Technical Field
The present invention relates to a vibration nozzle of a bidet, and more particularly, to a vibration nozzle of a bidet capable of performing clean washing by maximizing vibration efficiency of a nozzle head since the nozzle head and a vibration motor are formed to be separated from each other, reducing manufacturing costs by miniaturizing the size of the nozzle head since the nozzle head is coupled to only a portion of the inner side of the front end of a nozzle cover, minimizing the diameter of the nozzle since a washing water supply pipe connected to the nozzle head is disposed at both sides of the shaft of the vibration motor, and reducing manufacturing costs since a special structure for forming a water path is not required.
Background
Generally, a bidet is used by being installed in a toilet bowl for washing the anus and private parts of a human body, and includes anus washing for washing the anus with washing water sprayed through a nozzle without using toilet paper after relieving one's hands, private part washing for washing the private parts of a woman with the washing water, and massage washing for obtaining a massage effect by continuously and repeatedly advancing and retreating the nozzle for spraying the washing water.
However, the nozzle equipped to perform washing as described above has a problem that the part cannot be washed effectively because the washing water discharged from the washing water tank in the bidet passes through the washing hole and is discharged as direct water.
In order to solve such a problem, Korean granted Utility model No. 20-0411530 discloses a discharge head structure of a bidet nozzle.
However, since the previously authorized discharge head structure of the bidet nozzle repeats the opening and closing actions of the cleansing hole and discharges the cleansing water by rotating the rotation member by the cleansing water supplied from the bidet water tank, although it is possible to improve the washing efficiency while reducing the amount of the cleansing water consumed, since the cleansing water is intermittently discharged at a predetermined amount, there is a problem in that not only is there a feeling of pain due to the water pressure of the cleansing water, but also the user feels a feeling of foreign matter.
Recently, in order to solve these problems, Korean granted Utility model No. 20-0422546 discloses a vibration device of a bidet nozzle.
However, the vibration device of the bidet nozzle as described above has an advantage in that the vibration part is installed in the nozzle formed with the flow path, and the vibration part vibrates the nozzle while rotating according to the bidet button signal to spray the washing water, so that the washing part is enlarged and the washing water is easily washed, but the vibration part is installed in an integrated type inside the nozzle, so that not only the washing force is reduced due to the small vibration width of the nozzle, but also the vibration part vibrating the nozzle is installed to be perpendicular to the nozzle pipe or in a perpendicular direction, so that there is a limitation in imparting a strong motion to the water flow sprayed through the washing hole.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem
Accordingly, the present invention has been made keeping in mind the above problems occurring in the related art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vibration nozzle of a bidet which can maximize vibration efficiency of a nozzle head since the nozzle head and a vibration motor are formed separately from each other, thereby more cleanly washing a washing part of a user.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a vibration nozzle for a bidet, which can reduce the size of the nozzle head and the manufacturing cost by coupling the nozzle head to only a portion of the inside of the front end of the nozzle cover.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a vibration nozzle of a bidet, which can minimize the diameter of the nozzle and greatly reduce the manufacturing cost since a washing water supply pipe connected to a nozzle head is disposed at both sides of a shaft of a vibration motor, and a structure for forming a water path is not required.
Technical scheme
The vibrating nozzle of the bidet of the present invention includes: a nozzle cover arranged to be movable in a front-rear direction within the bidet body; a nozzle head which is separated from the vibration motor, is combined to the inner side of the front end of the nozzle cover and sprays washing water; a vibration motor coupled to an inner side of the nozzle cover spaced apart from the nozzle head by a predetermined distance and connected to the nozzle head by a shaft to impart vibration to the nozzle head; washing water supply pipes coupled to the connection parts of the nozzle head, respectively, and disposed at both sides of the shaft to supply washing water to the washing spouting holes and the bidet spouting holes; vibration isolation parts respectively combined with the front end part and the rear end part of the vibration motor and closely attached to the inner circumferential surface of the nozzle cover to prevent the vibration transmission caused by the vibration motor; and a closing cap coupled to a rear end of the nozzle cap to prevent the vibration motor from being separated from the nozzle cap.
And, the nozzle head is equipped with: a main body having a washing spray hole and a bidet spray hole formed therein, respectively; a coupling member formed at a rear end of the main body and coupled to a shaft of a vibration motor; and a connection member formed at both sides of the combination member and connected with a washing water supply pipe.
Also, the washing water supply pipe is formed using a flexible hose so that the arrangement position can be selectively changed.
The vibration isolation member is provided with a through hole with the shaft positioned at the center, and is provided with a containing space which is communicated towards the two sides of the through hole and respectively contains and supports the washing water supply pipe.
And, a step is formed inward at the front end of the washing water supply pipe to connect with the connection pipe of the nozzle head.
The cover has an opening at the center thereof, a guide space is provided to connect the washing water supply pipe to the inside of the bidet, and a support piece is provided at the lower part of the cover to be closely attached to the rear of the vibration isolation member to support the vibration motor.
Technical effects
According to the vibration nozzle of the bidet of the present invention, since the nozzle head and the vibration motor are formed to be separated from each other, it is possible to maximize the vibration efficiency of the nozzle head, thereby more cleanly washing the washing part of the user, with the effect of improving the reliability of the user on the product.
Further, according to the vibration nozzle of the bidet of the present invention, since the nozzle head is coupled to only a portion of the inside of the front end of the nozzle cover to reduce the size of the nozzle head, it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost and to secure the economical efficiency.
Further, according to the vibration nozzle of the bidet of the present invention, since the washing water supply pipe connected to the nozzle head is disposed at both sides of the shaft of the vibration motor, it is possible to minimize the diameter of the nozzle and to eliminate the need for a special structure for forming the water path, thereby having an effect of remarkably reducing the manufacturing cost.
