The cervical applicator for gynecological treatment according to claim 1, further comprising an administration funnel (7), wherein the administration funnel (7) is provided on the housing (1) near the end of the swing arm (5), and the administration funnel (7) is connected to a leak (71) in the housing (1) as the administration port (6).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of gynecological special treatment equipment, in particular to a cervical drug delivery device for gynecological treatment.

Background

At present, many women suffer from genital organ inflammation, and the common diseases include mycotic vaginitis, cervicitis, cervical erosion and the like. Some of which involve the problem of cervical administration. Many of the existing cervical applicators cannot deliver the drug in place, and some of the cervical applicators even fall into the vagina without delivering the drug to the cervix. Some injection type cervical drug delivery devices are difficult to achieve uniform drug delivery.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a cervical drug delivery device for gynecological treatment, which is specially used for cervical drug delivery treatment so as to achieve proper and uniform drug delivery.

The technical scheme of the invention is that the cervical drug delivery device for gynecological treatment comprises a cylindrical shell, a drug injection head, a positioning disc, a spiral conveying rod, a rocker arm and a drug delivery port; the spiral conveying rod is positioned in the shell and comprises flexible spiral blades, and the edges of the spiral blades are attached to the inner wall of the shell and are always attached to the inner wall of the shell in the rotating process of the spiral conveying rod; the rocker arm and the medicine injection head are respectively arranged at two ends of the shell, the medicine feeding port is arranged on the shell and is close to the end part where the rocker arm is located, and the rocker arm drives the spiral conveying rod to rotate so that the medicine which is fed into the shell through the medicine feeding port is pushed to the end part where the medicine injection head is located and is pushed out from the medicine injection head; the positioning disk encloses to be established the outside of injection head, the positioning disk is followed including establishing the cotton elastic webbing of annular memory of rim of a plate mouth department evagination at the medicine before the propelling movement of injection head is gone out, the cotton elastic webbing of memory is fixed so that in the injection mouth of injection head the positioning disk cladding is in on the injection head, follow at the medicine after the propelling movement of injection head, the positioning disk opens and is the bowl shape.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that the end part of the medicine injection head of the cervical medicine feeder for gynecological treatment is plugged into the vagina of a patient, and the rocker arm is rotated when the medicine injection head is close to the uterine orifice, so that the medicine in the shell is extruded by the memory cotton elastic band, and the memory cotton elastic band fixed in the medicine injection orifice is extruded out of the medicine injection head. The opened bowl-shaped positioning disc can be attached to the uterine orifice, the medicine injection head in the positioning disc faces to the cervix, so that the medicine pushed out from the medicine injection head can be accurately attached to the cervix, and meanwhile, the medicine can be prevented from falling into the vagina in the medicine feeding process due to the opened positioning disc. In addition, the spiral pushing type medicine feeding mode is beneficial to the medicine feeding uniformity, and is a great improvement on the traditional injection type medicine feeding mode.

Detailed Description

The foregoing and additional embodiments and advantages of the present invention are described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely some, and not all, embodiments of the invention.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-5. The cervical medicine applicator for gynecological treatment provided by the embodiment comprises a cylindrical shell 1, a medicine injection head 2, a positioning disc 3, a spiral conveying rod 4, a rocker arm 5 and a medicine feeding port 6. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cervical applicator for gynecological treatment is shown from a positive angle and a negative angle. In use, the state of the cervical applicator for gynecological treatment in the patient is substantially as shown in fig. 3. In this embodiment, the detailed structure of the cervical applicator for gynecological treatment can be referred to fig. 4, which is a cut-away and shows the inside of the housing 1. A screw conveyor 4 is located within the housing 1, the screw conveyor 4 comprising a flexible helical blade 41. As shown in fig. 5, the edge 411 of the spiral blade 41 adheres to the inner wall of the casing 1 and always adheres to the inner wall of the casing 1 during the rotation of the auger screw 4. In the present embodiment, the medicine put into the housing 1 is pushed by the unidirectional rotation of the screw conveyor 4, which helps the medicine to be uniformly pushed out of the injection head 2. It should be noted that most of the medicines are in a solid-liquid mixed form of cream or gel, so it is necessary to make the edge 411 of the screw blade 41 adhere to the inner wall of the casing 1 and always adhere to the inner wall of the casing 1 during the rotation of the screw conveyor 4, as shown in fig. 5. The drug can be continuously administered into the housing 1 from the administration port 6 by rotating the swing arm 5, and a part of the drug can be administered before the drug is inserted into the vagina of the patient. In the present embodiment, the swing arm 5 rotates the screw conveyor 4 to push the medicine, which is put into the housing 1 through the medicine inlet 6, toward the end where the injection head 2 is located and push the medicine out of the injection head 2.

In the embodiment, the positioning disc 3 of the cervical drug delivery device for gynecological treatment is arranged around the outer side of the drug injection head 2, and the positioning disc 3 comprises an annular memory cotton elastic strip 31 which is arranged at the disc opening and protrudes outwards. Before the medicine is pushed out from the medicine injection head 2, the memory cotton elastic band 31 is fixed in the medicine injection port 21 of the medicine injection head 2 so that the positioning disc 3 is coated on the medicine injection head 2. Fig. 4 shows a state in which the positioning plate 3 is covered on the applicator head 2. At this time, the cervical applicator for gynecological treatment is inserted into the vagina of a patient, and when the medicine injection head 2 approaches the uterine orifice, the rocker arm 5 is rotated to press the memory cotton elastic band 31 with the medicine in the shell 1, so that the memory cotton elastic band 31 fixed in the medicine injection orifice 21 is pressed out of the medicine injection head 2. And, after the medicine is pushed out from the injection head 2, the positioning plate 3 is opened in a bowl shape. Fig. 1 to 3 each show a state in which the puck 3 is open. The opened positioning disc 3 in a bowl shape can be attached to the uterine orifice, and the medicine injection head 2 in the positioning disc 3 faces to the cervix at the moment, so that the medicine pushed out from the medicine injection head 2 can be accurately attached to the cervix, and meanwhile, the medicine can be prevented from falling into the vagina in the medicine feeding process due to the opened positioning disc 3.

In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1. The memory cotton elastic belt 31 is arranged at the inner side of the plate opening of the positioning plate 3. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6. The memory cotton elastic belt 31 is arranged outside the plate opening of the positioning plate 3. In the above two embodiments, the elastic band 31 is an annular band made of memory cotton as a main material and having a shape memory effect. The positioning disc 3 is arranged on the inner side of the disc opening of the positioning disc 3 or the outer side of the disc opening of the positioning disc 3 along the edge of the disc opening of the positioning disc 3, and the positioning disc 3 is helped to be restored to an open state after being extruded from the medicine injection head 2. To better perform the opening of the puck 3, the puck 3 may preferably be of a shape memory material. In parallel with the above two embodiments, the memory cotton elastic band 31 may be provided in a plurality of shapes extending along the depth direction of the puck 3 and disposed on the inner surface or the outer surface of the puck 3. Wherein, the convex ring-shaped memory cotton elastic band 31 is more beneficial to being fixed in the medicine injection opening 21 of the medicine injection head 2.

In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, FIG. 7 shows a spiral feed bar 4 within the housing 1, cut-away half of the housing 1. In the cervical applicator for gynecological treatment according to the present embodiment, the application funnel 7 is provided on the housing 1 near the end where the swing arm 5 is located, and the application funnel 7 is connected to the orifice 71 in the housing 1 as the application port 6. In the present embodiment, the administration funnel 7 has the large and small hopper openings 72 and the small and large leakage openings 71, and the shape of the administration funnel 7 and the shape of the funnel do not differ much.

In this embodiment, the camera device 9 may be used to feed back whether the drug is being pushed out of the applicator tip 2 and attached to the cervix of the patient. The camera device 9 is also a breakthrough in the technology of the traditional cervical medicine applicator for gynecological treatment, and the preferred camera device 9 is a waterproof camera device 9.
