In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, there is provided a fishing apparatus 100 comprising: a hose assembly 1; the fish sucking component 2 is connected to the hose component 1; the sorting mechanism is connected to the other end of the hose assembly 1; the buoyancy tank 4 is sleeved on the hose assembly 1.

In this embodiment, the fishing device 100 is provided with a hose assembly 1, a fish sucking assembly 2, a sorting mechanism and a floating box 4, wherein the hose assembly 1 is used for being placed in seawater and used as a transmission channel for fish, one end of the hose assembly 1 is connected to the fish sucking device, the other end of the hose assembly 1 is connected to the sorting mechanism, the fish is caught by the fish sucking assembly 2 in the hose and is conveyed to the sorting mechanism, the caught fish is sorted by the sorting mechanism, the floating box 4 is sleeved on the hose assembly 1, the position of the fishing device 100 in the seawater is changed by adjusting the buoyancy of the floating box 4, so that the fish sucking assembly 2 can reach a position suitable for fishing to suck the fish, the fishing device 100 has strong cooperative operation capability of each part and high integration degree, and the operations of submerging, recovering, catching and sorting can be completed without arranging a complicated mechanism, environmental protection and energy saving, and easy operation has improved the effect of fishing.

It will be appreciated that the maximum buoyancy provided by buoyancy tank 4 is greater than the weight of the fishing apparatus 100 as a whole to ensure that recovery of the fishing apparatus 100 can be achieved by buoyancy tank 4, in the event that there is no water injection inside buoyancy tank 4.

It can be understood that the hose assembly 1 is good in material sealing performance and corrosion-resistant, can be placed in seawater for a long time, and the hose assembly 1 is adopted to convey the caught fishes, so that the hose is convenient to carry, the hose can adapt to the environment in seawater, and the material is softer, so that the damage to the fishes is caused when the fishes are prevented from impacting the inner wall of the hose assembly 1. And the hose assembly 1 has certain rigidity, so that the hose assembly 1 has certain external force impact resistance, and meanwhile, large disturbance can not occur under the action of external force, and the fishing effect can not be greatly influenced.

Illustratively, the optional buoyancy tank 4 has a length of 1.52 meters, a width of 1.52 meters, a height of 2.5 meters, a wall thickness of 0.01 meters in the buoyancy tank 4, a material of Q235A carbon structural steel, and a density of 7.85 grams per cubic centimeter.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the hose includes: the first hose 101 is used for placing seawater, and the buoyancy tank 4 is sleeved on the first hose 101; a corner joint pipe 102, one end of the corner joint pipe 102 being connected to the first hose 101; and a second hose 103, one end of the second hose 103 being connected to the other end of the corner adapter tube 102, and the other end being connected to the sorting mechanism.

In this embodiment, the hose assembly 1 is provided with a first hose 101, a corner adapter tube 102 and a second hose 103, wherein the first hose 101 is connected to one end of the corner adapter tube 102, and the second hose 103 is connected to the other end of the corner adapter tube 102. specifically, in the fishing operation, the first hose 101 is placed in seawater, fish is sucked into the first hose 101 through the fish sucking assembly 2 and conveyed along the first hose 101 to the second hose 103 until the fish is conveyed to the sorting mechanism for sorting, and by providing the corner adapter tube 102, the conveying direction of the hose assembly 1 is changed, so that the position of the fishing device 100 can be adjusted according to the actual use situation.

Exemplarily, first hose 101 and second hose 103 are scalable, conveniently accomodate and adjust length according to the in service behavior, improve application scope, the rational utilization space.

Illustratively, the first hose 101 and the second hose 103 may be rubber tubes having an outer diameter of 0.3 m to 1 m, a wall thickness of 0.01 m to 0.03 m, and a density of 1 g per cubic centimeter to 2 g per cubic centimeter, and the first hose 101 may extend 10 m outside the ship body.

In one embodiment of the invention, the length of the section of the first hose 101 above the buoyancy tank 4 is adjustable.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the buoyancy tank 4 is located on the first hose 101, by adjusting the buoyancy of the buoyancy tank 4, the buoyancy tank 4 floats up or submerges to adjust the position of the first hose 101 in the seawater, one section of the first hose 101 located above the buoyancy tank 4 is set to be adjustable in length, so that when water is added into the buoyancy tank 4 and submerges, one section of the first hose 101 located above the buoyancy tank 4 is elongated, the overall length of the first hose 101 is increased, so as to reach a position deeper in the seawater, when water inside the buoyancy tank 4 is discharged, the buoyancy of the buoyancy tank 4 is increased, the buoyancy is floated, one section of the first hose 101 located above the buoyancy tank 4 is shortened, so that the overall length of the first hose 101 is shortened, the position shallower in the seawater is reached, and the recovery is facilitated. Need not to add other complicated mechanisms and adjust the position of fishing device 100, energy-concerving and environment-protective, and when adjusting first hose 101 length, can not influence the position of other equipment of connecting in first hose 101, improved the stability of fishing operation.

It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 2, the buoyancy tank 4 is sleeved on the first hose 101, specifically, a through hole is provided at a central position of a tank body of the buoyancy tank 4, the through hole penetrates through two ends of the buoyancy tank 4, a diameter of the through hole is slightly larger than a diameter of the first hose 101, and a portion of the tank body of the buoyancy tank 4 except the through hole has sealing performance.

It will be appreciated that the buoyancy tank 4 is provided with inlet and outlet valves for regulating the ingress and egress of seawater into and from the buoyancy tank 4 to regulate the buoyancy of the buoyancy tank 4.

Illustratively, the buoyancy tank 4 may be located at the middle upper portion of the first hose 101, so as to be disposed without affecting the submergence depth of the first hose 101, and to facilitate adjustment of the ascent and submergence of the buoyancy tank 4, thereby improving the working range of the fishing apparatus 100.

For example, the first hose 101 may be provided with a corrugated section, the corrugated section is not unfolded when the first hose 101 is not in use, the corrugated section is unfolded by a downward force when the buoyancy tank 4 is submerged, so as to increase the length of the corrugated portion of the first hose 101, and the corrugated section is changed into the corrugated state again by an upward force when the buoyancy tank 4 is floated, so as to shorten the length of the corrugated portion of the first hose 101.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a fish sucking assembly 2 comprises: a fish suction hood 201, the fish suction hood 201 being connected to the first hose 101; and a vacuum pump 202, wherein the vacuum pump 202 is connected to the second hose 103 and is positioned in front of the sorting mechanism.

In this embodiment, the fish suction hood 201 is connected to the first hose 101 at one end for placement in seawater, and the second hose 103 is provided with a vacuum pump 202 to provide power for sucking fish, so that when fish shoal is located near the fish suction hood 201, the fish shoal is sucked into the first hose 101 and transported along the first hose 101 to the second hose 103 until being transported to a sorting mechanism for sorting. Due to the suction effect provided by the vacuum pump 202, the second hose 103 and the first hose 101 which are positioned in front of the vacuum pump 202 are pumped into a vacuum state, a pressure difference is formed between the second hose and the seawater, the flow rate of the seawater at the joint of the fish sucking cover 201 and the first hose 101 is accelerated, the flow field at the position is changed, the fishes are easily sucked into the first hose 101, and the cover surface of the fish sucking cover 201 prevents the fishes from escaping to the two sides, so that the fish sucking efficiency is further improved.

It can be understood that the fish sucking cover 201 is a conical cover, and the end with the smaller diameter of the conical cover is connected to the first hose 101, so that the arrangement is matched with the suction force of the vacuum pump 202, the flow field of the seawater near the conical cover is changed, more fish can be gathered, and the fish sucking efficiency is improved.

It can be understood that the vacuum pump 202 sucks the fishes and the seawater together and transmits the fishes and the seawater to the sorting mechanism, the vibration of the vacuum pump 202 during operation is small, the culture area in the ship body cannot be affected, and the fish scratching situation of the traditional bucket pump can be avoided.

Illustratively, the maximum diameter of the suction hood 201 is 1.5 times the diameter of the first hose 101.

Illustratively, the fish suction hood 201 and the first hose 101 can be connected by a threaded connection, which facilitates the removal and replacement. Specifically, the end face of the joint of the fish suction cover 201 and the first hose 101 is subjected to toughening treatment, wherein a threaded steel ring is mounted at the connecting end of the fish suction cover 201, a threaded steel ring matched with the connecting end of the first hose 101 is mounted at the connecting end of the first hose 101, and the fish suction cover 201 is connected with the first hose 101 in a threaded connection mode.

Exemplarily, letter sorting mechanism, vacuum pump 202 can be dismantled with second hose 103 and be connected, and when the operation of inhaling the fish was accomplished, when retrieving second hose 103, letter sorting mechanism and vacuum pump 202 and second hose 103 disconnection conveniently accomodate, have saved the space.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the fishing apparatus 100 further includes: and the fish attracting assembly 5 is arranged on one side of the first hose 101 close to the fish sucking cover 201.

In this embodiment, the fishing apparatus 100 is further provided with a fish attracting assembly 5, and in particular, the fish attracting assembly 5 is arranged on the side of the first hose 101 close to the fish sucking cover 201. The fish attracting assembly 5 attracts fish to the fish attracting hood 201 for attracting fish, so that a large amount of fish is attracted to the fishing device 100, and the fishing efficiency is improved.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the fish attracting assembly 5 includes: the fish attracting lamp 501, the fish attracting lamp 501 is hung outside the first hose 101; the transparent cover 502 is covered outside the fish luring lamp 501.

The fish attracting lamp 501 and the circuit thereof are protected by the transparent cover 502 covering the fish attracting lamp 501, and are not damaged by fish and are not eroded by seawater.

It can be understood that the transparent cover 502 has good light transmittance, so that the light emitted from the fish luring lamp 501 can be well irradiated into the sea.

Exemplarily, the fish luring lamp 501 can be an LED (light-emitting diode) fish luring lamp 501, which has a long service life and low power consumption, and the color and brightness of light emitted by the fish luring lamp 501 can be adjusted according to the environment of use and the object to be trapped, so that different fishes can be caught according to the requirement while the application range is improved.

Illustratively, the LED fish luring lamps 501 may be arranged outside one end of the first hose 101 for extending into the sea, specifically, the interval between the LED fish luring lamps 501 along the length direction of the first hose 101 is 1 meter, four LED fish luring lamps 501 are uniformly arranged around the first hose 101, the total number of the LED fish luring lamps 501 is 40, and the weight of each LED fish luring lamp 501 is 3 kg.

Exemplarily, the translucent cover 502 can be detachably connected to the first hose 101, and the two ends and the middle of the translucent cover 502 are provided with internal annular reinforcing ribs and reinforcing rib loose screws, so that the strength of the translucent cover 502 is improved, and the separation and fastening degree of the translucent cover 502 and the outer wall of the first hose 101 can be realized by adjusting the reinforcing rib loose screws.

In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the fishing apparatus 100 further includes: a fixture at the junction of buoyancy tank 4 and first hose 101.

Avoid a large amount of sea water to be detained on letter sorting mechanism, the condition that increases letter sorting mechanism's bearing burden takes place to the guardrail can prevent that fish from jumping out on the grid conveyer belt.

It will be appreciated that the distance between the grids may be adjusted according to the size of the actual captured fish, preventing the fish from sliding out of the sorting mechanism between the grids.

In another embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 3, there is provided a culture vessel 200 comprising a fishing apparatus 100 as described in any of the above.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of cultivation tanks are provided on the cultivation ship 200, and the above-mentioned fishing device 100 is provided between the cultivation tanks, wherein the vacuum pump 202 and the sorting device are both provided on the deck.
