Steel cords are important components in the framework material of radial tires, 0.22+6+12 × 0.20 structure commonly used in radial tires (fig. 2), formed by weaving of steel wires of the core strand (a 1), six steel wires of the intermediate strand (a 2) and twelve steel wires of the outer strand (A3), the outer strand (A3) having a tighter arrangement and a smaller gap, rubber cannot effectively penetrate into the steel wires of the intermediate strand (a 2) so that the internal air content of the cords is higher.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide seventeen radial tire steel wire cords, which are used for solving the technical problems that in the prior art, the filaments of the outer layer strands of the steel wire cords are arranged closely and have small gaps, and rubber cannot effectively permeate into the steel wires of the core strands, so that the air content in the cords is high.

The strength grades of the steel wires of the core strand 1, the steel wires of the middle layer strand 2 and the steel wires of the outer layer strand 3 are normal strength NT, high strength HT, ultrahigh strength ST, ultrahigh strength UT or ultrahigh strength MT. The invention is suitable for weaving and twisting steel wires with different strength grades of common strength NT, high strength HT, ultrahigh strength ST, ultrahigh strength UT or ultrahigh strength MT, and can improve the strength requirement, the glue permeation performance, the impact resistance and the fatigue resistance of the steel wire cord formed by weaving and twisting.
