Technical Field

Background
The surface treatment of the printed product is to perform decorative treatment on the surface of the printed product through processes of film coating, glazing, bump pressing and the like so as to enhance the aesthetic property of the surface of the printed product and improve the quality and brand effect of the product. The local glazing, the reverse glazing, the snowflake, the wrinkle and other processes can bring different gloss feelings and touch feelings on the surface of the printed product, if the surface of the printed product needs to realize the texture effects of various gloss feelings and touch feelings at the same time, various processes are usually required to be combined, the process is realized by different base oil, surface oil or other single texture oil in a grading manner, the process is various and complicated, the equipment investment is large, the power consumption is high, the production cost is increased, the printing efficiency is low due to the grading realization, and the delivery period of the printed product is possibly prolonged.
Therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the above-mentioned problems by those skilled in the art to improve the existing base printing apparatus and base printing process.
Disclosure of Invention
One object of the present invention is to provide a base ink printing apparatus, which can simultaneously deliver a plurality of base inks to a base ink tank, and the plurality of base inks can be simultaneously printed on a plurality of pattern sub-areas of a printing material, so that the same pattern area of the printing material can be printed with the plurality of base inks at one time, thereby improving the surface treatment efficiency of the printing material.
