corresponding control mechanism 8, the servo motor works to drive the disc dividing tool 4 to rotate for winding operation, and when the butterfly cable is wound, in order to enable the connecting cylinder 15 to uniformly wind the butterfly cable, the winding adjusting mechanism 6 works to change the position of the control butterfly cable relative to the supporting roller 5, so that the butterfly cable 3 at the winding adjusting mechanism 6 can reciprocate along the axial direction (parallel to the axis of the supporting roller 5); after the winding is finished, the winding adjusting mechanism 6 works to enable the butterfly cable 3 to be close to one side of the first limiting disc 14 (the aim is to enable the butterfly cable head falling after cutting to fall on the clamping mechanism 9 of the corresponding disc dividing tool 4), the cutting mechanism 13 works to cut the butterfly cable 3, and the butterfly cable head on one side of the main disc tool 2 falls to be matched with the clamping mechanism 9 of the other adjacent disc dividing tool 4;

c) and repeating the step b) until all the disc dividing tools 4 are completely rolled, and at the moment, workers remove the rolled butterfly cables on the disc dividing tools 4.

As shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, a through notch 29 is formed at a position where the second limiting disc 16 corresponds to the strip-shaped groove 17, the control mechanism 8 is a clamping cylinder, a piston rod of the clamping cylinder is used for being matched with the clamping plate 19, and during operation, the piston rod of the clamping cylinder passes through the notch 29 to be matched with the clamping plate 19, so as to clamp the flexible chuck 20 of the clamping plate 19 into the clamping groove 18 of the strip-shaped groove 17.

As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the slitting device further includes a lifting plate 11 fixed to the cylinder body of each of the clamping cylinders, and a lifting cylinder 12 for driving the lifting plate 11 to lift.

Lifting cylinder 12 can influence the work of collecting of butterfly cable, through setting up lifting cylinder 12 for after work is accomplished, can go up each die clamping cylinder and move, conveniently take off the butterfly cable that the rolling is good.

As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the lower portion of the side of the clamping plate 19 facing the strip-shaped groove 17 has a positioning groove 21, and the positioning groove 21 is used for cooperating with the butterfly cable, so that the butterfly cable is conveniently limited by the strip-shaped groove 17 and the clamping plate 19.

As shown in fig. 2, 3, 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the cutting mechanism 13 includes:

a lower knife holder 24 fixed opposite to the frame 1 and having a lower knife edge 25;

an upper tool apron 26 which is arranged above the lower tool apron 24 and is provided with an upper cutting edge 27 corresponding to the lower cutting edge 25, and a space between the upper cutting edge 27 and the lower cutting edge 25 is used for a butterfly cable to pass through;

and the cutting cylinder 28 is installed on the frame 1, and a piston rod of the cutting cylinder 28 is fixed with the upper tool apron 26 and used for driving the upper tool apron 26 to move up and down.

As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, in the present embodiment, the lower blade 25 is located on a side of the lower blade seat 24 away from the support roller 5, when the lower blade seat 24 moves downward under the action of the cut-off cylinder 28, the upper blade 27 and the lower blade 25 cooperate to cut off the butterfly cable, the butterfly cable head on one side of the branch disc device 4 is clamped by the upper blade seat 26 and the lower blade seat 24, and the butterfly cable head on one side of the main disc device 2 is separated from the upper blade seat 26.

The lower blade 25 is located on the side, away from the supporting roller 5, of the lower blade holder 24, so that after the butterfly cable is cut off, the butterfly cable head on one side of the main disc device 2 is separated from the upper blade holder 26, but the butterfly cable head on one side of the sub disc device 4 is clamped by the upper blade holder 26 and the lower blade holder 24, and the reeled butterfly cable can be effectively prevented from being loosened.

As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the winding adjustment mechanism 6 includes:

a moving rod 22 movably arranged on the frame 1 and capable of reciprocating, wherein the moving direction of the moving rod 22 is parallel to the axial direction of the supporting roller 5;

two limiting columns 23 are fixed on the upper part of the moving rod 22, and the space between the limiting columns 23 is used for a butterfly cable to pass through;

a driving assembly (not shown) for driving the moving rod 22 to reciprocate.

The positions of the butterfly cables can be controlled through the two limiting columns 23, so that the butterfly cables can be uniformly wound on the disc separating tool 4.

In this embodiment, the driving element is a cylinder.

In practical application, the following settings can be also set: the rack 1 is provided with a sliding groove, the moving rod 22 is arranged on the sliding groove in a sliding mode, the driving rod is provided with a rack, the rack-type electric power transmission device further comprises a control motor, and a gear matched with the rack is installed on an output shaft of the control motor.
