Background

The landscaping waste refers to plant branches, fallen leaves, grass scraps and the like generated by natural withering or artificial trimming of landscaping plants. Along with the increase of urban greening area, the yield of landscaping waste is increased sharply. At present, most landscaping wastes and household garbage are buried or burned together, so that serious environmental pollution and energy waste are caused. The landscaping waste is rich in lignocellulose and high in organic matter content, can be used for preparing biomass gas, and realizes recycling and energy conversion of the landscaping waste. Tar is an inevitable by-product of biomass gasification. The tar can be condensed in a pipeline, a filter or a heat exchanger of downstream equipment to form a complex structure, so that the mechanical failure of the whole system is caused, and the industrial popularization of the pyrolysis gasification technology is limited. The pyrolysis gasification technology is adopted to convert the landscaping waste into the low-tar and high-quality gasified fuel gas, so that the method has good research value and practical significance.

The sludge comes from the sewage treatment process, and the yield is increased year by year. mixing landscaping waste with sludge to form a mixed material;

and pyrolyzing and gasifying the mixed material to obtain the fuel gas.
