1. An aquaculture apparatus comprising:

the floating piece floats on the water surface of the pool main body and is movably arranged on the pool main body; under the condition that the water level in the water tank main body rises and falls, the position of the floating piece rises and falls along with the rise and fall of the water level in the water tank main body;

the first conductive piece is movably arranged on the pool main body and is connected with the floating piece; under the condition that the position of the floating piece is lifted, the position of the first conductive piece is lifted along with the lifting of the position of the floating piece;

the second conductive piece is fixedly arranged on the pool main body; under the condition that the water level in the pool main body rises to a preset position, the first conductive piece is contacted with the second conductive piece; and

the alarm assembly is arranged on the pool main body, and the second conductive piece is electrically connected with the alarm assembly; the alarm assembly is used for giving an alarm when the water level in the pool main body rises to a preset position.

2. An aquaculture apparatus according to claim 1 further comprising a housing provided on a side wall of said tank body;

the floating piece is connected to the box body in a sliding mode and located outside the box body;

the first conductive piece is connected in the box body in a sliding manner;

the second conductive piece is fixedly arranged in the box body.

3. An aquaculture apparatus according to claim 2 wherein said tank is provided with water-proofing means at the location of contact with said buoyant means.

4. An aquaculture apparatus according to claim 3 wherein said tank has one or more apertures formed in an end thereof adjacent said buoyant member.

5. An aquaculture apparatus according to claim 2 wherein said alarm assembly is disposed outside said tank.

6. An aquaculture apparatus according to claim 2 wherein said float means is a floating ball.

7. An aquaculture apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising:

the water outlet is arranged in the water tank main body and is arranged at the preset position; and

the water blocking piece is matched with the water outlet; and under the condition that the water blocking piece is inserted into the water outlet, the water blocking piece is used for preventing water in the water pool main body from flowing out of the water outlet.

8. An aquaculture apparatus according to claim 7 wherein said water barrier comprises:

the rod main body is matched with the water outlet and is inserted into the water outlet;

one end of the threaded rod is connected with the rod main body, and the threaded rod is in threaded connection with the pool main body; and

and the handheld part is connected with the other end of the threaded rod.

9. An aquaculture apparatus according to claim 8 wherein said rod body is provided with a stop at an end thereof adjacent said threaded rod; under the condition that the rod main body is inserted into the water outlet, the stop block is abutted to the pool main body.

10. An aquaculture device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the side wall of the pond body is provided with a scale bar, the scale bar is provided with a plurality of scale marks, a first end of the scale bar comprises a maximum scale mark, a second end of the scale bar comprises a minimum scale mark, the first end is close to the top of the pond body, and the second end is close to the bottom of the pond body.

Technical Field

The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of aquaculture, in particular to an aquaculture device.

Background

When prawns are cultured in a culture pond, the culture pond needs to be drained and added with water frequently in order to enable the prawns to be in the best growth state.

At present, when workers add water into a culture pond, too much water is often added due to negligence, and thus resources are wasted; even can be because of adding more water to breeding the pond for water flows out in breeding the pond, and then leads to breeding some prawns in the pond and flow thereupon, thereby influences the breed quality of prawn. Accordingly, one skilled in the art provides an aquaculture apparatus that addresses the problems set forth in the background above.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides an aquaculture device, which is used for solving the problem of poor culture quality of the existing culture pond.

In order to solve the above technical problem, an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides an aquaculture apparatus, comprising:

the floating piece floats on the water surface of the pool main body and is movably arranged on the pool main body; under the condition that the water level in the water tank main body rises and falls, the position of the floating piece rises and falls along with the rise and fall of the water level in the water tank main body;

the first conductive piece is movably arranged on the pool main body and is connected with the floating piece; under the condition that the position of the floating piece is lifted, the position of the first conductive piece is lifted along with the lifting of the position of the floating piece;

the second conductive piece is fixedly arranged on the pool main body; under the condition that the water level in the pool main body rises to a preset position, the first conductive piece is contacted with the second conductive piece; and

the alarm assembly is arranged on the pool main body, and the second conductive piece is electrically connected with the alarm assembly; the alarm assembly is used for giving an alarm when the water level in the pool main body rises to a preset position.

As a still further aspect of the present invention, the aquaculture apparatus further comprises a tank body provided on a side wall of the tank body;

the floating piece is connected to the box body in a sliding mode and located outside the box body;

the first conductive piece is connected in the box body in a sliding manner;

the second conductive piece is fixedly arranged in the box body.

As a further aspect of the present invention, a waterproof member is provided at a contact position between the tank and the float. The waterproof piece is arranged and used for preventing water from entering the box body.

As a further scheme of the invention, one end of the box body close to the floating piece is provided with one or more through holes. The arrangement of the one or more through holes facilitates the discharge of water in the box body.

As a still further aspect of the present invention, the alarm assembly is disposed outside the case.

As a still further aspect of the present invention, the floating member is a floating ball.

As a still further aspect of the present invention, the aquaculture apparatus further comprises:

the water outlet is arranged in the water tank main body and is arranged at the preset position; and

the water blocking piece is matched with the water outlet; and under the condition that the water blocking piece is inserted into the water outlet, the water blocking piece is used for preventing water in the water pool main body from flowing out of the water outlet. Through the separation of the water blocking piece and the water outlet, the rapid water drainage of the pool main body can be realized. Through the splicing and matching of the water blocking piece and the water outlet, the water in the water tank main body is effectively prevented from leaking from the water outlet.

As still a further aspect of the present invention, the water blocking member includes:

the rod main body is matched with the water outlet and is inserted into the water outlet;

one end of the threaded rod is connected with the rod main body, and the threaded rod is in threaded connection with the pool main body; and

and the handheld part is connected with the other end of the threaded rod.

As a further scheme of the invention, one end of the rod main body, which is close to the threaded rod, is provided with a stop block; under the condition that the rod main body is inserted into the water outlet, the stop block is abutted to the pool main body.

As a further scheme of the present invention, a scale bar is disposed on a side wall of the pool main body, a plurality of scale marks are disposed on the scale bar, a first end of the scale bar includes a maximum scale mark, a second end of the scale bar includes a minimum scale mark, the first end is close to a top of the pool main body, and the second end is close to a bottom of the pool main body. Through the scale strip can conveniently observe the position that the water level was located in the pond main part, and then conveniently observe the change of the internal water level of pond main part.

The embodiment of the invention at least has the following beneficial effects: through the mutual matching among the floating component, the first conductive component, the second conductive component and the alarm component, when the water level in the pool main body rises to a preset position, the first conductive component and the second conductive component are contacted, and the alarm component works to give an alarm; through the alarming effect of the alarming assembly, the current water level of the pool main body of an operator is timely reminded, the waste of resources is effectively reduced, and the breeding quality of prawns in the pool main body is effectively guaranteed.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

It should be noted that the descriptions relating to "first", "second", etc. in the embodiments of the present invention are only for descriptive purposes and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one such feature. In addition, technical solutions between various embodiments may be combined with each other, but must be realized by a person skilled in the art, and when the technical solutions are contradictory or cannot be realized, such a combination should not be considered to exist, and is not within the protection scope of the present invention.

The inventor knows that: the existing prawn transport case at least has the following problems:

(1) because of the lack of automatic warning of operating personnel to the in-process of adding water in the breed pond, can often cause the watering too much because of operating personnel's carelessness, and then cause the waste of resource.

(2) When the culture pond discharges water, the water cannot be discharged quickly in time, and a water outlet in the culture pond is easy to block.

One or more embodiments will be provided below to address the above-described problems.

The embodiment of the invention provides an aquaculture device. In this embodiment, the aquaculture apparatus is used for prawn farming.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the aquaculture apparatus comprises: a float member 34, a first electrically conductive member 35, a second electrically conductive member 36, and an alarm assembly 38; the floating piece 34 floats on the water surface of the pool main body 1, and the floating piece 34 is movably arranged on the pool main body 1; in the case that the water level in the sump body 1 rises and falls, the position of the float 34 rises and falls with the rise and fall of the water level in the sump body 1; the first conductive piece 35 is movably arranged on the pool main body 1, and the first conductive piece 35 is connected with the floating piece 34; in the case that the position of the floating member 34 is lifted, the position of the first conductive member 35 is lifted as the position of the floating member 34 is lifted; the second conductive member 36 is fixedly arranged on the pool body 1; in case that the water level in the sump body 1 rises to a preset position, the first conductive member 35 contacts the second conductive member 36; an alarm component 38 is arranged on the pool main body 1, and the second conductive piece 36 is electrically connected with the alarm component 38; the alarm assembly 38 is used to alarm in case that the water level in the sump body 1 rises to a preset position. Illustratively, the first and second electrically conductive members 35 and 36 may each be provided as an electrically conductive plate.

In the embodiment of the invention, the floating member 34, the first conductive member 35, the second conductive member 36 and the alarm component 38 are mutually matched, so that when the water level in the pool main body 1 rises to a preset position, the first conductive member 35 is contacted with the second conductive member 36, and the alarm component 38 works to alarm; through the alarming effect of the alarming component 38, the current water level of the pool main body 1 of the operating personnel is timely reminded, the waste of resources is effectively reduced, and the breeding quality of prawns in the pool main body 1 is effectively guaranteed.

In order to avoid the damage of the first conductive member 35, the second conductive member 36 and the alarm assembly 38 which are directly arranged in the pond body 1 caused by long-term contact with water in the pond body 1, the aquaculture device further comprises a box body 31 arranged on the side wall of the pond body 1; the floating piece 34 is slidably connected to the box body 31, and the floating piece 34 is positioned outside the box body 31; the first conductive member 35 is slidably connected in the box 31; the second conductive member 36 is fixedly disposed in the box 31. The box body 31 is arranged to effectively protect the first conductive piece 35, the second conductive piece 36 and the alarm component 38 from directly contacting with water in the pool main body 1, and damage caused by direct contact of the water in the pool main body 1 with the first conductive piece 35, the second conductive piece 36 and the alarm component 38 is effectively avoided; effectively improving the practicability of the aquaculture device. In an exemplary embodiment, the float 34 is located at an end of the tank 31 near the bottom of the sump body 1.

In an exemplary embodiment, the sump body 1 includes a bottom and a plurality of sidewalls, the bottom and the sidewalls being connected to each other with adjacent sidewalls being connected to each other. The box body 31 comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and a plurality of side plates, wherein the top plate is connected with the side plates, the bottom plate is connected with the side plates, adjacent side plates are mutually connected, and the top plate is parallel to the bottom plate; one side of the top plate and one side of the bottom plate are both connected to any side wall of the pool main body 1; any two side plates of the plurality of side plates are connected to the same side wall of the pool main body 1. Wherein, the top plate is the one end that box 31 is close to 1 top of pond main part, and the bottom plate is box 31 is close to the one end of 1 bottom of pond main part. The box 31 further comprises a transverse plate 32, and the transverse plate 32 is parallel to the bottom plate. The floating piece 34 is connected to the box body 31 in a sliding way through a vertical rod 33; the vertical rod 33 penetrates through the transverse plate 32 and the bottom plate, and one end of the vertical rod 33 extends out of the bottom plate. One end of the vertical rod 33 is connected to the floating member 34, and the other end of the vertical rod 33 is connected to the first conductive member 35. The second conductor 36 is connected to an alarm assembly 38 by a wire 37. The number of the second conductive members 36 is two, the two second conductive members 36 are symmetrically arranged in the sink body 1, and the two second conductive members 36 are respectively connected with the alarm component 38 through wires 37. In the case that the float 34 is not in contact with the horizontal surface in the sump body 1, the first conductive member 35 abuts against the horizontal plate 32.

In an exemplary embodiment, the floating member 34 may be configured as a floating ball, and the shape of the floating member 34 is not particularly limited in this embodiment.

In order to further prevent water in the pool main body 1 from entering the tank 31 and causing damage to the first and second conductive members 35 and 36, a waterproof member is provided at a contact position between the tank 31 and the float 34. In this embodiment, the waterproof member is located in the box 31, the waterproof member contacts with the inner wall of each side plate of the box 31, and the vertical rod 33 is fixedly connected to the waterproof member. Illustratively, the flashing may be provided as a tarpaulin 39. The waterproof member is provided to prevent the first conductive member 35, the second conductive member 36, and other components in the box 31 from being damaged due to water entering the box 31.

In order to rapidly drain the water infiltrated into the tank 31, one or more through holes 310 are opened at one end of the tank 31 near the floating member 34. The one or more through holes 310 are provided to facilitate the drainage of water in the tank 31. In the present embodiment, the number of the through holes 310 is not particularly limited.

In order to facilitate the operator to observe the state of the alarm assembly 38, the alarm assembly 38 is disposed outside the box 31. In this embodiment, the alarm assembly 38 is located at one end of the box 31 near the top of the sink body 1; and the alarm component 38 protrudes out of the top of the pool main body 1. Illustratively, the alarm component 38 may include, but is not limited to, an indicator light, a buzzer.

In order to discharge the water in the pond body 1 in time when the water level of the pond body 1 reaches or exceeds a preset position so that the water level of the pond body 1 is lower than the preset position, the aquaculture apparatus further comprises: the water tank comprises a water tank body 1 and a water blocking piece 4, wherein a water outlet 2 is arranged in the water tank body 1, and the water outlet 2 is arranged at the preset position; the water blocking piece 4 is matched with the water outlet 2; under the condition that the water blocking piece 4 is inserted into the water outlet 2, the water blocking piece 4 is used for preventing water in the pool main body 1 from flowing out of the water outlet 2. Through the separation of the water blocking piece 4 and the water outlet 2, the rapid water drainage of the water pool main body 1 can be realized. Through the water blocking piece 4 and the insertion fit of the water outlet 2, the water in the water pool main body 1 is effectively prevented from leaking out of the water outlet 2.

In an exemplary embodiment, two water outlets 2 are provided, two water blocking members 4 are provided, and the water blocking members 4 and the water outlets 2 correspond to each other one by one.

In order that the horizontal plane in the pond main body 1 is higher than when presetting the position, pond main body 1 can in time be discharged water to reduce the position of the horizontal plane in the pond main body 1, and then make breeding device is in not alarming state, water blocking member 4 includes: a lever main body 48, a threaded rod 45, and a hand-held portion 46; wherein, the rod main body 48 is matched with the water outlet 2, and the rod main body 48 is inserted into the water outlet 2; one end of the threaded rod 45 is connected with the rod main body 48, and the threaded rod 45 is in threaded connection with the pool main body 1; the hand-held portion 46 is connected to the other end of the threaded rod 45. In this embodiment, be provided with mounting panel 41 on the pond main part 1, mounting panel 41 with the lateral wall fixed mounting of pond main part 1, be provided with jack 44 on the mounting panel 41, jack 44 intercommunication delivery port 2, the aperture of jack 44 equals the aperture of delivery port 2. For example, two mounting plates 41 may be provided, and each mounting plate 41 is provided with the insertion hole 44. A connecting rod 42 is arranged on the mounting plate 41, one end of the connecting rod 42 is connected with the mounting plate 41, and the other end of the connecting rod 42 is connected with a connecting plate 43. The connecting rods 42 may be provided in two, and both the connecting rods 42 are used for connecting the mounting plate 41 and the connecting plate 43. The threaded rod 45 is screwed to the connection plate 43. The hand-held portion 46 may be provided as a rotating block. An operator operates the rotating block to rotate the rotating block to drive the threaded rod 45 to move on the connecting plate 43 towards the position of the pool main body 1; facilitating rapid drainage. And when the water outlet 2 is blocked by impurities in the water tank main body 1, the water blocking piece 4 is rotated to enable the water blocking piece 4 to be inserted into the water outlet 2, then the water blocking piece 4 is rotated to enable the water blocking piece 4 to be separated from the water outlet 2, the water outlet 2 is dredged through the mutual matching of the water blocking piece 4 and the water outlet 2, the water outlet 2 is prevented from being blocked, and the rapid water drainage is facilitated.

In order to further prevent the water leakage of the pool body 1, a stop 47 is arranged at one end of the rod body 48 close to the threaded rod 45; under the condition that the rod main body 48 is inserted into the water outlet 2, the stop block 47 abuts against the pool main body 1. In this embodiment, the water blocking member 4 is inserted into the water outlet 2, and by the insertion fit between the water outlet 2 and the rod main body 48 and the power applied by the threaded rod 45, the stopper 47 abuts against the mounting plate 41, and the stopper 47 is used for shielding the insertion hole 44, so that the water blocking member 4 is inserted into the water outlet 2 more tightly, and when the water level in the pool main body 1 is high, water leakage is not easy.

For the convenience of observing and understanding the change of water level in the pond main part 1, the lateral wall of pond main part 1 is provided with scale strip 5, be provided with a plurality of scale marks on the scale strip 5, the first end of scale strip 5 includes the biggest scale mark, the second end of scale strip 5 includes the minimum scale mark, the first end is close to the top of pond main part 1, the second end is close to the bottom of pond main part 1. Through scale bar 5 can conveniently observe the position that the interior water level of pond main part 1 was located, and then conveniently observes the change of water level in the pond main part 1.

The working process of the embodiment of the invention is as follows:

when the water level of the pool main body 1 rises, the floating ball floating on the water level of the pool main body 1 rises, the floating ball jacks up the vertical rod 33 to move towards the top of the pool main body 1, so that the first conductive piece 35 is driven to move towards the top of the pool main body 1, when the water level of the pool main body 1 rises to a preset position, the first conductive piece 35 is in contact with the second conductive piece 36, a loop is formed between the first conductive piece 35 and the second conductive piece 36, and the alarm component 38 works to alarm.

When the water level of the pool body 1 is higher than the preset position, an operator grasps the handheld portion 46 and rotates, the threaded rod 45 and the rod body 48 rotate along with the threaded rod until the stop block 47 is separated from the mounting plate 41, the stop block 47 does not block the jack 44, the rod body 48 is separated from the water outlet 2, and water higher than the preset position in the pool body 1 is discharged from the water outlet 2, so that quick water drainage is realized.

The embodiment of the invention at least achieves the following beneficial effects:

(1) when the water level of the pool body 1 rises, the floating piece 34 floating on the water level moves towards the top of the pool body 1 along with the rising of the water level of the pool body 1, and then the first conductive piece 35 is driven to move towards the top of the pool body 1, so that the first conductive piece 35 is in contact with the second conductive piece 36, and the alarm component 38 is triggered to alarm.

(2) The waterproof piece is arranged, so that the water can be prevented from entering the box body 31, the internal parts of the box body 31 are protected, and the internal parts of the box body 31 are prevented from being damaged;

(3) when the water level of the pool main body 1 is required to be lower than the preset position, the water blocking piece 4 is separated from the matched water outlet 2, and quick water drainage can be realized; when the water level of the pool main body 1 is required to be higher than the preset position, the water blocking piece 4 is inserted into the matched water outlet 2 and abutted against the mounting plate 41 through the stop block 47, the stop block 47 blocks the jack 44, and the double blockage can prevent the pool main body 1 from water leakage when the water level is higher.

Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that various changes, modifications and substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
