Technical Field

The invention relates to an umbrella provided with a portable rainwater container.

Background

After the existing umbrella is used for shielding rain, once the umbrella is placed, rainwater on an umbrella cover of the existing umbrella can slowly slide downwards to drip, and if a special rainwater container or a local position for collecting the rainwater which drips downwards is not provided, how to treat the rainwater which drips downwards is very annoying.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned "annoying" matters.

The key of the invention is that: the aim is to solve the problem of 'annoyance' by adding an additional rainwater collecting device which is simple and does not influence the using function of the umbrella at all and the using method thereof on the top of the umbrella.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the characteristics that:

because the umbrella can be provided with a special device for collecting rainwater sliding downwards on the umbrella cover, conditions are created for solving the 'annoying' problem. The premise is that:

when the umbrella rod is pinched by hands to walk and shade rain for use, the additional rainwater collecting device additionally arranged can cause the feeling of shaking (which is the point to be avoided most) at the top of the umbrella with uncomfortable hand feeling, and secondly, the service life of the additional rainwater collecting device can be damaged due to the shaking.

Drawings

Figure 1 illustrates the invention in a compact collapsed upright position when not in use.

Fig. 2 illustrates the use state of the invention when the rain-proof umbrella is used for keeping the rain out, the rain-proof umbrella is loosely folded and is placed vertically (a common product is supported by a nearby vertical wall surface), and the lower rainwater container opening is upwards used for collecting rainwater which falls from the umbrella.

FIG. 3 shows the present invention in an open state, i.e. in a state where the umbrella cover constituting the umbrella is open to shield rain, i.e. in a state where the rainwater container is in the position of the present invention and the umbrella cover is elastically spread from top to bottom.

Fig. 4 is a detail K of fig. 3, which illustrates the mutual engagement between the rainwater container and the umbrella of the main body of the present invention, i.e., the fixing manner by bonding with an adhesive.

Detailed Description

In order to achieve the above object of the present invention, the following techniques are adopted:

the invention structurally comprises: an umbrella composed of an umbrella surface 3 and an umbrella rod 4 supporting the umbrella surface 3;

the method is characterized in that:

the rain water container 1 is reversely buckled at the center of the top of the umbrella cover 3, and: the rainwater container 1 is provided with a top surface 5 which is vertically jointed with the cylindrical wall outwards and a peripheral surface which is surrounded by the top surface 5 and is formed by at least one horizontal fold 2, an elastic structure state which can stretch up and down is formed, and an umbrella rod 4 which forms an umbrella passes through the position of the vertically jointed cylindrical wall outwards of the top surface 5 and is firmly positioned with the cylindrical wall through viscose glue;

the total height of the rainwater containing container 1 after deducting the thickness of the top surface 5 is larger than the height of the umbrella rod 4 exposed out of the top of the umbrella cover 3, so that when the umbrella cover 3 is opened, the rainwater containing container 1 can elastically press the unfolded umbrella cover 3.

When the rainwater container 1 is grounded and positioned below to collect rainwater for use, a circle of horizontal upward looking line formed by the horizontal folds 2 close to the upward opening and a circle of contour positions with equal height formed by all vertical outer fold parts of the umbrella cover 3 after the umbrella cover 3 is loosely folded are in mutual contact state, so that the rainwater container is ensured to be in a state that:

the rainwater dropped from umbrella cover 3 can be collected from the lower flared upward opening and temporarily stored in rainwater container 1.

The elastic force of the rainwater containing container 1 which can stretch up and down is smaller than the hand force required by a hand when the umbrella cover 3 is unfolded on the umbrella rod 3.

The adhesive is preferably epoxy adhesive which is suitable for firmly positioning wood, plastics and metal.

The rainwater container 1 is preferably made by a plastic one-step molding process.

The peripheral surface of the horizontal folds 2 is favorable for the rainwater containing container 1 to have vertical elasticity, so that the opened umbrella cover can be elastically pressed from top to bottom after the umbrella is opened, and the shaking of the rainwater containing container 1 when the umbrella is opened to walk is prevented, thereby causing uncomfortable hand feeling of people.

The umbrella cover 3 of the common and most practical conventional umbrella is large, the single umbrella rod 4 is long, the exposed part of the umbrella cover 3 exposed from the top of the umbrella is also long (the umbrella can be used as a crutch generally), and the single umbrella rod 4 is mostly made of all wood, which is beneficial to being fixed with the viscose of the invention.

The use method of the invention comprises the following steps:

firstly, the umbrella cover 3 is folded, and the umbrella cover 3 of the umbrella is bundled in a loose form (performed by adopting loosely bundled large-interval buttons-rainwater is dripped downwards on the umbrella cover 3 which is beneficial to wet percolation) through an umbrella cover bundling belt D with double buttons for adjusting the interval.

Then, the rainwater container 1 is placed on the ground, that is, rainwater in the umbrella cover 3 of the inverted umbrella slowly drips downwards along the loosely folded umbrella cover 3, and all the rainwater drips enter the flared opening of the rainwater container 1 on the ground and are led into the rainwater container 1 for temporary storage, and the stored rainwater is poured out from the rainwater container after waiting.

Incidentally, here, a point:

the dry umbrella cover 3 is to tie up the unused umbrella cover 3 in a tight state by using a short-interval compact-tightening manner (performed by using a tightly-tightened small-interval buckle) in a cover tying band D with a double-buckle adjusting interval. The tightening state at this time is the same as the tightening state of the conventional ordinary umbrella when not in use.

Therefore, the umbrella cover strapping D with double-button spacing adjustment can also become one of the essential characteristics specific to the invention.
