Technical Field

The present invention relates to a showcase, and more particularly, to an improvement of a showcase which is installed in a store such as a supermarket or a convenience store and includes a commodity rack for placing commodities in a housing main body.

Background

In the past, showcases in which sold products are stored in the interior of a case main body in a state of being placed on a product placement rack have been widely used in stores such as supermarkets and convenience stores.

The commodity mounting rack is configured to include a rack member and a rack plate, the rack member is a rack support column having a locking hole formed at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction with respect to the back surface side of the storage chamber of the housing main body, and is supported by a pair of left and right members of the rack support column by inserting its own locking piece into the predetermined locking hole.

The shelf plate is in the form of a rectangular flat plate having an upper surface constituting a mounting surface on which commodities are mounted, and is fastened to guide rails, which are fastened to the respective bracket members, by fastening members such as screws so as to be stretched across the guide rails. The shelf plate is slidable in the front-rear direction with respect to the holder member (see, for example, patent document 1).

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above circumstances, it is an object of the present invention to provide showcases in which the operation of changing the height level of shelf plates can be facilitated.

In order to achieve the above object, a showcase of the present invention includes a commodity rack, the commodity rack including: a bracket member that is engaged with a bracket post erected in the housing chamber of the housing main body via an engagement member and is supported so as to extend forward; and a shelf plate supported by the bracket member and having an upper surface on which commodities are placed, wherein the engaging member supports the bracket member to be movable in a vertical direction.

Further, the present invention is characterized in that the engaging member is supported by the shelf post by inserting an engaging piece formed in a projecting manner toward the rear into an arbitrary engaging hole formed at a predetermined interval in the vertical direction on the front surface of the shelf post, and includes an irregularly shaped support hole which allows the engaging projection formed on the holder member to enter and has a plurality of engaging edge portions having a plurality of height levels, and the plurality of engaging edge portions are engaged by the engaging projection.

In addition to the showcase of the present invention, the holder members are provided so as to be spaced apart from each other in pairs of left and right , the locking projections are formed so as to project in directions to approach each other, and the engaging members are provided between the holder members and connected to each other at .

According to the present invention, since the engaging member constituting the commodity mounting shelf supports the shelf member so as to be movable in the vertical direction, the shelf plate supported by the holder member can be moved in the vertical direction, and it is not necessary to detach the components of the commodity mounting shelf from the shelf support. Therefore, the effect of making the operation of changing the height level of the shelf board easy is achieved.

Detailed Description

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the showcase of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 is a sectional side view showing a showcase according to an embodiment of the present invention. The showcase exemplified here is a case in which a product to be sold is stored in the interior of the case body 1 in a store such as a convenience store. In the present embodiment, a showcase for refrigeration in which commodities to be refrigerated are stored is exemplified.

That is, in the showcase described above, the back panel 2 is provided inside the case main body 1, whereby the ventilation duct 3 is formed between the back panel 2 and the rear wall 1a of the case main body 1, and the storage chamber 4 is formed at a position forward of the back panel 2, the evaporator 5 and the air blowing fan 6 are disposed inside the ventilation duct 3, the evaporator 5 and the condensation unit , not shown, form a refrigeration cycle, and exchange heat with passing air, and in the showcase described above, when the condensation unit, not shown, and the air blowing fan 6 are driven, the air passing through the evaporator 5 is circulated and supplied to the storage chamber 4 through the ventilation duct 3, and the storage chamber 4 is maintained at a desired refrigeration temperature.

The casing body 1 is a box-shaped member having an opening (hereinafter, also referred to as a front surface opening) 1b on a front surface, and a plurality of commodity racks 10 are provided in the storage chamber 4, and since each of the commodity racks 10 in the storage chamber 4 has the same configuration, commodity racks 10 will be described below.

Fig. 2 and 3 are views showing commodity carriers 10 shown in fig. 1, respectively, fig. 2 being a perspective view, and fig. 3 being an exploded perspective view showing a portion exploded, and the commodity carrier 10 is configured to include an engaging member 11, a holder member 12, a support member 13, and a shelf plate 14, as shown in fig. 2 and 3.

The engaging members 11 are disposed so as to protrude forward from the frame support posts 7 attached to the front surfaces of the left and right sides of the back panel 2, that is, the engaging members 11 are disposed in the left and right pairs of members of the housing chamber 4, which is the interior of the housing body 1, in a spaced manner.

The engaging members 11 are flat plate-shaped members formed of sheet metal or the like, and a plurality of locking pieces 111 projecting rearward are formed at the rear end portions of the engaging members 11, and the locking pieces 111 can be inserted into any of the locking holes 7a provided in the front surface of the frame support post 7. when the locking pieces 111 are inserted into the locking holes 7a, the rear end portions of the engaging members 11 abut against the front surface of the frame support post 7, and the engaging members 11 are supported at any height position of the frame support post 7 in a substantially horizontal cantilever state.

As shown in fig. 4, the lower end portions of the engaging members 11 are connected to form bodies by connecting portions 15 extending in the left-right direction, and a support hole 112 is formed in the engaging member 11, the support hole 112 being an irregularly shaped hole having a plurality of (three in the illustrated example) locking edge portions 112a at a height level and having communication portions 112b for allowing the locking edge portions 112a to communicate with each other.

The holder members 12 are formed of sheet metal or the like, and are formed in a left-right pair, each of which is an elongated member having a longitudinal direction in the front-rear direction, the rear end portions of the holder members 12 are formed to have a vertical dimension larger than a vertical dimension of a region on the front side of the rear end portions, and an engagement projection 121 projecting inward is provided on an inner surface on the upper side of the rear end portions, the engagement projection 121 enters the support hole 112 of the engaging member 11 from the outside, that is, the support hole 112 allows the engagement projection 121 to enter.

The bracket member 12 is engaged with the engagement member 11 by the engagement projections 121 that enter the support holes 112 of the engagement member 11 from the outside being engaged with engagement edge portions 112a (the lowermost engagement edge portion 112a in the example of fig. 2), and the rear end portion of the bracket member 12 comes into contact with the front surface of the bracket stay 7, whereby the bracket member 12 is supported in a substantially horizontal cantilever state.

As shown in fig. 5, an outer component 161 of the slide mechanism 16 is also attached to the inner surface of the holder member 12. The slide mechanism 16 is a conventionally known structure that allows the inner component 162 constituting the slide mechanism 16 to slide in the front-rear direction with respect to the outer component 161.

The support member 13 is a member formed of sheet metal or the like, and is configured by integrally molding a side wall portion 131 and an upper wall portion 132 as shown in fig. 5, the side wall portion 131 is an elongated portion whose longitudinal direction is the front-rear direction, and an inner component 162 of the slide mechanism 16 is attached to the outer surface of the side wall portion 131, whereby the support member 13 can slide and move in the front-rear direction with respect to the holder member 12, and the upper wall portion 132 is a horizontally extending portion that extends outward beyond the upper end edge portion of the side wall portion 131.

The shelf plate 14 is a rectangular member having an upper surface constituting a mounting surface on which a product to be sold is mounted, and is formed of, for example, sheet metal. The frame plate 14 is bent upward at both left and right side portions, a front end portion, and a rear end portion.

The lower surfaces of the two side portions of the frame plate 14 are engaged with the upper wall portion 132 of the support member 13, and are thus mounted slidably in the front-rear direction between the pair of left and right bracket members 12 via the slide mechanism 16.

In the showcase having such a configuration, the height level of the shelf plate 14 is determined by determining the height level of the holder member 12 constituting the commodity placement frame 10 according to which of the locking edge portions 112a the locking protrusion 121 inserted into the support hole 112 of the engagement member 11 supported by the frame support post 7 is locked to, that is, the height level of the shelf plate 14 is determined according to the height level of the locking edge portion 112a to which the locking protrusion 121 is locked.

As shown in fig. 6, the commodity shelf 10 in a state where the locking projection 121 is locked to the locking edge portion 112a of the lowermost layer can change the height level of the shelf plate 14 in the following manner. That is, the locking projection 121 locked to the locking edge 112a of the lowermost layer is separated from the locking edge 112a and passes through the communicating portion 112b, and then is locked to the locking edge 112a of the middle layer as shown in fig. 7, whereby the height level of the shelf plate 14 can be changed upward. Alternatively, the height level of the shelf plate 14 can be changed further upward by disengaging the locking projection 121 locked to the locking edge 112a of the lowermost layer from the locking edge 112a, passing the locking projection through the communication portion 112b, and then locking the locking projection to the locking edge 112a of the uppermost layer as shown in fig. 8. As described above, the engaging member 11 supports the holder member 12 movably in the vertical direction.

As described above, according to the showcase of the embodiment of the present invention, since the engaging member 11 constituting the commodity-placing shelf 10 supports the holder member 12 to be movable in the vertical direction, the shelf plate 14 supported by the holder member 12 can be moved in the vertical direction, and it is not necessary to detach the components of the commodity-placing shelf 10 from the shelf support 7. Therefore, the operation of changing the height level of the shelf board 14 can be facilitated.

According to the showcase described above, since the locking projection 121 of the holder member 12 enters the support hole 112 of the engaging member 11 from the outside, the operator can visually confirm the arrangement position of the locking projection 121, and thus the operation of changing the height level of the shelf plate 14 can be facilitated.

According to the showcase, since the left and right pairs of engaging members 11 are connected to by the connecting portion 15, the strength is sufficient, and the engaging members 11 are not deformed or the like when the locking protrusion 121 moves in the support hole 112.

While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made.

In the above embodiment, the support hole 112 is formed in the engagement member 11 and the locking projection 121 is formed in the holder member 12, but in the present invention, any form may be used as long as the engagement member supports the holder member so as to be movable in the vertical direction, with the locking projection formed in the locking member and the support hole formed in the holder member.
