placing the first blocking part into the first accommodating cavity, wherein the first blocking part is attached to the inner wall surface of the first accommodating cavity, and two ends of the lower part of the first blocking part are respectively embedded in the first notches; placing a wheel of the chair into the first receiving cavity; the second blocking part is placed into the first accommodating cavity to fix the wheel, the second blocking part is attached to the inner wall surface of the first accommodating cavity, and a second edge body and a third edge body of the second blocking part are respectively embedded into the two first notches;

and placing the partition plate into the first accommodating cavity, and sealing the upper part of the carton.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of packaging, in particular to an integrated chair packaging box and a packaging method thereof.

Background

Aiming at the package of the computer seat in the market, the conventional package in the market is formed by disassembling the chair into parts and packaging the parts separately, and a user assembles the parts into a finished product after taking the parts. The condition that leads to the unable audio-visual product of looking over of customer to part separately individual packaging makes the unable quick convenient installation order of understanding the chair of customer, and the part separately-packed leads to the packing bulky, the transportation of being not convenient for.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides an integrated chair packing box and a packing method thereof, wherein a plurality of packages are changed into an integrated package.

In order to achieve the above object, the embodiment of the present application discloses an integrated chair packing box, including:

the carton is provided with a first accommodating cavity;

the bottom cushion is arranged at the bottom of the first accommodating cavity, the shape of the bottom cushion is consistent with that of the bottom of the first accommodating cavity of the carton, the bottom cushion is smaller than that of the bottom of the first accommodating cavity of the carton, and the bottom cushion can be attached to the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity of the carton; the bottom pad is provided with a second accommodating cavity, the second accommodating cavity is provided with an opening, and the opening is far away from the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity;

the two first supporting parts are vertically arranged in the first accommodating cavity and comprise first paperboards, the first paperboards are perpendicular to the bottom surface of the first accommodating cavity, and two ends of each first paperboard can abut against the inner wall surface of the first accommodating cavity; a first support column is arranged at the lower end of the first paperboard, the length direction of the first support column is parallel to the bottom surface of the first accommodating cavity, and two ends of the first support column are abutted against the wall surface of the first accommodating cavity; a second support is arranged at the upper end of the first paperboard, the length direction of the second support is parallel to that of the first support, two ends of the second support are abutted against the wall surface of the first accommodating cavity, one side of each of the two ends of the second support, which is far away from the first support, is provided with a first notch, and the middle of the side surface of the second support, which is far away from the first support, is also provided with a first through hole; the two first supporting parts are oppositely arranged in the first accommodating cavity;

the first blocking part is attached to the inner wall of the first accommodating cavity, and two sides of one end of the first blocking part are respectively clamped and embedded in the first notches of the two first supporting parts;

placing the first blocking part into the first accommodating cavity, wherein the first blocking part is attached to the inner wall surface of the first accommodating cavity, and two ends of the lower part of the first blocking part are respectively embedded in the first notches; placing a wheel of the chair into the first receiving cavity; the second blocking part is placed into the first accommodating cavity to fix the wheel, the second blocking part is attached to the inner wall surface of the first accommodating cavity, and a second edge body and a third edge body of the second blocking part are respectively embedded into the two first notches;

and placing the partition plate into the first accommodating cavity, and sealing the upper part of the carton.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the existing multiple packages are changed into one package, so that the use of packaging materials is reduced, and the transportation is facilitated;

2. the placing positions of the components are designed according to the assembling sequence of the chair components, so that the checking and the assembling of a client are facilitated, and the assembling efficiency is improved;

3. the baffle can effectively prevent to damage the chair when opening the carton.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an integrated chair packing box, which comprises the following steps:

referring to fig. 1, the bottom of the carton 1 is sealed, and then the bottom pad 2 is placed on the bottom of the carton 1, with the opening 22 facing upward;

referring to fig. 3, a seat cushion 71 of a chair 7 is placed in a first accommodating cavity 11, a pillar 73 at the bottom of the seat cushion 71 is retracted into a base at the bottom of the seat cushion 71, the base enters a second accommodating cavity 21 through an opening 22, and the opening 22 is clamped with the base, so that the seat cushion 71 is fixed; the upper end of the backrest 75 abuts against the rear inner wall surface of the first accommodation chamber 11.

Referring to fig. 1, two first supporting portions 3 are placed in the first accommodating cavity 11, the two first supporting portions 3 are respectively attached to inner walls of left and right sides of the first accommodating cavity 11, the two first supporting portions 3 are arranged in parallel, the first pillars 32 of the first supporting portions 3 are attached to the base pad 2, and the two first supporting portions 3 are arranged on two sides of the backrest 75.

Referring to fig. 3, further, the armrest 72 of the chair 7 is placed in the first accommodating cavity 11, and the support post 73 on the armrest 72 is placed in the first through hole 34; the armrest 72 is disposed on the upper portion of the second support post 33.

Referring to fig. 1, the first blocking portion 4 is placed in the first accommodating cavity 11, a first opening 22 is formed in a front side surface of the first blocking portion 4, the first blocking portion 4 is attached to an inner wall surface of a rear side of the first accommodating cavity 11, and two ends of a lower portion of the first blocking portion 4 are respectively embedded in the first notches 35; placing a wheel 74 of the chair 7 into the first accommodating cavity 11, wherein the wheel 74 comprises 5 pulleys, two of which are abutted against the seat cushion 71, and one pulley is arranged in the first opening 22 of the first blocking part 4;

referring to fig. 1, the second blocking portion 5 is placed in the first accommodating cavity 11, the second blocking portion 5 is attached to an inner wall surface of the front side of the first accommodating cavity 11, and the second side body 52 and the third side body 54 of the second blocking portion 5 are respectively embedded into the two first notches 35; the bottom of the first side member 51 abuts against the upper portion of the backrest 75.

The partition board 6 is placed in the first accommodating cavity 11, and the upper part of the carton 1 is sealed.
