The diabetic foot nursing device is characterized by comprising a waste water tank (10), a supporting component (20), a cleaning tank (30) and an output component (40), wherein the waste water tank (10) is supported on the ground, a foot supporting surface (11) is formed at the top of the waste water tank (10), a plurality of water seepage holes (111) are formed in the foot supporting surface (11), the cleaning tank (30) is supported on the waste water tank (10) through the supporting component (20), a cleaning cavity is formed inside the cleaning tank (30) and is used for containing physiological saline, a heating film is embedded in the side wall of the cleaning tank (30), a control panel (31) is arranged on the side wall of the cleaning tank (30), a circuit structure inside the control panel (31) is electrically connected with the heating film, the output component (40) comprises a main flow bent pipe (41) and a flexible cleaning pipe (43), the main flow bent pipe (41) is convexly arranged on the side wall of the cleaning box (30) and communicated with the cleaning cavity, the end part of the main flow bent pipe (41) extends towards the waste water tank (10), the flexible cleaning pipe (43) is connected to the middle part of the main flow bent pipe (41), and the end part of the flexible cleaning pipe (43) is provided with an adjusting nozzle.
2. The diabetic foot care device according to claim 1, characterized in that the top periphery of the waste water tank (10) is convexly provided with a retaining rib (12), the retaining rib (12) surrounding the periphery of the foot supporting surface (11).
3. The diabetic foot care device according to claim 2, wherein the retaining rib (12) is a flexible rib and the plurality of weep holes (111) are all circular holes.
4. The diabetic foot care device according to claim 3, wherein the control panel (31) is a rectangular panel, the control panel (31) having a plurality of keys (311) disposed thereon, the mainstream elbow (41) being disposed adjacent to the control panel (31).
5. The diabetic foot care device according to claim 4, characterized in that a foot gap (13) is formed between the waste water tank (10) and the cleaning tank (30) for extending into the foot, and a drain pipe (14) is protruded from the bottom of the side wall of the waste water tank (10).

The diabetic foot care device according to claim 5, wherein a liquid collection chamber is formed in the waste water tank (10), the liquid collection chamber is communicated with the liquid discharge pipe (14), and the plurality of seepage holes (111) are all communicated with the liquid collection chamber.
7. The diabetic foot care device according to claim 6, wherein a cleaning film layer is adhered to the foot supporting surface (11), and a plurality of alignment holes are formed in the cleaning film layer and are aligned with the plurality of water seepage holes (111) respectively.

The diabetic foot care device according to claim 7, wherein the foot supporting surface (11) comprises a water permeable area (112) and a sealing area (114) which are adjacent to each other, the plurality of water permeable holes (111) are all arranged on the water permeable area (112), the sealing area (114) is adjacent to one side of the supporting component (20), and the clean film layer is detachably attached to the water permeable area (112) and exposes the sealing area (114).

The diabetic foot care device according to claim 8, wherein the main flow elbow (41) comprises a connecting pipe portion (411) and a liquid outlet pipe portion (413), the connecting pipe portion (411) is protruded on the side wall of the cleaning box (30), and the liquid outlet pipe portion (413) is perpendicularly connected to an end of the connecting pipe portion (411) and extends toward the foot supporting surface (11).
10. A method of using the diabetic foot care device of claim 9, comprising the steps of:
filling physiological saline into the cleaning box (30), and controlling the heating film to heat the physiological saline to a preset temperature by using the control panel (31);
the patient puts feet into the foot gap (13) and supports the feet on the clean film layer;
the physiological saline in the cleaning box (30) is led out by the flexible cleaning pipe (43), the physiological saline is sprayed to the feet of the patient through the adjusting nozzle to carry out cleaning operation, and the cleaned wastewater flows into a liquid collecting cavity of the waste liquid box through the plurality of water seepage holes (111); and
tearing off the clean film layer, and pasting a new clean film layer on the foot supporting surface (11) so that the new clean film layer deviates towards the sealing area (114) to make the alignment holes dislocated with the water seepage holes (111) respectively, thereby realizing the sealing of the top of the waste water tank (10).

The invention relates to a diabetic foot nursing device and a using method thereof.
Background
In the practice of nursing diabetic feet, the diabetic feet are easy to appear, so that the skin of the feet is broken, the wound surface is not healed for a long time, and the local exudation necrosis is caused, so that the diabetic feet need to be cleaned regularly. In the clinical washing procedure, the gauze is held by forceps. However, such a cleaning step is inefficient.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, there is a need for a diabetic foot care device with high cleaning efficiency and a method of using the same.
A diabetic foot nursing device comprises a waste water tank, a supporting component, a cleaning tank and an output component, wherein the waste water tank is supported on the ground, a foot supporting surface is formed at the top of the waste water tank, a plurality of water seepage holes are formed in the foot supporting surface, the cleaning tank is supported on the waste water tank through the supporting component, a cleaning cavity is formed in the cleaning tank and is used for containing physiological saline, a heating film is embedded in the side wall of the cleaning tank, a control panel is arranged on the side wall of the cleaning tank, a circuit structure in the control panel is electrically connected with the heating film, the output component comprises a main flow bent pipe and a flexible cleaning pipe, the main flow bent pipe is convexly arranged on the side wall of the cleaning tank and is communicated with the cleaning cavity, the end part of the main flow bent pipe extends towards the waste water tank, and the flexible cleaning pipe is connected to the middle part of the main flow bent pipe, the end part of the flexible cleaning pipe is provided with an adjusting nozzle.
In one embodiment, the top periphery of the waste water tank is convexly provided with a retaining rib which surrounds the periphery of the foot supporting surface.
In one embodiment, the retaining rib is a flexible rib, and the plurality of weep holes are all circular holes.
In one embodiment, the control panel is a rectangular panel, a plurality of keys are arranged on the control panel, and the main flow bent pipe is arranged adjacent to the control panel.
In one embodiment, a foot gap is formed between the waste water tank and the cleaning tank and used for extending into the foot, and a drain pipe is convexly arranged at the bottom of the side wall of the waste water tank.
In one embodiment, a liquid collecting cavity is formed in the wastewater tank, the liquid collecting cavity is communicated with the liquid discharge pipe, and the plurality of seepage holes are communicated with the liquid collecting cavity.

A method of using a diabetic foot care device as described above, comprising the steps of:
filling physiological saline into the cleaning box, and controlling the heating film to heat the physiological saline to a preset temperature by using the control panel;
the patient puts feet into the foot gaps and supports the feet on the clean film layer;
the physiological saline in the cleaning box is led out by utilizing the flexible cleaning pipe, the physiological saline is sprayed to the feet of the patient through the adjusting nozzle to carry out cleaning operation, and the cleaned wastewater flows into a liquid collecting cavity of the waste liquid box through the plurality of water seepage holes; and
tearing off the clean film layer, and pasting a new clean film layer on the foot supporting surface, so that the new clean film layer deviates towards the sealing area, the aligning holes are respectively staggered with the water seepage holes, and the top of the waste water tank is sealed.
When the diabetic foot nursing device is used, physiological saline is filled in the cleaning box, and the control panel is utilized to control the heating film to heat the physiological saline to a preset temperature, such as 37 ℃. The patient supports the feet on a foot supporting surface at the top of the waste water tank; the physiological saline in the cleaning box is led out by the flexible cleaning pipe, and the physiological saline is sprayed to the feet of the patient through the adjusting nozzle to carry out cleaning operation. Sufficient nursing device of diabetes can provide homothermal normal saline, avoids the stimulation to patient's foot skin, and the liquid composition of clearance incasement can be changed, greatly improves the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning performance to the diabetes patient foot moreover, alleviates medical personnel's working strength.
