Technical Field

The present invention relates to a vibration nozzle of a bidet, and more particularly, to a vibration nozzle of a bidet capable of performing clean washing by maximizing vibration efficiency of a nozzle head since the nozzle head and a vibration motor are formed to be separated from each other, reducing manufacturing costs by miniaturizing the size of the nozzle head since the nozzle head is coupled to only a portion of the inner side of the front end of a nozzle cover, minimizing the diameter of the nozzle since a washing water supply pipe connected to the nozzle head is disposed at both sides of the shaft of the vibration motor, and reducing manufacturing costs since a special structure for forming a water path is not required.

Background

Generally, a bidet is used by being installed in a toilet bowl for washing the anus and private parts of a human body, and includes anus washing for washing the anus with washing water sprayed through a nozzle without using toilet paper after relieving one's hands, private part washing for washing the private parts of a woman with the washing water, and massage washing for obtaining a massage effect by continuously and repeatedly advancing and retreating the nozzle for spraying the washing water.

However, the nozzle equipped to perform washing as described above has a problem that the part cannot be washed effectively because the washing water discharged from the washing water tank in the bidet passes through the washing hole and is discharged as direct water.

In order to solve such a problem, Korean granted Utility model No. 20-0411530 discloses a discharge head structure of a bidet nozzle.

However, since the previously authorized discharge head structure of the bidet nozzle repeats the opening and closing actions of the cleansing hole and discharges the cleansing water by rotating the rotation member by the cleansing water supplied from the bidet water tank, although it is possible to improve the washing efficiency while reducing the amount of the cleansing water consumed, since the cleansing water is intermittently discharged at a predetermined amount, there is a problem in that not only is there a feeling of pain due to the water pressure of the cleansing water, but also the user feels a feeling of foreign matter.

Recently, in order to solve these problems, Korean granted Utility model No. 20-0422546 discloses a vibration device of a bidet nozzle.

However, the vibration device of the bidet nozzle as described above has an advantage in that the vibration part is installed in the nozzle formed with the flow path, and the vibration part vibrates the nozzle while rotating according to the bidet button signal to spray the washing water, so that the washing part is enlarged and the washing water is easily washed, but the vibration part is installed in an integrated type inside the nozzle, so that not only the washing force is reduced due to the small vibration width of the nozzle, but also the vibration part vibrating the nozzle is installed to be perpendicular to the nozzle pipe or in a perpendicular direction, so that there is a limitation in imparting a strong motion to the water flow sprayed through the washing hole.

Disclosure of Invention

Detailed Description

An embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the present invention, fig. 2 is a top sectional view of the present invention, and fig. 3 is a side sectional view of the present invention.

The vibration nozzle 100 of the bidet of the present invention includes a nozzle cover 110, a nozzle head 120, a vibration motor 130, a washing water supply pipe 140, a vibration preventing member 150, and a closing cover 160, which will be described in more detail below.

First, the nozzle cover 110 is formed in a length capable of receiving the nozzle head 120, the vibration motor 130, the washing water supply pipe 140, and the vibration preventing member 105, and is preferably formed of a resin material or a stainless material.

And, the nozzle head 120 is coupled to the front end of the nozzle cover 110 and is coupled to be spaced apart from the vibration motor 130 coupled to the rear of the nozzle head 120 by a predetermined distance.

The nozzle head 120 is provided with a body 121 having a washing discharge hole 121a and a bidet discharge hole 121b formed therein, respectively, and a coupling member 122 is protruded from the center of the rear end of the body 121 to be coupled to a shaft 131 of a vibration motor 130.

A connection member 123 is formed at both sides of the coupling member 122 to be connected to the washing water supply pipe 140 to supply the washing water to the washing water discharge holes 121a and the bidet discharge holes 121 b.

Since the nozzle head 120 is formed to be small in a manner of being mounted to only a portion of the front end of the nozzle cover 110, not the entire nozzle cover 110, the manufacturing cost can be minimized.

A vibration motor 130 for imparting vibration to the nozzle head 120 is coupled to the inside of the nozzle cover 110.

The vibration motor 130 has the same internal structure as a general vibration motor, and is electrically connected to a control part of the bidet.

The vibration motor 130 is coupled to a position behind the nozzle head 120 at a predetermined distance from the nozzle head 120, and a free space is formed between the nozzle head 120 and the vibration motor 130 without interfering with any structure, and the length of the free space may be reduced or extended according to the length of the shaft 131.

A shaft 131 provided at the center of the vibration motor 130 is coupled to a coupling member 122 formed at the rear end of the nozzle head 120, and transmits vibration generated due to the operation of the vibration motor 130 to the nozzle head 120.

And, a washing water supply pipe 140 is connected to each of the connection parts 123 formed at the nozzle head 120.

The washing water supply pipe 140 is formed of a flexible hose so that the position of the water path can be freely changed, and the washing water supply pipe 140 is easily coupled to the connector 123 by forming a step 141 at the inner side of the front end thereof.

The washing water supply pipe 140 is connected to the connection members 123 formed at both sides of the coupling member 122, and is positioned at both sides centering on the shaft 131 of the vibration motor 130, and the washing water supply pipe 140 may be changed in position according to the number of couplings or the installation direction of the vibration motor 130.

Therefore, since the washing water supply pipe 140 is formed using the hose as described above, it is not necessary to specially form a pipe body made of resin, so that the manufacturing cost can be minimized, and the position of the water path can be changed according to circumstances.

Soft vibration isolation members 150 are coupled to the front end and the rear end of the vibration motor 130, respectively.

The vibration isolation member 150 is closely attached between the vibration motor 130 and the nozzle cover 110, and functions to block vibration generated by the vibration motor 130 from being transmitted to the nozzle cover 110.

A through hole 151 that is opened to couple the shaft 131 to the nozzle head 120 is formed at the center of the vibration isolation member 150, and storage spaces 152 are formed to extend on both sides of the through hole 151 to serve as storage spaces for supporting the wash water supply pipes 140, respectively.

The receiving spaces 152 of the vibration preventing member 150 should preferably be located at both sides of the vibration motor 130, but may be changed in direction according to the arrangement position of the washing water supply pipes 140.

A closing cover 160 for preventing the vibration motor 130 from being separated from the nozzle cover 110 is coupled to the rear end of the nozzle cover 110.

The closing cover 160 has a shape with an opening formed at the center, the washing water supply pipe 140 is connected to the inside of the bidet in the guide space 161 which is formed with an opening as described above, and the support piece 162 formed at the lower portion of the closing cover 160 is closely attached to the rear of the vibration preventing member 150 coupled to the rear end of the vibration motor 130, so that the vibration motor 130 is firmly coupled to the inside of the nozzle cover 110 without play.

With the vibration nozzle 100 of the bidet of the present invention configured as described above, if the washing button of the control part of the bidet is operated as shown in fig. 5 and 6, washing water is supplied to the washing water supply pipe 140 connected to the washing ejection hole 121a among the washing water supply pipes 140 disposed at both sides of the shaft 131 through the water tank inside the bidet, and at the same time, the washing water is supplied to the washing ejection hole 121a side of the nozzle head 120.

At this time, the vibration motor 130 causes vibration at a high speed, and the shaft 131 vibrates 60,000 times per second or more to transmit the vibration to the nozzle heads 120 arranged at predetermined intervals.

The washing water supplied to the nozzle head 120 is discharged through the washing discharge holes 121a, and the washing water is given a strong dynamic sense by the vibration transmitted to the nozzle head 120, thereby forming fine particles and being dispersed in a sigmoid curve, so that the washing part of the user can be washed more cleanly.

As described above, although the present invention has been described by way of limited embodiments and drawings, terms or words used in the scope of the present specification and claims should not be construed as being limited to general meanings or meanings in dictionaries, and should be interpreted as meanings and concepts conforming to the technical idea of the present invention.

Therefore, the embodiment described in the present specification and the structure shown in the drawings are only an embodiment of the present invention and do not represent all technical ideas of the present invention, and thus it should be understood that various equivalents and modifications may exist without departing from the scope of claims of the present invention.
