Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

At present, people often fall down and fall down easily because the ground is slippery in a bathroom in the prior art, and especially the old people are easy to bring life danger if the people cannot be found in time after falling down in the bathroom. Therefore, in order to prevent the old people from accidentally falling down in a bathroom, whether the user falls down is often detected by installing detection equipment such as a microwave radar, and an alarm is given in time when the user falls down is detected, so that the old people can be rescued in time when the user needs help.

However, whether an alarm is needed or not is judged only by the detection result of the detection equipment such as the microwave radar, and the like, and the judgment standard is relatively single, so that a false alarm condition caused by the misjudgment of the detection equipment often exists (for example, a user can stand up by himself when falling down in many times without alarming, but the prior art directly and automatically alarms when detecting that the user falls down and does not receive the response of the user within a certain time, so that the false alarm condition is caused, the alarm accuracy is not high, inconvenience is brought to the user, and the technical problems of manpower and material resources waste are caused, when the user is detected to have no response, whether the alarm is given or not can be confirmed through a plurality of confirmation terminals, the alarm accuracy is greatly improved, and the serious waste of manpower and material resources caused by false alarm is avoided.

To facilitate understanding of the embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, a detailed description will be first provided below of an alarm confirmation method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, which may include the following steps:

step S1, detecting whether a preset interaction response corresponding to the preset interaction information is received within a first preset time;

step S2, if not, generating a confirmation instruction;

step S3, sending a confirmation instruction to at least two preset confirmation terminals;

step S4, detecting whether confirmation responses returned by at least two preset confirmation terminals to the confirmation instruction are received within a second preset time;

and step S5, determining whether to alarm according to the detection result.

In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, before detecting whether the preset interaction response corresponding to the preset interaction information is received within the first preset time at step S1, the alarm confirmation method may further include the following steps:

step S001, judging whether a preset user behavior mode is detected in a target area;

step S002, if yes, generating preset interactive information;

and step S003, displaying the preset interactive information according to a preset display mode.

In some specific embodiments of the present invention, the preset user behavior mode may preset a user behavior mode that needs to be monitored, such as a fall behavior mode or other preset behavior modes that determine that the user may need help, and the specific details are not limited herein; a preset user behavior pattern (such as a fall) is detected in a judged target area (such as a place which is easy to slip down in a bathroom and the like, but is inconvenient for installing a camera due to privacy consideration), an interactive query may be issued to the user, where a microwave radar may be used to detect the user's behavior pattern, and if it is determined that the microwave radar has detected that the user has fallen, the language linecontroller (or other device) may be controlled to issue preset interactive information to the user, such as "whether stand-alone is possible", so that the user can independently select alarm or not according to the actual condition when hearing the interactive information, the alarm accuracy is improved to a certain extent, the manner of confirming whether to alarm through human-computer interaction can also comprise that a user presses a designated button or recognizes a user gesture, and the like, and the specific interaction manner and the preset interaction information are not particularly limited.

In the actual life, a user can stand up independently after falling down, actually does not need to give an alarm, but cannot respond to sent interactive information timely or forget, if the user is detected to have no response within a first preset time, the alarm is directly given out, and the waste of false alarms and manpower and material resources is certainly caused. Here, the preset confirmation terminal may refer to a terminal device which is set in advance to perform a confirmation operation and return a confirmation response when receiving the confirmation instruction. In some embodiments of the present invention, preset confirmation terminals may be set in a classified manner, and for example, for an application of fall detection in a user bathroom, at least three types of confirmation terminals may be set: one is a terminal device which is close to the target area and can inform the user or directly obtain confirmation of the actual situation of the field of the target area at the first time, such as an air conditioner with a voice function at home or other terminal devices with voice output reminding or other reminding modes at home; the second type of confirmation terminal may refer to a pre-bound remote mobile phone terminal or other intelligent terminal devices (such as a notebook, a computer, etc.), and the mobile phone terminal may have corresponding application software installed therein; the third type of confirmation terminal may also be a third-party service provider, such as an elderly care center platform dedicated to providing care services, and the specific confirmation terminal is not limited herein.

Here, the manner of sending the confirmation instruction to the preset confirmation terminal may be through WIFI or internet or bluetooth or other information sending manners, and the manner of sending the confirmation instruction to different confirmation terminals may be different, and specific details are not limited herein.

When receiving the confirmation instruction, the plurality of confirmation terminals can return confirmation responses, illustratively, after the voice air conditioner at home broadcasts the confirmation instruction, someone at home can directly go to the site to confirm the situation, and whether an alarm is needed or not is responded according to the actual situation. When the mobile phone terminal user receives the confirmation instruction, the confirmation response for confirming whether to alarm or not can be directly responded through the APP of the mobile phone terminal.

In some embodiments of the present invention, when it is detected that the user falls down or has another preset behavior pattern, the detected behavior pattern of the user may be further configured to be sent to the confirmation terminal, so that when the confirmation terminal cannot confirm the scene, whether an alarm is required may be determined according to the received behavior pattern information.

According to the embodiment of the invention, when the fact that the preset interaction response corresponding to the preset interaction information is not received within the first preset time is detected, the confirmation instruction is generated and sent to the plurality of preset confirmation terminals; whether to alarm is determined by detecting the confirmation responses returned by the plurality of preset confirmation terminals received within the second preset time, so that the alarm accuracy can be effectively improved, and the beneficial effects of manpower and material resource waste caused by false alarm are avoided.

In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the step S5 of determining whether to alarm according to the detection result may include the following steps:

step S501, if it is detected that any confirmation response returned by at least two preset confirmation terminals is not received within a second preset time, alarming according to a preset alarming mode.

Here, if none of the plurality of confirmation terminals responds thereto within the second preset time of receiving the confirmation instruction, the direct alarm is selected in order to prevent the user from an accident.

In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the step S5 determines whether to alarm according to the detection result, and may further include the following steps:

step S502, if the unique confirmation responses returned by at least two preset confirmation terminals are detected to be received within the second preset time, whether to alarm is determined according to the received confirmation responses.

Here, if only one acknowledgement response returned from a plurality of acknowledgement terminals is received, it is preferable to determine whether an alarm is required according to the acknowledgement response.

In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the step S5 determines whether to alarm according to the detection result, and may further include the following steps:

step S5031, if it is detected that a plurality of acknowledgement responses returned by at least two preset acknowledgement terminals are received within a second preset time, respectively obtaining first priority information of the plurality of preset acknowledgement terminals returning the acknowledgement responses;

step S5032, determining whether the first priority information is the same;

step S5033, if not, judging whether the preset confirmation terminal with the highest first priority information is unique;

step S5034, if yes, determining whether to alarm according to the confirmation response returned by the preset confirmation terminal with the highest first priority information.

Here, if multiple acknowledgement responses are received simultaneously within a second preset time, it needs to be further determined whether an alarm is required to be more accurately determined according to which acknowledgement response sent by an acknowledgement terminal, so in some embodiments of the present invention, first priority information may be set in advance for different acknowledgement terminals, and as an example, the first priority information of an indoor voice air conditioner and other devices may be set to be higher than that of a remotely bound mobile phone terminal.

Preferably, whether an alarm is required is determined according to the acknowledgement response returned by the acknowledgement terminal with the highest first priority information, as described in the above example, the first priority information of the voice air conditioner at home is higher than the first priority information of the mobile phone terminal, so if the acknowledgement response returned by the voice air conditioner and the acknowledgement response returned by the mobile phone terminal are received at the same time, it is preferably determined whether the alarm is required according to the acknowledgement response returned by the air conditioner. In some embodiments of the present invention, the method for determining whether to alarm according to the confirmation response may be that, first, preset instruction information corresponding to the confirmation response is obtained, and whether the instruction information is preset alarm instruction information is determined, if yes, the alarm is confirmed in a preset manner, and if not, the alarm is not confirmed. Specifically, the determination of whether to alarm or not is not specifically limited herein according to the confirmation response.

In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the alarm confirmation method may further include the steps of:

step S5035, if the first priority information is determined to be the same, or if the number of the preset acknowledgment terminals with the highest first priority information is determined to be multiple, determining whether multiple acknowledgment responses returned by the multiple preset acknowledgment terminals with the highest first priority information are the same;

step S5036, if the first priority information is the same, determining whether to alarm according to a confirmation response returned by any preset confirmation terminal with the highest first priority information.

Here, if there are a plurality of acknowledgement terminals that return acknowledgement responses, and the first priority information is the same, it is necessary to determine whether the acknowledgement responses returned by the next plurality of acknowledgement terminals are the same, and if so, it may be determined whether an alarm is necessary directly according to the acknowledgement response returned by any one of the acknowledgement terminals with the highest first priority information.

In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the alarm confirmation method may further include the steps of:

step S5037, if it is determined that the multiple acknowledgement responses returned by the multiple preset acknowledgement terminals with the highest first priority information are different, respectively obtaining second priority information of the multiple preset acknowledgement terminals with the highest first priority information;

step S5038, determining whether to alarm according to the confirmation response returned by the preset confirmation terminal with the highest preset second priority.

Here, as described in the above example, if there are a plurality of acknowledgement terminals that return acknowledgement responses, and the acknowledgement responses returned by the plurality of acknowledgement terminals are not the same, it is necessary to continue to check the second priority information of the acknowledgement terminals, and it is determined whether an alarm is necessary according to the acknowledgement response returned by the acknowledgement terminal with the highest second priority information. In some embodiments of the invention, the second priority information is arranged such that, when a plurality of acknowledgement terminals having the same first priority information, further confirming the confirmation response returned by the confirmation terminal with the highest first priority information to determine whether to alarm, here, the priority can also be set for the specific instruction information corresponding to the confirmation response, when a plurality of acknowledgement terminals with the same first priority information are provided and the returned acknowledgement responses are not the same, the method includes the steps that firstly, instruction information corresponding to a plurality of confirmation responses is judged, priority corresponding to the instruction information is obtained, the instruction information with the highest priority information is selected to determine whether to give an alarm, for example, the instruction information corresponding to the confirmation responses comprises an alarm instruction, an alarm cancellation instruction and other instructions, and the priority is set to be the alarm instruction > the other instructions > the alarm cancellation instruction in advance for the three instructions; when the first priority information of the confirmation terminal is the same, which instruction is executed can be directly determined according to the priority information of the confirmation response, so that whether the alarm is needed or not can be determined.

In still another embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 4, there is also provided an alarm confirmation apparatus including:

a first detection module 10, configured to detect whether a preset interaction response corresponding to preset interaction information is received within a first preset time;

an instruction generating module 20, configured to generate a confirmation instruction if the instruction is not received;

a sending module 30, configured to send a confirmation instruction to at least two preset confirmation terminals;

the second detection module 40 is configured to detect whether acknowledgement responses returned by at least two preset acknowledgement terminals for the acknowledgement instruction are received within a second preset time;

and the determining module 50 is used for determining whether to alarm or not according to the detection result.
