and a texture layer (25) formed in a smaller or larger image shape having a color as a whole than the auxiliary lens (20), a magnetic transparent film (27) is formed on the whole of the side surface , and the magnetic transparent film (11) or the magnetic transparent film (23) can be selectively attached/detached.

2. The selectively attachable/detachable textured layer eyewear according to claim 1,

Technical Field

The present invention relates to glasses to which a texture layer can be selectively attached/detached, and more particularly, to kinds of glasses in which or more texture layers of various image shapes are attached to the surface of a main lens or an auxiliary lens to satisfy the necessity and convenience of a wearer, and in which unique individuality and expression of themselves and the like can be highlighted to induce curiosity and interest of others, and a support frame is formed to prevent friction between the main lens, the auxiliary lens, and the texture layers.

Background

, people often wear eyeglasses for various purposes for vision correction such as refractive error, eye position error, accommodation function, and presbyopia correction, and sometimes wear eyeglasses for protecting eyes from harmful light rays, for visual function training of the weak, and for beauty, trendy, shooting, mountain climbing, and sports.

As described above, glasses worn for various purposes are gradually lightened and personalized along with the appearance of the tip material, and also have increased decorative beauty, and if a user wearing the glasses for correcting eyesight develops presbyopia, it is necessary to prepare several auxiliary glasses suitable for the purpose according to the current situation or the visual object, and wear or attach the glasses according to the situation. Further, since the user wearing the visual correction glasses needs to wear the visual correction glasses and the visual protection glasses in order to protect the vision when driving a vehicle or the like, there is a problem that the glasses which should be reduced in weight are heavy due to the additional weight of the glasses.

First, as a prior art, there is disclosed 10-2004-0073509 (special) glasses composed of general auxiliary glasses and main glasses, which relates to kinds of glasses having auxiliary glasses with excellent bondability, wherein a rear portion of the auxiliary glasses bonded to the main glasses is bonded by means of a magnetic substance, and an auxiliary mounting frame is formed on a lens frame of the auxiliary glasses.

As disclosed in accession No. 10-2344689 (special) auxiliary lens detachable glasses, auxiliary lens detachable glasses are provided, in which a magnetic transparent film is coated on the front surface of a main lens of a main body glasses, a magnetic transparent film is coated on the back surface of an auxiliary lens detachable from the main lens, the magnetic transparent films of the main lens and the auxiliary lens are titanium dioxide films added with cobalt, and are formed at positions corresponding to each other around the outer peripheral portions of the respective lenses, and alignment marks having a translucent shape are formed at the positions of the magnetic transparent films of the main lens and the auxiliary lens so as to facilitate alignment when the auxiliary lens is attached.

Japanese laid-open publication No. 2006-267162 (Tet) comprises a base lens attached to a spectacle frame and an auxiliary lens combined with the base lens, the 1 st self-adhesive part is embedded in at least two positions of the refracting surface of the basic lens, which is jointed with the auxiliary lens, 2 nd self-adhesive parts are buried at each position corresponding to the 1 st self-adhesive part of the zigzag surface of the auxiliary lens, which is jointed with the basic lens, whereby said auxiliary lens and said basic lens can be mounted in a combined (combination) spectacle lens of release material by means of magnetic force between said 1 st and 2 nd self-adhesive portions, and, a fitting recess portion is provided in the 1 st self-adhesive portion, a fitting projection portion is provided in the fitting recess portion of the 2 nd self-adhesive portion, and, the combination (combination) spectacle lens in which the fitting recessed portion is recessed in a direction of a normal to a refractive surface of the base lens on the object side.

The above-described conventional techniques mainly describe a technique in which an eyeglass frame including lenses as a whole and an auxiliary eyeglass frame including auxiliary lenses are provided, or a lens and an auxiliary lens formed on the eyeglass frame are mutually magnetic and can be attached to and detached from each other.

However, the above-described technology is used for the purpose of vision correction and sunglasses by simply attaching/detaching the auxiliary eyeglass frame or auxiliary lens, and it is difficult to provide diversity.

In addition, the above-mentioned technique causes damage to the lens or the auxiliary lens due to friction between the lens and the auxiliary lens when they are attached to each other.

Disclosure of Invention

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide kinds of glasses in which additional auxiliary lenses can be attached/detached to/from a main lens formed in a glasses frame, and a magnetic transparent film and a buried magnet are formed on the whole or portion of the outer side surface of the main lens or the auxiliary lens, and a texture layer can be selectively attached/detached to/from magnetic transparent films among the magnetic transparent films so as to satisfy the needs and convenience of a wearing user and express the personality, and the shape of the texture layer is composed of or more images combined with each other so as to highlight the personality and convenience of the wearing user, and simultaneously can induce curiosity and interest of people and express the same instantly differently according to the situation of the wearing user, and power (flower lens) is selectively formed on the auxiliary lens or the texture layer so as to be smaller or larger than the size of the main lens, thereby enabling the glasses in which the texture layer can be selectively attached/detached to be used according to needs.

Means for solving the problems

In order to achieve the above objects, glasses capable of selectively attaching/detaching a texture layer according to the present invention include a main lens 10 of a spectacle frame 1 and an auxiliary lens 20 attached to the main lens 10, wherein the main lens 10 and the auxiliary lens 20 are formed with magnetic transparent films 11 and 21 or embedded magnets on their respective surfaces so that the auxiliary lens 20 can be attached/detached to/from the main lens 10, the magnetic transparent film 11 or embedded magnet of the main lens 10 is formed in a whole or in part , the magnetic transparent film 11 is formed at two or more spaced apart front edges when formed in part , the magnetic transparent film 21 or embedded magnet of the auxiliary lens 20 is formed in correspondence with the magnetic transparent film 11, the magnetic transparent film 23 is formed in a whole or in part of the other side surface of the auxiliary lens 20 coated with the magnetic transparent film 21, and a texture layer 25 formed in a shape having a color as a whole so that it is smaller or larger than the auxiliary lens 20, the magnetic transparent film 27 is formed in a whole on the side surface of so that the magnetic transparent film 23 can be selectively attached/detached.

ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION

The glasses capable of selectively mounting/dismounting the texture layer according to the invention has the following effects: the wearing user can selectively attach/detach the various shapes of the texture layer to/from the outer side surface of the main lens or the auxiliary lens, thereby, texture layers of respectively different images corresponding to the current situation can be selectively and alternately used on the main lens or the auxiliary lens, and express the personality and correspond to the situation rapidly, therefore, has convenience and diversity of use, in addition, the utility model can arouse the curiosity and interest of people, and a texture layer with power or an auxiliary lens is attached on the main lens for use, and the auxiliary lens or the texture layer can be detached under the condition that the focal point of the eyes of the user is downward (the case of descending stairs and the like) to prevent the shaking of the visual field and the like so as to ensure the safety, in addition, the main lens, the auxiliary lens and the texture layer are prevented from contacting with each other when they are attached, so that the main lens or the auxiliary lens can be prevented from being damaged.

, the technique of magnetically attaching/detaching a main lens and an auxiliary lens is, as shown in fig. 1, formed by a general eyeglass frame 1 and temples 5, a main lens 10 is inserted into the eyeglass frame 1, an auxiliary lens 20 selectively attached/detached to/from the front surface of the main lens 10 is formed, and the main lens 10 and the auxiliary lens 20 are attached to each other by coating magnetic transparent films 11, 21 or embedding magnets on the corresponding edge portions of the main lens 10 and the auxiliary lens 20.

Accordingly, the present invention provides techniques for attaching or more texture layers of various image shapes to the surface of a main lens or an auxiliary lens, thereby making the wearer stand out his or her own unique personality and appearance, and arousing other curiosity and interest, and preventing friction between the main lens and the auxiliary lens and the texture layers.

Hereinafter, a preferred configuration and operation of the present invention for achieving the above object will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 14.

First, before describing the present invention, a configuration of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 2 to 4, which is a pair of glasses having auxiliary lenses formed thereon, and which is composed of a main lens 10 of a glasses frame 1 and an auxiliary lens 20 attached to the main lens 10, and magnetic transparent films 11 and 21 are formed on corresponding surfaces of the main lens 10 and the auxiliary lens 20 so that the auxiliary lens 20 can be attached to/detached from the main lens 10, wherein the magnetic transparent film 11 of the main lens 10 is formed on the whole or portion, and two or more magnetic transparent films 23 are formed at a front edge thereof in a partitioned manner when the magnetic transparent film 11 is formed on a portion, the magnetic transparent film 21 of the auxiliary lens 20 is formed corresponding to the magnetic transparent film 11, the magnetic transparent film 23 is formed on the whole or a portion of the other side surface of the auxiliary lens 20 to which is coated with the magnetic transparent film 21, and a texture layer 25 is formed thereon, and the image shape is formed in a smaller or larger size than that of the main lens 10 or the auxiliary lens 20, and the magnetic transparent film 23 is formed on the whole of an side surface, and the magnetic transparent film or the magnetic transparent film 23 is selectively attached to/or the magnetic transparent film 11.

First, as shown in fig. 2, the eyeglass frame comprises a general eyeglass frame 1, a temple 5, a main lens 10 inserted into the eyeglass frame 1, and an auxiliary lens 20 selectively attached/detached to/from a front surface of the main lens 10, wherein magnetic transparent films 11 and 21 are formed on an entire edge or portion of a portion where the main lens 10 and the auxiliary lens 20 correspond to each other, so that the auxiliary lens 20 can be selectively attached/detached.

As shown in fig. 4, additional magnetic transparent films 23 are formed on the other side surface of the auxiliary lens 20 to which the main lens 10 is attached, that is, on the entire front surface or portion of the auxiliary lens 20, and a texture layer 25 having a magnetic transparent film 27 formed on the entire side surface or portion is attached to the magnetic transparent film 23.

The texture layer 25 is a core component of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3 to 5, images of various colors and shapes can be attached/detached to/from the whole or portion of the magnetic transparent films 11 and 23 formed on the front surfaces of the main lens 10 or the auxiliary lens 20.

The texture layer 25 may be formed by various methods, , in which the front is visually apparent from a wearing user, if the texture layer 25 is formed to be transparent or various colors, the colors viewed from the wearing user and from the outside may be formed to be the same or different, and the difference may not be perceived by the wearing user when the left and right are formed of textures or colors different from each other, but the left and right difference may be perceived from the outside.

As shown in fig. 5, colors of the main lens 10 or the auxiliary lens 20 are selected according to the texture layer 25 to be expressed by the wearing user, and images are expressed by attaching the texture layer 25.

First, to exemplify the vietnam and the japanese flag, the japanese flag is white in the background, red in the core circle, red in the background, and yellow in the star shape, so that the main lens 10 or the auxiliary lens 20 of the present invention is formed in white or red, and the texture layer 25 is formed in red or yellow.

As shown in fig. 9, a separate support 30 attached with a magnetic material or having magnetism is formed between the main lens 10 and the auxiliary lens 20 at the portions corresponding to the magnetic transparent films 11 and 21 so that the corresponding surfaces of the auxiliary lens 20 and the lens 10 are not in contact with each other, and the support 30 has magnetism at both sides and elasticity such as sponge at the center, but the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.

Further, although not shown, the magnetic transparent films 11 and 21 may be embedded and formed inside the main lens 10 and the auxiliary lens 20 without being coated on the surfaces of the main lens 10 and the auxiliary lens 20.

In the above case, since the holding frame 30 is formed in a fixed shape, the main lens 10 and the auxiliary lens 20 can be prevented from being separated from each other, and safety can be ensured by preventing impact or the like with a strong fixing force.

As shown in fig. 14, the concave grooves 16 and 26 are formed in a concave groove shape as a whole in the present invention, but may be formed in a concave groove shape continuously connecting corresponding portions of the main lens 10 and the auxiliary lens 20, and the supporting frame 30 may be formed corresponding to the concave groove shape, and is not limited to the embodiment of the present invention.
