As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, the present embodiment provides a book management device with a leveling mechanism for a library, which includes a frame body 1, a slot is formed in one side of the frame body 1, one side of the slot is externally connected, a plurality of partition boards 2 are equidistantly fixed in the slot from top to bottom, the slot is equally divided into a plurality of sections by the partition boards 2, a supporting part 3 for accommodating books is arranged in each section, connecting posts 4 are arranged on the plurality of supporting parts 3 at the top, a rectangular slot is formed in the middle of each connecting post 4, a locking mechanism 5 for fixing the connecting posts 4 is arranged on the frame body 1, a limiting plate 6 and a transmission case 7 are respectively fixed on the top end and the bottom end of one side of the frame body 1, a shifting mechanism 8 for moving the locking mechanism 5 up and down is arranged between the limiting plate 6 and the transmission case 7, be provided with leveling mechanism 9 that is used for flattening books on the shift mechanism 8, the bottom of 1 opposite side of support body and the bottom of transmission case 7 one side all are provided with moving mechanism 10, be provided with the actuating mechanism 11 of the moving mechanism 10 function of being convenient for between transmission case 7 and support body 1 and the leveling mechanism 9, support body 1, the opposite side in the support body 1 has been seted up and has been accomodate the groove, it is provided with collection dirt mechanism 12 to accomodate the inslot, be provided with the drive mechanism 13 that is used for driving collection dirt mechanism 12 work between support body 1 and the limiting plate 6, the middle part of transmission case 7 one side is inlayed and is equipped with PLC control box 14.

As a preferred embodiment, on the basis of the above manner, further, the carrying part 3 is a supporting plate located in the interval, the middle part of the top end of the supporting plate is arranged in a concave manner, one side of the top end of the supporting plate is arranged in a convex manner, one end of the connecting column 4 is fixedly connected with the middle part of one side of the supporting plate, books can be placed in the groove of the supporting plate, and the convex portion can limit the books to prevent the books from falling off from the supporting plate.

As a preferred embodiment, on the basis of the above manner, further, the shifting mechanism 8 includes a first threaded rod 801 and a first limiting rod 802, the first threaded rod 801 and the first limiting rod 802 are located at two sides between the limiting plate 6 and the transmission case 7, the top end and the bottom end of the first threaded rod 801 are respectively rotatably connected with the limiting plate 6 and the transmission case 7, the first limiting rod 802 is fixedly installed between the limiting plate 6 and the transmission case 7, the transmission case 7 is internally and fixedly provided with a stepping motor 803 through an installation seat, an output shaft of the stepping motor 803 is fixedly provided with a first gear 804, an output shaft of the stepping motor 803 can drive the first gear 804 to rotate, the first gear 804 is engaged with a second gear 805, and the bottom end of the first threaded rod 801 penetrates through the transmission case 7 and is fixedly inserted into the second gear 805, the first gear 804 can drive the second gear 805 to rotate, the second gear 805 can drive the first threaded rod 801 to rotate, be provided with T piece 806 between first threaded rod 801 and first gag lever post 802, one side and first threaded rod 801 threaded connection of T piece 806, and the opposite side and the first gag lever post 802 of T piece 806 alternate and be connected, under the limiting displacement of first gag lever post 802, along with first threaded rod 801's rotation, can make T piece 806 reciprocate, the one end and the electric telescopic handle 511 fixed connection of T piece 806, T piece 806 can drive electric telescopic handle 511 and remove, the bottom of first threaded rod 801 and first gag lever post 802 all is provided with locating piece 807, one of them locating piece 807 and first threaded rod 801 threaded connection, and another locating piece 807 and first gag lever post 802 alternate and be connected, two locating pieces 807 are used for being connected with leveling mechanism 9.

As a preferred embodiment, on the basis of the above manner, further, the leveling mechanism 9 includes a second limiting rod 901, the second limiting rod 901 is located between two positioning blocks 807, positioning grooves are formed in both sides of the top end of the second limiting rod 901, a first spring pin 902 is fixedly arranged on one side of each positioning groove, a pin shaft of the first spring pin 902 penetrates through the second limiting rod 901 and is inserted into the positioning blocks 807 to be connected, through the first spring pin 902, the second limiting rod 901 and the positioning blocks 807 can be fixed, a pressing plate 903 is fixedly arranged on one side of the second limiting rod 901, and along with the rotation of the first threaded rod 801, the second limiting rod 901 can drive the pressing plate 903 to move up and down, so as to perform the leveling processing on the book.

As a preferred embodiment, on the basis of the above-mentioned manner, further, the driving mechanism 11 includes a second threaded rod 1101, one end of the second threaded rod 1101 is connected with the pressing plate 903 by a thread, the pressing plate 1102 is inserted through the middle of the bottom end of the pressing plate 903, one end of the second threaded rod 1101 is fixedly connected with the top end of the pressing plate 1102, the second threaded rod 1101 is rotated to control the up-and-down movement of the pressing plate 1102, the top end of the transmission case 7 is provided with an inlet, the top end of the inlet is fastened with a round cover 1103 matched with the pressing plate 1102, the round cover 1103 can cover the inlet to facilitate the flattening of books, a pedal type inflator 1104 opposite to the round cover 1103 is fixedly arranged in the transmission case 7, the pressing plate 1102 can squeeze the pedal type inflator 1104, the bottom end of the frame body 1 is provided with a third limiting groove, an air bag 1105 is fixedly arranged in the third limiting groove, the air bag 1105 is communicated with an air inlet pipe 1106, one end of the air pipe 1106 sequentially passes through the frame body 1 and the transmission case 7 and is communicated with an air check valve, and the air outlet of the pedal inflator 1104 is communicated with one end of the air one-way valve 1107, so that external air can continuously enter the air bag 1105 through the air one-way valve 1107 and the air inlet pipe 1106 along with the extrusion of the pedal inflator 1104, the air bag 1105 expands to jack up the frame body 1, an air tap 1108 communicated with the air bag 1105 is embedded in the bottom end of one side of the frame body 1, and the air of the air bag 1105 can be discharged through the air tap 1108.

As a preferable embodiment, on the basis of the above manner, further, the transmission mechanism 13 includes two belt pulleys 1301, the top end of the frame body 1 is provided with a first transmission groove, the limiting plate 6 is internally provided with a second transmission groove, and one end of the second transmission groove is communicated with the first transmission groove, one of the belt pulleys 1301 and one end of the second rotating shaft 1207 penetrating the first transmission groove are inserted and fixed, and the other belt pulley 1301 and the first threaded rod 801 penetrate the top end of the second transmission groove and are inserted and connected, a transmission belt 1302 is arranged between the two belt pulleys 1301, the belt pulley 1301 on the first threaded rod 801 rotates to cooperate with the transmission belt 1302, so that the two belt pulleys 1301 rotate, and further the second rotating shaft 1207 rotates, the bottom end of the second transmission groove is rotatably connected with a rotating ring 1303 and the bottom end of the corresponding belt pulley 1301 is fixedly connected, the rotating ring 1303 rotates to drive the belt pulley 1301 connected thereto to rotate, a fourth limiting groove is formed in one end of the inner side of the rotating ring 1303, a limiting part 1304 is connected to one end of the fourth limiting groove in a rotating mode, one end of the limiting part 1304 penetrates out of the fourth limiting groove, a third spring 1305 is fixedly arranged between the limiting part 1304 and the fourth limiting groove, a rotating part 1306 matched with the limiting part 1304 is fixedly arranged on the first threaded rod 801, the rotating part 1306 can drive the limiting part 1304 to rotate in a forward rotating mode, the limiting part 1304 can drive the rotating ring 1303 to rotate in a rotating mode, and the limiting part 1304 can not be driven to rotate when the rotating part 1306 rotates in a reverse direction through the third spring 1305.

A method for using a book management device with a leveling mechanism for a library comprises the following steps:

s 1: the shifting mechanism 8 is controlled to work, so that the locking mechanism 5 is right opposite to the connecting column 4 to be moved, the locking mechanism 5 is controlled to work, the locking mechanism 5 is fixed with the connecting column 4 firstly, and then the bearing part 3 connected with the connecting column 4 is moved out of the frame body 1 by the locking mechanism 5, so that the bearing part 3 can be moved downwards, and books at the top can be taken or stored conveniently;

s2: the shifting mechanism 8 is controlled to work, the transmission mechanism 13 is enabled to operate under the action of the shifting mechanism 8, the dust collection mechanism 12 can be driven to operate under the action of the transmission mechanism 13, dust on the books can be cleaned under the action of the dust collection mechanism 12, and the books can be cleaned in an auxiliary way when the carrying part 3 moves downwards;

s3: the leveling mechanism 9 is arranged on the shifting mechanism 8, the shifting mechanism 8 is controlled to work, the leveling mechanism 9 can be driven to operate under the action of the shifting mechanism 8, and books can be flattened under the action of the leveling mechanism 9;

s4: the driving mechanism 11 is operated to control the displacement mechanism 8 and the leveling mechanism 9 to work, so that the driving mechanism 11 can be operated, the frame body 1 can be jacked up, and the moving mechanism 10 can be hidden when the moving mechanism 10 does not work, so that the frame body is more stable when being placed.

Specifically, the book management device with the leveling mechanism for the library and the use method thereof are as follows: when a book at the top needs to be taken down, the step motor 803 is controlled to work, the output shaft of the step motor 803 drives the first gear 804 to rotate, the first gear 804 drives the second gear 805 to rotate, the second gear 805 drives the first threaded rod 801 to rotate, under the limiting action of the first limiting rod 802, along with the rotation of the first threaded rod 801, the T-shaped part 806 can drive the electric telescopic rod 511 to move, the electric telescopic rod 511 drives the connecting rod 501 to move, the connecting rod 501 drives the connecting block 502 to move right opposite to the selected connecting column 4, the electric telescopic rod 511 and the electromagnet 503 are controlled to work, under the action of the electric telescopic rod 511, the connecting rod 501 drives the connecting block 502 to move back to be inserted into the rectangular groove by matching with the telescopic rod 510, the electromagnet 503 works to generate magnetism communicated with the magnet 506, so that the limiting block 505 moves, along with the movement of the limiting block 505, the limiting bead 507 can be forced to drive the inserting block 508 to move, further, the insert block 508 and the connecting column 4 are inserted, the electric telescopic rod 511 controls the connecting rod 501 to move forward, so that the corresponding bearing part 3 is separated from the frame body 1, the stepping motor 803 is controlled to work, the bearing part 3 can move downward, and the top books can be conveniently taken and stored; when dust on a book needs to be cleaned, the operation of the stepping motor 803 is controlled, under the action of the stepping motor 803, the first threaded rod 801 is made to rotate in the forward direction, the first threaded rod 801 drives the rotating member 1306 to rotate, under the action of the rotating member 1306, the rotating member 1306 can drive the limiting member 1304 to rotate, the limiting member 1304 drives the rotating ring 1303 to rotate, the rotating ring 1303 drives the belt pulley 1301 connected with the rotating ring 1303 to rotate, through the conveying belt 1302 and in cooperation with another belt pulley 1301, the second rotating shaft 1207 can be made to rotate, through the first bevel gear 1205 and the second bevel gear 1206, the second rotating shaft 1207 can drive the first rotating shaft 1202 to rotate, the first rotating shaft 1202 drives the air suction fan blades 1204 to rotate, under the action of the air suction fan blades 1204, the dust on the book can enter the storage groove through the suction cavity, the first air guide groove and the second air guide groove in sequence, and in cooperation with the annular dust filtering cotton 1203, the dust can fall into the dust collection box, the cleaning of the books is realized, and the books can be cleaned in an auxiliary way in the process of moving the T-shaped piece 806 downwards, so that the practicability is improved; when a book needs to be flattened, the T-shaped part 806 is moved downwards to be close to the transmission case 7, the positioning blocks 807 on the first threaded rod 801 are adjusted to enable the two positioning blocks 807 to be opposite, the first spring pin 902 is pulled, the second limiting rod 901 is placed between the two positioning blocks 807, the first spring pin 902 is loosened to enable the second limiting rod 901 and the two positioning blocks 807 to be fixed, the step motor 803 is controlled to work, the pressing plate 903 can be moved up and down, and then the book can be flattened; when the device needs to be moved, the round cover 1103 is taken down, the T-shaped part 806 is moved down to be close to the pressing plate 903 after the leveling mechanism 9 is installed, the second threaded rod 1101 is rotated, the pressing plate 1102 is moved down to extrude the pedal type inflator 1104, the leveling mechanism 9 is controlled to move up and down, the pedal type inflator 1104 can be continuously extruded, external air can continuously enter the air bag 1105 through the air one-way valve 1107 and the air inlet pipe 1106, the air bag 1105 expands, the frame body 1 can be jacked up, the second spring pin 1005 is pulled, the moving wheel 1002 drives the L-shaped rod 1003 to move down under the action of the self gravity of the moving wheel 1002, the second spring pin 1005 is released, the pin shaft of the second spring pin 1005 is inserted into the L-shaped rod 1003, the moving wheel 1002 is further fixed, and the movement of the frame body 1 is facilitated through the moving wheel 1002.
