The multifunctional foliar fertilizer for oil peony, according to claim 1, comprises 40 parts of water extract concentrate of oil-squeezed peony seed meal, 60 parts of concentrate of bamboo vinegar, and 100 parts of mixed solution comprising, by weight and volume, 3 parts of urea, 1 part of monopotassium phosphate, 0.5 part of boric acid, 0.3 part of magnesium sulfate, 0.05 part of ammonium molybdate, 1 part of copper sulfate, 0.3 part of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, 1 part of sucrose, and 1 part of surfactant.

3. The preparation method of the kinds of multifunctional foliar fertilizer for oil peony according to claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) preparing a peony seed meal water extraction concentrated solution after oil extraction: adding biological enzyme into the peony seed meal after oil extraction, wherein the addition amount of the biological enzyme is 1-10% of the weight of the peony seed meal; then mixing the mixture with water according to the weight-volume ratio of 1: 1-3, performing enzymolysis for 24 hours at room temperature, and filtering to obtain a leaching solution; concentrating the leaching liquor to 10% of the original volume to obtain a peony seed meal water leaching concentrated solution after oil pressing;

(2) preparing a bamboo vinegar concentrated solution: sealing and stirring the stock solution of bamboo vinegar liquid in a constant-temperature water bath at 50 ℃ for 30min, then filtering by using filter paper, and concentrating the filtrate to 20% of the original volume to obtain a bamboo vinegar liquid concentrated solution;

(3) taking 30-50 parts of the oil-pressed peony seed meal water extraction concentrated solution prepared in the step (1) and 50-70 parts of the bamboo vinegar concentrated solution prepared in the step (2), and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution;

(4) adding 1-5 parts of urea, 0.5-2 parts of monopotassium phosphate, 0.25-1 part of boric acid, 0.1-0.5 part of magnesium sulfate, 0.01-0.1 part of ammonium molybdate, 0.5-2 parts of copper sulfate, 0.1-0.5 part of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, 0.5-2 parts of cane sugar and 0.5-2 parts of surfactant into 100 parts of mixed solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain the peony multifunctional foliar fertilizer for oil.

4. The preparation method of the kinds of multifunctional foliar fertilizer for oil peony according to claim 2, characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) preparing a peony seed meal water extraction concentrated solution after oil extraction: adding biological enzyme into the peony seed meal after oil extraction, wherein the addition amount of the biological enzyme is 5% of the weight of the peony seed meal; then mixing the mixture with water according to the weight-volume ratio of 1: 1, mixing, carrying out enzymolysis for 24 hours at room temperature, and filtering to obtain a leaching solution; concentrating the leaching liquor to 10% of the original volume to obtain a peony seed meal water leaching concentrated solution after oil pressing;

(2) preparing a bamboo vinegar concentrated solution: sealing and stirring the stock solution of bamboo vinegar liquid in a constant-temperature water bath at 50 ℃ for 30min, then filtering by using filter paper, and concentrating the filtrate to 20% of the original volume to obtain a bamboo vinegar liquid concentrated solution;

(3) taking 40 parts of the oil-pressed peony seed meal water extraction concentrated solution prepared in the step (1) and 60 parts of the bamboo vinegar concentrated solution prepared in the step (2), and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed solution;

(4) adding 3 parts of urea, 1 part of monopotassium phosphate, 0.5 part of boric acid, 0.3 part of magnesium sulfate, 0.05 part of ammonium molybdate, 1 part of copper sulfate, 0.3 part of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, 1 part of sucrose and 1 part of surfactant into 100 parts of mixed solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain the multifunctional foliar fertilizer for oil peony.

5. The preparation method of the kinds of peony multifunctional foliar fertilizer as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the biological enzymes in step (1) include cellulase, protease and lipase in a weight ratio of 2: 1: 1.
