And a clutch control handle is arranged at a position, close to the handle, on one side of the handrail and is connected with a hinge pin shaft of the clutch shifting fork through a pull wire. The clutch control handle is provided with a handle box fixed with the handrail and a handle rotationally hinged with the handle box, and a spring is arranged at the hinged position of the handle; the top of the handle box is provided with a sliding chute, the sliding chute is provided with at least two positioning grooves, the top end of the handle penetrates through the sliding chute, and a pull wire is arranged in the handle box through a bolt; the front side surface of the handle box is provided with a vertical wire outlet groove, and the stay wire penetrates out of the wire outlet groove to be connected with the pin hole of the clutch shifting fork.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. a double-limiting wheel structure is adopted, so that proper digging depth of the digging cutter is ensured during working; 2. the aligning and seedling cutting integrated device is adopted, so that the structure is simple and compact, and the seedling cutting consistency is ensured; 3. using a serial cross hollow reversing device; 4. the working part and the advancing direction form a certain included angle, so that the sight of an operator is not influenced when the operator advances during working; the garlic planter has the advantages of compact structure, light weight and low cost, and is suitable for small-scale garlic growers to purchase and use, so the garlic planter has great social and economic values.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, a mini chain clamping single row garlic combine harvester comprises a main frame 17, wherein the front part of the main frame 17 is rotatably connected with a clamping arm 57, and the clamping arm 57 is connected with the main frame 17 through a positive and negative buckle assembly 56 and can adjust the vertical rotation angle of the clamping arm; the main frame 17 is provided with a handrail 45, a travelling mechanism and a power system; the clamping support arm 57 is provided with a limiting wheel mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a digging and taking cutter mechanism; the limiting wheel mechanism is positioned at the foremost end of the harvester, the front part of the limiting wheel mechanism is provided with the seedling divider 15, one side of the rear part of the limiting wheel mechanism is provided with a digging and taking cutter mechanism, a clamping mechanism is arranged above the digging and taking cutter mechanism, the front end of the clamping mechanism is provided with the seedling lifter 18, and the rear end of the clamping mechanism is provided with the seedling cutting mechanism; the clamping mechanism is arranged in an upward inclined mode along the transmission direction of the clamping mechanism, the front end of the clamping mechanism is located on the rear side of the limiting wheel mechanism, and a certain included angle is formed between the clamping mechanism and the transverse center line of the harvester in the horizontal direction; the power system provides power for the digging cutter mechanism, the clamping mechanism, the seedling cutting mechanism and the walking mechanism; the digging and taking cutter mechanism, the clamping mechanism and the seedling cutting mechanism are positioned on one side of the limiting wheel mechanism and can be integrally and vertically adjusted in a rotating manner on the main frame 17.

The limiting wheel mechanism comprises a limiting wheel control handle 1, a limiting wheel adjusting screw 2, a limiting wheel large sleeve 3, a limiting wheel support arm 4, a limiting wheel locking bolt 9, a limiting wheel small sleeve 11, a limiting wheel frame 12 and a limiting wheel 14; the limiting wheel big sleeve 3 is of a square tube structure, the top end of the limiting wheel big sleeve is rotatably connected with a limiting wheel adjusting rod 2 through a bearing, the bottom end of the limiting wheel big sleeve is sleeved with a square tube-shaped limiting wheel small sleeve 11, and the limiting wheel adjusting rod 2 is in threaded connection with a tube cavity of the limiting wheel small sleeve 11; a limiting wheel control handle 1 is mounted at the top end of the limiting wheel adjusting rod 2, a locking screw hole is formed in a side arm of the limiting wheel large sleeve 3, and a limiting wheel small sleeve 11 is fixed through a limiting wheel locking bolt 9; the bottom end of the small sleeve 11 of the limiting wheel is welded with a limiting wheel frame 12, the limiting wheel frame 12 is provided with a wheel shaft, and the limiting wheel 14 is rotatably connected with the wheel shaft through a bearing; the middle part of the limiting wheel large sleeve 3 is fixedly connected with the clamping support arm through a support arm 5; the front end of the limiting wheel mechanism is provided with a nearside divider 15.

The divider 15 is an umbrella-shaped structure and comprises three rod pieces, wherein one end of each rod piece is welded and fixed, and the other end of each rod piece is fixedly connected with the two ends of the wheel shaft and the small limiting wheel sleeve 11 respectively.

The clamping mechanism comprises a commutator 7, a clamping gear box 13, a clamping frame 30, seedling discharging and poking teeth 41, a clamping frame connecting plate 33 and a clamping conveying mechanism; the clamping gear box 13 is provided with a commutator 7, the commutator 7 is in speed reduction transmission connection with the power system, and transmits power to the clamping gear box 13; the clamping gear box 13 is fixedly connected to the front end of the clamping support arm 57; the clamping and conveying mechanism is provided with a clamping frame 30, and the clamping frame 30 is welded and fixed with the clamping support arm 57 and the clamping gear box 13 through a clamping frame connecting plate 33; the front end of the clamping and conveying mechanism is driven by a clamping gear box 13, and the tail end is provided with a seedling discharging and poking tooth 41 and a seedling cutting knife 40.

And the horizontal direction of the clamping mechanism and the transverse central line of the harvester form a certain included angle of 15-30 degrees.

The commutator 7 is a cross commutator, two ends of a power input shaft of the commutator are respectively arranged at the top of the bearing mounting bracket 10 through bearing seats, one end of the power input shaft is also provided with a clamping working chain wheel 5, and the clamping working chain wheel 5 is connected with an output wheel of a power system through a chain 58; two gears with the same diameter are arranged in the clamping gear box 13 through a bearing seat, and the two gears are meshed; the power take-off shaft of the commutator 7 is keyed to one of the gears in the clamping gearbox 13.

As shown in fig. 3, the clamping and conveying mechanism is composed of two clamping chain assemblies rotating in opposite directions, the two clamping chain assemblies are horizontally arranged in parallel, and a clamping state is formed between the two clamping chain assemblies; the clamping chain assemblies respectively comprise a clamping cover plate 20, a clamping chain 22, a clamping base plate, a clamping driving chain wheel 68, a clamping driven chain wheel 73 and a clamping tensioning device; the clamping driving chain wheel 68 and the clamping driven chain wheel 73 are driven by the clamping chain 22; the working side of the clamping chain 22 is tensioned by a tensioning wheel mechanism 69, and the other side of the clamping chain is tensioned and limited by a tensioning long limiting plate 70; the clamping cover plate 20 is buckled on the upper side and the lower side of the clamping chain 22 and the clamping chain wheel and is connected through a clamping base plate fixing bolt 71; the shaft of the clamping driving chain wheel 68 and the clamping driven shaft 74 are rotationally connected with the clamping cover plate 20 through a bearing seat; the tension wheel mechanism 69 and the tension strip limiting plate 70 are installed in the clamping cover plate 20.

A plurality of tensioning wheel mechanisms 69 are arranged along the length of the clamping chain 22 and respectively comprise a tensioning gear 69-1 and a tensioning wheel frame 69-2, one end of the tensioning wheel frame 69-2 is provided with the tensioning gear 69-1 through a bearing, the other end of the tensioning wheel frame 69-2 is provided with a tensioning spring 76, a bolt penetrates through the tensioning spring 76 to fixedly connect the tensioning wheel frame 69-2 with the clamping cover plate 20, and the tensioning gear 69-1 is meshed with the clamping chain 22; the rectangular limiting plate 70 of tensioning be rectangular shape plate body, its both ends are equipped with the bolt hole, one side equipartition has a plurality of semi-circular spacing grooves, the bolt hole passes through bolt and nut and centre gripping apron 20 is fixed, semi-circular spacing groove department clamps has limiting plate adjusting collar 72, penetrates in the limiting plate adjusting collar 72 and is connected with the bolt, the bolt passes centre gripping apron 20, it is fixed through the nut. An arc limiting plate 67 is arranged on the working side, close to the clamping driving chain wheel 68, of the at least one clamping chain assembly, and the arc limiting plate 67 is fixedly connected with the clamping cover plate 20 through bolts.

The clamping driving chain wheels 68 are respectively in key connection with wheel shafts, the other ends of the two wheel shafts are in key connection with gear wheels in the clamping gear box 13, and clamping sleeves 16 are arranged outside the wheel shafts; the clamping driven chain wheels 73 are rotatably connected with the clamping cover plate 20 through sliding bearing boxes 27, seedling cutting knives 40 are respectively and coaxially arranged on the two clamping driven chain wheels 73, one clamping driven chain wheel 73 is also coaxially provided with seedling discharging shifting teeth 41, the seedling discharging shifting teeth 41 and the seedling cutting knives 75 are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the clamping driven chain wheel 73, the seedling cutting knives 40 are fixedly connected on seedling cutting knife fixing base plates 75 through bolts, and the top of a wheel shaft is provided with an anti-winding cover plate 42.

A clamping chain tensioning baffle plate 36, a clamping chain tensioning screw 37, a clamping chain tensioning spring 38 and a clamping chain tensioning pull plate 39 are arranged on the clamping cover plate 20 at the tail end of the clamping arm; the clamping chain tensioning baffle plate 36 is fixedly connected with the clamping cover plate 20 through a bolt, a clamping chain tensioning screw 37 is in threaded connection with the clamping chain tensioning baffle plate 36, the other end of the clamping chain tensioning screw 37 is connected with a clamping chain tensioning pull plate 39, a clamping chain tensioning spring 38 is sleeved outside the clamping chain tensioning screw 37, and two ends of the clamping chain tensioning spring 38 are in elastic compression between the clamping chain tensioning baffle plate 36 and the clamping chain tensioning pull plate 39; the end surface of the clamping chain tensioning pulling plate 39 is arc-shaped and is matched and propped against the side wall of the sliding bearing box 27; the clamping chain tensioning plate 39 is always pressed against the sliding bearing box 27 by the clamping chain tensioning spring 38, ensuring that the chain wheel of the clamping arm is in a tensioned state.

The grain lifter 18 is arranged outside the front end of the clamping conveying arm and is parallel to the grain divider 15.

As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the power system comprises an engine 43 and a traveling gearbox 31, wherein a power output wheel of the engine 43 drives a gearbox input belt pulley 51 of a main gearbox 28 through a belt, the main gearbox 28 is provided with two power output gears, one of the power output gears drives the traveling gearbox 31 through a chain, and the other power output gear is a gearbox output wheel 46 and drives a clutch shaft input chain wheel through a chain 58; the other end of the clutch shaft 49 is keyed with a clutch shaft output chain wheel 65, and the clutch output chain wheel 65 drives the digging cutter working chain wheel 61 through a chain; the digging cutter working sprocket 61 is coaxially provided with a clamping driving sprocket 59, and the clamping driving sprocket 59 drives the clamping working sprocket 5 through a chain 58.

The clutch shaft 52 is provided with a clutch, an input chain wheel of the clutch shaft is fixedly connected with a clutch female part 54, the clutch female part 54 is connected with the off-shaft 52 through a bearing, the clutch shaft 52 is also provided with a clutch shifting fork 49 and a clutch sub-part 50, and the clutch sub-part 50 is in key sliding connection with the clutch shaft 49.

An engine chassis 34 for fixedly mounting an engine 43 is arranged at the rear part of the main frame 17; two vertical base plates 66 arranged in parallel are also arranged on the main frame 17, and the base plates 66 are provided with the clutch shaft 52 through the small flange seat 62; a large flange seat 63 is arranged below the base plate 66, the digging cutter driving shaft 60 is connected with the large flange seat 63 through a bearing, and the clamping driving chain wheel 59 and the digging cutter working chain wheel 61 are connected with the digging cutter driving shaft 60 in a key mode.

The top of the base plate 66 is provided with a shaft hole, a hinge pin shaft is installed on the shaft hole, one end of the hinge pin shaft is provided with a pin hole, and the other end of the hinge pin shaft is provided with a clutch spring 53 and is hinged with the clutch shifting fork 49.

The walking wheels 32 of the walking mechanism are connected through wheel shafts, and the wheel shafts are provided with walking gear boxes 31.

One of the positive and negative buckle mounting seats 59 of the positive and negative buckle mechanism is arranged at the side of the base body 66, and the other one is arranged at the front part of the clamping support arm 57; one end of the gripping arm 57 is connected to the digging cutter drive shaft 60 by a bushing.

The digging and taking cutter mechanism comprises a digging and taking blade 19, a cutter pipe 21, a cutter rest 25, wherein the digging and taking blade 19 is installed at the front end of the cutter pipe 21, the cutter rest 25 is installed at the rear end of the cutter pipe, the cutter rest 25 is a rectangular frame, the front part and the rear part of the frame are respectively and rotatably connected with a digging and taking cutter fixing support arm 24 through a two-end bearing type power arm 23 and a three-end bearing type power arm 26, a third bearing of the three-end bearing type power arm 26 is rotatably connected with a cross shaft fixedly installed between clamping support arms 57, an eccentric connecting rod mechanism 64 is further arranged in the middle of the cross shaft, two ends of the eccentric connecting rod mechanism 64 are connected with the three-end bearing type power arm 26 into a whole, an eccentric wheel is fixedly connected to the middle of a digging and taking cutter driving shaft 60, and the eccentric wheel.

The top surface of the main gearbox 28 is fixedly connected with a handrail fixing element 47, two ends of the handrail fixing element 47 and two ends of the handrail 45 are symmetrically provided with handrail adjusting flanges 48, the edges of the handrail adjusting flanges 48 are provided with limiting teeth, the center of each handrail adjusting flange is provided with a mounting hole, the handrail 45 and the handrail fixing element 47 can be fixedly mounted through bolts, and the angle of the handrail 45 can be conveniently adjusted.

A clutch control handle 44 is arranged at a position, close to the handle, on one side of the handrail 45, and the clutch control handle 44 is connected with a hinge pin shaft of a clutch shifting fork 49 through a pull wire. The clutch control handle 44 is provided with a handle box fixed with the handrail 45 and a handle rotationally hinged with the handle box, and a spring is arranged at the hinged position of the handle; the top of the handle box is provided with a sliding chute, the sliding chute is provided with at least two positioning grooves, the top end of the handle penetrates through the sliding chute, and a pull wire 35 is arranged in the handle box through a bolt; the front side surface of the handle box is provided with a vertical wire outlet groove, and the stay wire 35 penetrates out of the wire outlet groove to be connected with a pin hole of the clutch shifting fork.
