The solubility of water to air and the adsorption of air by the walls decrease with increasing temperature. When the water is heated, bubbles are first generated on the walls of the container.

After the bubbles are generated, the wall part of the container in the water pool is actually in a dry-burning state, and the edge of the bubbles and the dry-burning part are in a violent vaporization process.

As the water is continuously heated, the water vapor is continuously evaporated into the small bubbles in the process, so that the pressure in the bubbles is continuously increased, the volume of the bubbles is continuously expanded, and the buoyancy force borne by the bubbles is increased.

When the buoyancy of the bubbles is as high as , the bubbles will float upwards quickly, and during the floating process, the liquid molecules on the surface of the bubbles leave the liquid and enter the bubbles and are mixed with other bubbles, so that the bubbles become bigger gradually until the bubbles reach the liquid level.

For a traditional electric heating water tank, when the water solution is heated to boiling, the sizes of bubbles floating up to the liquid surface are greatly different, and the sizes of the bubbles cannot be controlled; meanwhile, the bubble yield of the traditional electric heating water pool during boiling cannot meet the requirement.
