The floor mat according to claim 1, wherein the sound insulation structure (2) is a scattering block (3) having a plurality of scattering surfaces protruding toward one side of the mat body, the scattering surfaces of each scattering block (3) form barriers (4) at intersections, the barrier (4) farthest from the center layer of the mat among all the barriers (4) of each scattering block (3) constitutes a support (5) for acting with the ground, and the supports (5) of two adjacent scattering blocks (3) are equidistant from the center layer of the mat.

A floor comprising a floor layer and a floor mat layer having the same planar dimensions, wherein the floor mat layer is formed of the floor mat according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the floor mat layer is bonded to the back surface of the floor layer, and the thickness of the floor layer is 1 to 18 times that of the floor mat layer.

Background

Noise in buildings is classified into air sound and impact sound according to the manner of generation and the characteristics of propagation. The air sound is the vibration of the surrounding air particles caused by the vibration of the sound source and is spread outwards in the form of longitudinal waves at intervals. For example, the sound heard by a person when the person is walking is airborne sound. Impact sound is noise generated by vibration energy directly transmitted to a building structure due to direct contact of a vibrating body of a sound source with the building structure or impact between solids. Such as people walking and furniture moving, the noise heard under the floor is the impact sound.

Before being laid on the ground, the floor needs to be laid with a layer of floor mat of a certain thickness, which is usually made of foamed material. The ground mat can achieve the effects of moisture prevention, mildew prevention, foot feeling improvement and the like. The conventional floor mat is generally designed to improve the feeling of the feet, and the sound is uniformly transmitted downward after penetrating through the floor mat, so that the conventional floor mat has a poor blocking effect on the hitting sound. And the traditional ground mat is provided with regular patterns or shapes after being processed by the roller, so that the requirements of attractive appearance and uniform foot feel are met. foaming the foaming material to form a soft film layer;

and (3) performing roller extrusion molding, namely enabling the soft film layer to pass through a pair of rollers, and extruding the soft film layer by the rollers to form the floor mat.

Preferably, at least one of a diameter of the pillar, a height of the pillar, and a sectional shape of the pillar in a height direction is different.

Preferably, the outer end surface of the cylinder is engraved with a pressing block having a plurality of pressing surfaces protruding from the end surface of the cylinder or a pit having a plurality of pressing surfaces recessed from the end surface of the cylinder.
