The filter and dirt collection assembly of claim 1, wherein the dirt bag further includes a vent valve (38), the filter and dirt collection assembly including a filter element disposed at the vent valve, wherein the air in the dirt-containing chamber is exhausted after being filtered by the filter element at the vent valve.

The assembly of claim 7, wherein the head includes an airflow generating device having an air suction opening and a filter mounting bracket (21) corresponding to the air suction opening, the filter is configured as a tubular body with a first end open and a second end closed, the first end is exposed above the dust storage barrel when the dust bag is received in the dust storage barrel so that the filter mounting bracket can be coupled into the filter.

12. A vacuum cleaner (100), characterized in that it comprises a dust storage barrel (1), a head (2) assembled to the dust storage barrel, an air inlet (4) arranged on the dust storage barrel or the head, and a filtering dust collection assembly (3) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, which is integrally arranged.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of dust collectors, in particular to a filtering dust collecting assembly and a dust collector with the same.

Background

The dust collector is widely applied in life and industry. When the dust collector works, under the power drive of the air flow generating device, dust-containing air flow enters the dust collector and flows through the filter, dust in the dust-containing air flow is intercepted by the filter and collected in a dust collection bag, and clean air flow formed after dust collection is discharged from an air outlet of the dust collector along an air duct.

After the cleaner has been operated for a certain period of time, the dust bag filled with dust and the filter filled with dust need to be removed from the cleaner body and thrown away. Wherein, in the process of taking down the dust bag from the cleaner body and throwing away, the dust can fly out of the dust bag due to the air in the dust bag being discharged; the filter needs to be packaged for the second time before being discarded, and dust is scattered into the air, so that secondary pollution is caused, and the dust is easily inhaled by a user to cause harm.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a filtering dust collecting component and a dust collector with the same, which aim to solve the problems of secondary pollution and harm to human bodies caused by dust dissipation when a dust collecting bag and a filter are discarded.

In order to achieve one of the above objects, an embodiment of the present invention provides a dust filter assembly, which includes a dust bag and a filter assembled on the dust bag, the filter and the dust bag together enclose a dust accommodating chamber, the dust bag has a window for air to flow into the dust accommodating chamber and an opening for air to flow out of the dust accommodating chamber, and the filter covers the opening to filter and intercept dust in air flowing through the opening into the dust accommodating chamber.

As a further improvement of an embodiment of the present invention, the dust collecting bag further includes a curtain disposed at the window, and the curtain can be adhered to the periphery of the window to close the window.

As a further improvement of an embodiment of the present invention, the filtering and dust collecting assembly includes a fixing portion, and the fixing portion is connected to the dust bag and is used for fixedly assembling the filtering and dust collecting assembly on the dust collector.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: by arranging the integrated filtering dust collecting component, dust is sealed between the dust collecting bag and the filter, and when the machine head is separated from the dust storage barrel, the dust is prevented from being taken out of the machine head and leaking; the filtering and dust collecting component can be integrally taken down from the dust collector, the filter and the dust collecting bag are discarded together, the dust collecting bag does not need to be tied, and the filter does not need to be packaged separately, so that the dust is prevented from escaping into the air, and the probability of injury caused by the fact that a user inhales the dust is reduced; in addition, after the dust filtering and collecting assembly is taken down, air in the dust accommodating cavity can be exhausted after being filtered by the filter through the opening, the occupied space of the dust filtering and collecting assembly is reduced through exhaust, and no leakage of dust is ensured.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. However, these embodiments do not limit the present invention, and structural or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a vacuum cleaner 100, and the vacuum cleaner 100 is specifically configured as a bucket type vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner 100 includes a working head (not shown), a hose (not shown), a dust storage barrel 1, a head 2, and a filtering dust collection assembly 3.

The working head comprises any one of a floor brush, a round brush, a dust sweeping brush and a flat suction; the working head is connected with an air inlet 4 of the dust storage barrel 1 through the hose; the machine head 2 is in sealing buckling connection with the dust storage barrel 1 along the axial direction through connecting pieces such as buckles, the machine head 2 comprises a filter mounting frame 21 arranged at the lower end of the machine head, an airflow generating device and an air outlet which are arranged inside the machine head 2, the filter mounting frame 21 corresponds to the position of an air suction opening of the airflow generating device in a matching mode, and when the machine head 2 is assembled on the dust storage barrel 1, the filter mounting frame 21 and the air suction opening are located in a closed space formed by buckling the machine head 2 and the dust storage barrel 1; the filtering and dust collecting component 3 is assembled between the machine head 2 and the dust storage barrel 1, the filtering and dust collecting component 3 is respectively matched and connected with the dust storage barrel 1 and the machine head 2, and the filtering and dust collecting component is used for filtering dusty airflow to form clean airflow and collecting dust obtained from the dusty airflow.

When the dust collector is used, under the driving of the air flow generating device, dust-containing air flow (air flow shown by arrows in figure 3) enters the dust collector 100 from the suction port of the working head, enters the filtering and dust collecting component 3 in the dust storage barrel 1 from the air inlet 4 through the hose, is processed into clean air flow through the filtering and dust collecting component 3, and the clean air flow sequentially flows through the suction port, the air flow generating device and the air outlet and then is discharged out of the dust collector 100. Wherein dust in the dusty air stream is intercepted and collected by the filter dust collection assembly 3.

The airflow generating device is used for driving air to flow from the suction port of the working head to the air outlet of the handpiece 2 along the air duct, and can be specifically set to be a fan, an air pump and the like. In addition, in other embodiments, the air inlet 4 can also be provided on the handpiece 2, and accordingly, the hose can also be connected to the handpiece 2.

In the present embodiment, the filtering and dust collecting assembly 3 is a disposable (i.e. disposable) one-piece structure, which specifically includes a dust bag 31 and a filter 32, wherein the dust bag 31 and the filter 32 are assembled and connected together and together enclose a dust accommodating chamber 30.

The dust collecting bag 31 is adapted to the dust storage barrel 1 and can be sleeved in the dust storage barrel 1, and has a body made of PE material, a window 310 formed on the body, and an opening 320. When the dust bag 31 is sleeved in the dust storage barrel 1: the window 310 is adapted to the air inlet 4, so that the dust-containing air flow at the air inlet 4 can flow into the dust accommodating chamber 30 (i.e. the dust-containing air flow can enter the dust accommodating chamber 30 from the air inlet 4 through the window 310); opening 320 is exposed to the upper opening of dust storage barrel 1, and opening 320 may correspond to the position of the air suction opening of the air flow generating device on machine head 2, so that the dust-containing air flow in dust accommodating chamber 30 flows out to machine head 2 (i.e. flows out to the air suction opening).

The filter 32 is assembled and connected to the body of the dust bag 31 and covers the opening 320, the filter 32 and the body of the dust bag 31 together enclose the dust accommodating cavity 30, and the filter 32 is matched with the filter mounting frame 21. During the coupling of the head 2 to the dust storage tub 1, the filter mounting frame 21 is coupled to the filter 32 from the top down, so that the dust-containing airflow in the dust accommodating chamber 30 can be entirely processed into a clean airflow by the filter 32 while passing through the opening 320. That is, the filter 32 may filter and intercept dust in the dusty airflow flowing through the opening 320 within the dust receiving chamber 30. Preferably, the central axis of filtering and dust collecting assembly 3 is collinear with the central axis of handpiece 2, filter mounting bracket 21 is disposed at the central axis of handpiece 2, and filter 32 is fittingly disposed at the central axis of filtering and dust collecting assembly 3, so that filter 32 and filter mounting bracket 21 are conveniently coupled.

Specifically, when in use, under the driving of the airflow generating device, the dust-containing airflow (see the airflow indicated by the arrow in fig. 3) at the air inlet 4 enters the dust accommodating chamber 30 through the window 310, and then is processed into a clean airflow through the filter 32 at the opening 320 to flow out, and then the clean airflow sequentially flows through the air suction opening, the airflow generating device, and the air outlet and is discharged out of the dust collector 100. Wherein the dust in the dust-containing air flow is filtered and intercepted by the filter 32 and collected in the dust accommodating chamber 30 of the dust bag 31.

As can be seen from the above description, in the vacuum cleaner 100 having the integrated filtering dust collecting assembly 3 of the present invention, dust is enclosed between the dust bag 31 and the filter 32, and when the head 2 is detached from the dust storage tub 1, the dust is prevented from leaking out with the head 2 taken out; the filtering dust collecting component 3 can be integrally taken down from the dust collector 100, the filter 32 and the dust collecting bag 31 are discarded together, the dust collecting bag 31 does not need to be tied, the filter 32 does not need to be packaged separately, the dust is prevented from escaping into the air, and the probability that the user is hurt by sucking the dust is reduced; in addition, when the filter dust collecting assembly 3 is removed, the air in the dust accommodating chamber 30 can be exhausted after being filtered by the filter 32 through the opening 320, thereby reducing the occupied space of the filter dust collecting assembly 3 and ensuring no leakage of dust through the exhaust.

In the present embodiment, the dust collecting bag 31 comprises a bottom 313 corresponding to the bottom of the dust storage barrel 1, a side 312 corresponding to the body of the dust storage barrel 1, and a top 311 corresponding to the upper opening of the dust storage barrel 1. The air inlet 4 is positioned on the body of the dust storage barrel 1, and correspondingly, the open window 310 is formed at the side 312 of the body of the dust collection bag 31; head 2 is coupled to the top opening of dust storage barrel 1. correspondingly, opening 320 is formed at top 311 of the body of dust collection bag 31. when dust collection bag 31 is mounted on dust storage barrel 1, opening 320 and top 311 of the body of dust collection bag 31 are exposed to the top opening of dust storage barrel 1 to facilitate the coupling of filter 32 and filter mounting frame 21.

Preferably, in the present embodiment, the filter 32 is provided as a cylindrical body with an open upper end and a closed lower end, and the upper end of the filter 32 is fixedly connected to the top 311 of the dust bag 31 body by means of adhesion, clamping, or the like. The filter mount 21 is inserted into the central cavity of the filter 32 from the top down during the coupling of the head 2 to the dust barrel 1.

Further, the dust collecting bag 31 further comprises a curtain 37 disposed at the window 310, the curtain 37 is provided with an adhesive adapted to the window 310, and when the dust collecting filter assembly 3 is removed from the vacuum cleaner 100, the curtain 37 is adhered to the periphery of the window 310 through the adhesive to seal the window 310, so as to prevent the air and dust in the dust accommodating chamber 30 from escaping from the window 310.

Further, in the present embodiment, the dust bag 31 further has an exhaust valve 38 formed on the side portion 312 of the dust bag 31, and the filtering and dust collecting assembly 3 further includes a filter member disposed at the exhaust valve 38, wherein the filter member may be filter cotton or filter cloth. When the dust filter collecting assembly 3 is removed from the vacuum cleaner 100, the air in the dust accommodating chamber 30 can also pass through the air outlet valve 38 and be exhausted after being filtered by the filter element, and the dust is blocked by the filter element and is retained in the dust accommodating chamber 30, so that the working strength of the filter 32 is reduced and the exhaust rate is increased in the process of reducing the occupied space of the dust filter collecting assembly 3 by exhausting air.

Further, the filter dust collection assembly 3 further includes a fixing portion 34 and a fastening member 36.

The fixing part 34 is connected to the dust bag 31, specifically, the fixing part 34 is connected between the side part 312 of the body of the dust bag 31 and the top part 311 of the body of the dust bag 31, in other words, the body of the dust bag 31 is divided into the side part 312 and the top part 311 by taking the position of the fixing part 34 as a reference. The fixing portion 34 is extended outward from the body of the dust bag 31, and is specifically configured as a flange surrounding the opening 320, and the fixing portion 34 and the body of the dust bag 31 are made of PE and are integrally formed. When the dust bag 31 is sleeved in the dust storage barrel 1, the fixing part 34 crosses the upper edge of the dust storage barrel 1 from inside to outside, thus, when the machine head 2 is assembled on the dust storage barrel 1, the fixing part 34 is clamped and fixed by the machine head 2 and the dust storage barrel 1 together, thereby fixing the position of the filtering and dust collecting component 3, namely, fixedly assembling the filtering and dust collecting component 3 on the dust storage barrel 1 and the machine head 2, and stably accommodating the dust bag 31 and the filter 32 in the closed space formed by buckling the machine head 2 and the dust storage barrel 1.

The fastening member 36 is disposed at an edge of the fixing portion 34 and is used for fixedly tightening the fixing portion 34 around the outer wall of the dust storage barrel 1. In this embodiment, the edge of the fixing portion 34 is provided as a sandwich structure, and the fastening member 36 is provided as a drawstring accommodated in the sandwich structure, so that the user can fasten the edge of the fixing portion 34 to the outer wall of the dust storage bucket 1 by pulling both ends of the drawstring. When the filtering and dust collecting component 3 needs to be replaced, the user can take the filtering and dust collecting component 3 off the dust storage barrel 1 by unfastening the drawstring; of course, in other practical solutions, the fastening element 36 can also be provided as an elastic cord, which can tighten the fixing part 34 around the outer wall of the dust storage barrel 1 by means of its own elasticity.

Through the above description, it can be found that the beneficial effects of the invention are:

(1) by providing the integral filtering dust collecting assembly 3, dust is enclosed between the dust collecting bag 31 and the filter 32, and when the head 2 is detached from the dust storage barrel 1, the dust is prevented from leaking along with the taking out of the head 2; the filtering dust collecting component 3 can be integrally taken down from the dust collector 100, the filter 32 and the dust collecting bag 31 are discarded together, the dust collecting bag 31 does not need to be tied, the filter 32 does not need to be packaged separately, the dust is prevented from escaping into the air, and the probability that the user is hurt by sucking the dust is reduced; in addition, when the filtering and dust collecting assembly 3 is taken down, the air in the dust accommodating chamber 30 can be exhausted after being filtered by the filter 32 through the opening 320, the occupied space of the filtering and dust collecting assembly 3 is reduced through exhaust, and no leakage of dust is ensured;

(2) by arranging the self-adhesive curtain 37, the window 310 is sealed by the curtain 37, so that the air and dust in the dust accommodating cavity 30 are prevented from escaping from the window 310;

(3) by arranging the exhaust valve 38 and the filter element, dust is blocked by the filter element and remains in the dust accommodating cavity 30 during the exhaust process of the filter dust collecting assembly 3, so that the dust is prevented from being scattered; meanwhile, the working strength of the filter 32 can be reduced, and the exhaust rate is improved;

(4) by arranging the fastening piece 36, the installation structure of the filtering dust collecting component 3 is stable, and the filtering dust collecting component is convenient to disassemble and operate.
