Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of product packaging, in particular to a packaging box.

Background

A plurality of existing packaging boxes are of a paper forming structure, and the principle of the packaging box is that a designed plane cardboard or corrugated paper and the like are folded and spliced according to a certain mode to form a three-dimensional box body structure. A plurality of existing packaging boxes formed by paper mostly adopt assembled bottom plates, and particularly, the bottom plates are formed by folding and splicing a plurality of sub-plate bodies. However, the bottom plate is fixed by mutually clamping the sub-plate bodies, the splicing part at the middle part of the bottom plate has low stability and poor bearing capacity, and when the weight of the articles in the box is overlarge and the weight is concentrated at the splicing part, the sub-plate bodies are easily separated, so that the articles in the packaging box fall out.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a packaging box, and aims to solve the problem that the bearing capacity of a splicing part of sub-plate bodies of an assembled bottom plate of the existing packaging box is low.

The invention is realized by the following steps:

a packing box comprises a box body formed by paper, wherein the box body comprises a side plate group and a bottom plate group, the side plate group is provided with a first side and a second side which are opposite, the bottom plate group is connected with the first side of the side plate group, the side plate group forms a side wall of the box body after being folded, and the bottom plate group forms a bottom plate of the box body after being folded and spliced; still include inside lining group, inside lining group sets up in the box, inside lining group is including the first connecting plate, first baffle, second connecting plate and the second baffle that connect gradually, first connecting plate is kept away from one side of first baffle with the second side of side board group is connected, first baffle with the second baffle all with the bottom plate is parallel, just the second baffle with the bottom plate laminating, first baffle is located the second baffle is kept away from one side of bottom plate and with the second baffle interval sets up, be equipped with the fixed orifices on the first baffle.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the buffer unit is connected to the second side of the side plate set, and the buffer unit can cover the first partition plate.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the buffer group includes a first buffer plate, a third connecting plate, a second buffer plate, a fourth connecting plate and an adhesive strip, which are connected in sequence, one side of the first buffer plate, which is far away from the third connecting plate, is connected to a second side of the side plate group, the first buffer plate and the second buffer plate are arranged in parallel and at an interval, and the adhesive strip is connected to the side plate group.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the side plate group includes a first side plate and a second side plate which are oppositely disposed, the buffer group is connected to the first side plate, a baffle plate is disposed on a side of the second side plate away from the bottom plate, and a notch is disposed on a side of the baffle plate away from the second side plate.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in the first direction, a sum of a length of the first connecting plate and a length of the second connecting plate is equal to a length of the side plate group.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the edge of the first partition is provided with a first support plate and a second support plate.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a third supporting plate, a fourth supporting plate and a fifth supporting plate are disposed at an edge of the second partition plate.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bottom plate set includes an insert plate, an insert tongue, a first pressing plate, and a second pressing plate, and the insert plate, the insert tongue, the first pressing plate, and the second pressing plate are all connected to the first side of the side plate set.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the side plate group includes a first side plate, a second side plate, a third side plate and a fourth side plate which are connected in sequence, and a side of the first side plate, which is far away from the second side plate, is provided with an adhesive strip, or a side of the fourth side plate, which is far away from the third side plate, is provided with an adhesive strip.

Further, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a box cover is further included, and the box cover is connected to the second side of the side plate group.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the packaging box obtained by the design, the first connecting plate, the first partition plate, the second connecting plate and the second partition plate of the lining group can be accommodated in the box body after being folded. The second partition board is attached to the bottom board and can bear the weight of articles in the box body together with the bottom board. Meanwhile, the second partition plate is integrated, so that gravity can be dispersed when the second partition plate bears the gravity, and the second partition plate is matched with the bottom plate, so that the bearing capacity of the packaging box can be greatly increased, the splicing part of the bottom plate group is protected, and the bottom plate group is prevented from being separated due to overlarge bearing at the splicing part.
