8, A method for preparing the modified starch glue solution of claim 1, comprising:

fully dissolving starch and water in a ratio of 1: 2-1: 10 (wt/wt);

adding starch debranching enzyme, and reacting for 0.5-5 hours at 40-70 ℃, wherein the using weight of the starch debranching enzyme is 0.00001-5% of the weight of the starch;

heating to 80 deg.C or higher to destroy the enzyme; and

cooling to 40-70 ℃ to obtain modified starch glue solution.

9. The method of claim 8, wherein the starch debranching enzyme is an isoamylase, a pullulanase or a dextrinase.

10, A method for preparing hard hollow capsules, which is characterized in that the modified starch glue solution of claim 1 is used as raw material.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to modified starches modified by debranching enzyme and a preparation method thereof, more particularly to debranching enzyme modified starches for manufacturing hard empty capsules, a preparation method thereof and an application thereof in manufacturing hard empty capsules.

Background

However, the preparation of capsules by using natural starch or chemically modified starch has the problems of high glue solution viscosity, insufficient capsule strength (easy brittle fracture) and the like, so that the application of the starch to hard empty capsules and other packaging materials is limited.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide debranching enzyme modified starch for hard empty capsule manufacturing, a preparation method thereof and an application thereof in hard empty capsule manufacturing.

Accordingly, the aspect of the present invention relates to modified starch glue solutions for manufacturing hard empty capsules, wherein the modified starch is obtained by reacting a starch solution with a starch debranching enzyme (debranching enzyme), and has gelation (gelation) ability and enhanced film strength.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the starch may include, but is not limited to, native starch including any starch found in native cereals or legumes, such as, but not limited to, corn starch, potato starch, tapioca starch, wheat starch, pea starch, mung bean starch, and the like, and chemically modified starch including any starch obtained by physically and chemically acclimatizing native starch and introducing ester or ether functionalities to alter the original physical properties of native starch, such as, but not limited to, waxy starch, hydroxypropyl starch, oxidized starch, carboxymethyl starch, esterified starch, and the like.

In other embodiments of the present invention, the amylolytic enzymes include, but are not limited to, isoamylase, pullulanase, limit dextrinase (limit dextrinase), and the like.

In other embodiments of the present invention, the modified starch glue solution may further comprise a plasticizer .

In other embodiments of the present invention, the modified starch glue solution may further comprise % by weight of a coagulant.

In another aspect of the invention, methods for preparing modified starch glue solution are provided, which comprises dissolving starch in water (1: 4-1: 5wt/wt), adding starch debranching enzyme (0.00001% -5% of debranching enzyme weight of starch), reacting at 40-60 deg.C for 2-3 hours, heating to 85 deg.C or higher to destroy enzyme, and cooling to 40-60 deg.C to obtain modified starch glue solution.

In embodiments of the invention, the amylolytic enzymes include, but are not limited to, isoamylase, pullulanase, dextrinase, and the like.

In an embodiment of the invention, the amylolytic enzyme is isoamylase.

In another embodiment of the invention, the starch debranching enzyme is pullulanase.

In a further aspect of the present invention, relates to a method for preparing hard hollow capsules, wherein the liquid starch modified by debranching enzyme prepared by the method of the present invention is used as a raw material.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

according to the invention, the starch is treated by debranching enzyme (such as isoamylase and pullulanase), modified starches with good film-forming property and tough material quality can be obtained, namely, the debranching enzyme modified starch has the property of being suitable for being made into hard empty capsules.

As used herein, the term "starch debranching enzyme" or "debranching enzyme" refers to an enzyme that functions to specifically break α -1,6 glycosidic linkages (α -1,6glucosidic linkage) in the starch structure, thereby reducing the degree of branching (debriefing) of the treated starch.

The branching degree of the debranching enzyme modified starch is reduced by about 30-100%, and the modified starch has obviously reduced viscosity and good gelatinization (gelation) capability, so that no coagulant is required to be added in the production of capsules and other applications.
