1. A three ratchet one way clutch comprising:

an active ratchet wheel provided with one or more positioning slots;

a pawl set, the pawl set comprising: the ratchet wheel comprises a ratchet seat sleeve, a plurality of ratchets and a plurality of elastic elements, wherein the ratchets are installed on the ratchet seat sleeve, and the elastic elements are respectively clamped between the ratchet seat sleeve and each ratchet;

a front driven ratchet set, the front driven ratchet set comprising: the front driven ratchet wheel set is provided with one or more positioning keys and is arranged on a pawl seat sleeve in the pawl set;

Technical Field

The invention relates to a one-way clutch, in particular to a three-ratchet wheel type one-way clutch.

Background

The ratchet clutch is one kind of one-way clutch and includes two kinds, outer meshing ratchet clutch and inner meshing ratchet clutch. Most ratchet wheel clutches realize the function of transmitting torque in one rotating direction and idling in the other direction through a mechanism consisting of a ratchet wheel and a plurality of pawls, when the one-way clutch rotates in the idling direction, the pawls impact the surface of the ratchet wheel under the action of an elastic element after sliding over the tail ends of the top surfaces of ratchet wheel teeth and make a sound, the abrasion between the pawls and the ratchet wheel can be increased in the process, the service life of the elastic element is shortened, and the pawls can be prevented from impacting the surface of the ratchet wheel when the one-way clutch rotates in the idling direction by adopting a double-ratchet wheel mode.

As in the Chinese patent: double-ratchet one-way clutch, application number: 20161107492.5, it discloses a one-way clutch, especially a double-ratchet wheel one-way clutch, including a driving ratchet wheel, a pawl group, a driven ratchet wheel group, a rolling bearing;

the driving ratchet wheel is provided with one or more positioning grooves;

the pawl set includes: the ratchet wheel comprises a ratchet seat sleeve, a plurality of ratchets and a plurality of elastic elements, wherein the ratchets are installed on the ratchet seat sleeve, and the elastic elements are respectively clamped between the ratchet seat sleeve and each ratchet;

the driven ratchet set includes: the driven ratchet wheel set is provided with one or more positioning pins and is arranged on a pawl seat sleeve in the pawl set;

the rolling bearings are provided with two groups and are used for connecting and supporting the driving ratchet wheel and the pawl seat sleeve in the pawl group.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a three-ratchet wheel type one-way clutch which can be divided into two modes of external engagement and internal engagement.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a three-ratchet one-way clutch, comprising:

the driving ratchet wheel is an external tooth ratchet wheel and serves as an inner ring of the one-way clutch when the three-ratchet one-way clutch is in external engagement, and the driving ratchet wheel is an internal tooth ratchet wheel and serves as an outer ring of the one-way clutch when the three-ratchet one-way clutch is in internal engagement and is provided with one or more positioning grooves;

a pawl set, the pawl set comprising: the ratchet wheel type one-way clutch comprises a pawl seat sleeve, a plurality of pawls and a plurality of elastic elements, wherein the pawls are installed on the pawl seat sleeve, the elastic elements are respectively clamped between the pawl seat sleeve and each pawl, when the three-ratchet wheel type one-way clutch is in external engagement, the pawl seat sleeve is used as an outer ring of the one-way clutch, and when the three-ratchet wheel type one-way clutch is in internal engagement, the pawl seat sleeve is used as an inner ring of the one-way clutch;

a front driven ratchet set, the front driven ratchet set comprising: the front driven ratchet group comprises a ratchet wheel, a rolling body array and a driven ratchet group support ring, when the implementation mode of the three-ratchet one-way clutch is external engagement, the ratchet wheel of the front driven ratchet group is external tooth ratchet wheel, when the implementation mode of the three-ratchet one-way clutch is internal engagement, the ratchet wheel of the front driven ratchet group is internal tooth ratchet wheel, the ratchet wheel of the front driven ratchet group is provided with one or more positioning keys, and the front driven ratchet group is arranged on a pawl seat sleeve in the pawl group and is positioned at the front end of the driving ratchet wheel;

a rear driven ratchet set, the rear driven ratchet set comprising: the back driven ratchet group comprises a ratchet wheel, a rolling body array and a driven ratchet group support ring, when the implementation mode of the three-ratchet wheel type one-way clutch is external meshing, the ratchet wheel of the back driven ratchet group is external tooth ratchet wheel, when the implementation mode of the three-ratchet wheel type one-way clutch is internal meshing, the ratchet wheel of the back driven ratchet group is internal tooth ratchet wheel, the ratchet wheel of the back driven ratchet group is provided with one or more positioning keys, and the back driven ratchet group is arranged on a pawl seat sleeve in the pawl group and is positioned at the back end of the driving ratchet wheel;

and two groups of rolling bearings are arranged and are used for connecting and supporting the driving ratchet wheel and the pawl seat sleeve in the pawl group.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: when the three-ratchet one-way clutch rotates along an idling direction, the driving ratchet wheel firstly rotates relative to the front driven ratchet wheel set ratchet wheel and the rear driven ratchet wheel set ratchet wheel, and after the tooth top surfaces of the front driven ratchet wheel set ratchet wheel and the rear driven ratchet wheel set ratchet wheel are complementary with the tooth top surface of the driving ratchet wheel in the axial direction, the driving ratchet wheel drives the front driven ratchet wheel set ratchet wheel and the rear driven ratchet wheel set ratchet wheel to rotate together, so that the pawl slides from the tail end of the tooth top surface of the driving ratchet wheel to reach the tooth top surfaces of the front driven ratchet wheel set ratchet wheel and the rear driven ratchet wheel set ratchet wheel;

in the process of the preparation, the raw materials are mixed,

when the pawl contacts the top surface of the driving ratchet wheel,

the pawl is suspended at a position where the pawl is in contact with the tooth top surfaces of the ratchet wheels of the front driven ratchet group and the rear driven ratchet group, under the action of the elastic element, the pressure of the pawl on two ends of the tooth top surface of the driving ratchet wheel is the same, and the abrasion of the driving ratchet wheel on the contact surface of the driving ratchet wheel and the pawl is uniform;

when the pawl contacts with the tooth top surfaces of the ratchet wheels of the front driven ratchet wheel set and the ratchet wheels of the rear driven ratchet wheel set,

the pawl is suspended at a position where the pawl is in contact with the tooth top surface of the driving ratchet wheel, under the action of the elastic element, two ends of the tooth top surface of the ratchet wheel of the front driven ratchet wheel group and the tooth top surface of the ratchet wheel of the rear driven ratchet wheel group are subjected to the same pressure of the pawl, and the contact surfaces of the ratchet wheel of the front driven ratchet wheel group and the ratchet wheel of the rear driven ratchet wheel group and the pawl are uniformly abraded.

Detailed Description

The following detailed description of various embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 shows an external engagement embodiment of a three-ratchet one-way clutch according to the present invention, in which a driving ratchet 1 is an inner ring of the one-way clutch, a pawl sleeve 10 is an outer ring of the one-way clutch, pawls 8 are mounted on the pawl sleeve 10, an elastic member 9 is interposed between the pawls 8 and the pawl sleeve 10, and the plurality of pawls 8, the plurality of elastic members 9 and the pawl sleeve 10 together constitute a pawl group.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3 for an external engagement embodiment of a three ratchet one-way clutch proposed according to the present invention,

a front driven ratchet group consisting of a front driven ratchet group ratchet 2, a rolling body array 3 and a driven ratchet group support ring 4 is arranged on a pawl seat sleeve 10 in the pawl group;

a rear driven ratchet wheel group consisting of a rear driven ratchet wheel group ratchet wheel 5, a rolling body array 6 and a driven ratchet wheel group support ring 7 is arranged on a pawl seat sleeve 10 in the pawl group;

the driving ratchet 1 and the pawl seat sleeve 10 are assembled and connected through a rolling bearing 11 and a rolling bearing 12, and the positions of the rolling bearing 11 and the rolling bearing 12 are fixed through holes by a clamp spring 13.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5 are external engagement embodiments of the three ratchet one-way clutch proposed according to the present invention,

two end surfaces of the ratchet wheel 2 of the front driven ratchet wheel group are not contacted with the driving ratchet wheel 1 and the rolling bearing 11 respectively, an inner hole of the ratchet wheel 2 of the front driven ratchet wheel group is not contacted with the driving ratchet wheel 1, and the ratchet wheel 2 of the front driven ratchet wheel group is provided with a positioning key 21;

two end faces of the rear driven ratchet set ratchet wheel 5 are not in contact with the driving ratchet wheel 1 and the rolling bearing 12 respectively, an inner hole of the rear driven ratchet set ratchet wheel 5 is not in contact with the driving ratchet wheel 1, and a positioning key 21 is arranged on the rear driven ratchet set ratchet wheel 5.

Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, in the external engagement embodiment of the three-ratchet one-way clutch according to the present invention, the driving ratchet 1 controls the relative positions of the driving ratchet 2 and the rear driven ratchet 5 through the positioning slot 20 and the positioning key 21, and drives the front driven ratchet 2 and the rear driven ratchet 5 to rotate.

As shown in fig. 4, when the external-engagement embodiment of the three-ratchet one-way clutch provided by the present invention rotates in the locking direction, the driving ratchet 1 rotates relative to the front driven ratchet set ratchet 2 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 5, after the ratchets of the front driven ratchet set ratchet 2 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 5 are axially overlapped with the ratchets of the driving ratchet 1, the driving ratchet 1 drives the front driven ratchet set ratchet 2 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 5 to rotate together under the action of the positioning slot 20, and at this time, the pawl 8 can be engaged with the tooth grooves of the driving ratchet 1, the front driven ratchet set ratchet 2 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 5.

As shown in fig. 5, when the external-engagement embodiment of the three-ratchet one-way clutch according to the present invention rotates in the idling direction, the driving ratchet 1 first rotates relative to the front driven ratchet set ratchet 2 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 5, after the tooth top surfaces of the front driven ratchet set ratchet 2 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 5 are axially complementary to the tooth top surface of the driving ratchet 1, the driving ratchet 1 drives the front driven ratchet set ratchet 2 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 5 to rotate together through the positioning slot 20, and the pawl 8 can continuously slide over the tooth top surfaces of the driving ratchet 1 and the tooth top surfaces of the front driven ratchet set ratchet 2 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 5.

Fig. 6 shows an inner engagement embodiment of a three-ratchet one-way clutch according to the present invention, in which the driving ratchet 51 serves as an outer race of the one-way clutch, the pawl sleeve 60 serves as an inner race of the one-way clutch, the pawls 58 are mounted on the pawl sleeve 60, the elastic members 59 are interposed between the pawls 58 and the pawl sleeve 60, and the plurality of pawls 58, the plurality of elastic members 59, and the pawl sleeve 60 together constitute a pawl group.

As shown in figures 6-8 an inter-engaging embodiment of a three ratchet one-way clutch according to the present invention is proposed,

the front driven ratchet group consisting of a front driven ratchet group ratchet 52, a rolling body array 53 and a driven ratchet group support ring 54 is arranged on a pawl seat sleeve 60 in the pawl group;

a rear driven ratchet group consisting of a rear driven ratchet group ratchet 55, a rolling body array 56 and a driven ratchet group support ring 57 is arranged on a pawl seat sleeve 60 in the pawl group;

the driving ratchet wheel 51 and the pawl seat sleeve 60 are assembled and connected through a rolling bearing 61 and a rolling bearing 62, and the positions of the rolling bearing 61 and the rolling bearing 62 are fixed through holes by a clamp spring 63.

As shown in figures 6-10 is an inter-engaging embodiment of a three ratchet one-way clutch according to the present invention,

two end surfaces of the ratchet wheel 52 of the front driven ratchet group are not contacted with the driving ratchet wheel 51 and the rolling bearing 61 respectively, an inner hole of the ratchet wheel 52 of the front driven ratchet group is not contacted with the driving ratchet wheel 51, and a positioning key 71 is arranged on the ratchet wheel 52 of the front driven ratchet group;

two end surfaces of the rear driven ratchet set ratchet wheel 55 are not contacted with the driving ratchet wheel 51 and the rolling bearing 62 respectively, an inner hole of the rear driven ratchet set ratchet wheel 55 is not contacted with the driving ratchet wheel 51, and a positioning key 71 is arranged on the rear driven ratchet set ratchet wheel 55.

Referring to fig. 7, 9 and 10, in the embodiment of the inner engagement of the three-ratchet one-way clutch according to the present invention, the driving ratchet 51 controls the relative positions of the driving ratchet with respect to the front driven ratchet set ratchet 52 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 55 through the positioning slot 70 and the positioning key 71, and drives the front driven ratchet set ratchet 52 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 55 to rotate.

As shown in fig. 9, when the inner engagement embodiment of the three-ratchet one-way clutch proposed by the present invention rotates in the locking direction, the driving ratchet 51 rotates relative to the front driven ratchet set ratchet 52 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 55, after the ratchets of the front driven ratchet set ratchet 52 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 55 are axially overlapped with the ratchets of the driving ratchet 51, the driving ratchet 51 drives the front driven ratchet set ratchet 52 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 55 to rotate together under the action of the positioning slot 70, and the pawl 58 can be engaged with the tooth grooves of the driving ratchet 51, the front driven ratchet set ratchet 52 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 55.

As shown in fig. 10, when the inner engagement embodiment of the three-ratchet one-way clutch according to the present invention rotates in the idle rotation direction, the driving ratchet 51 rotates relative to the front driven ratchet set ratchet 52 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 55, after the tooth top surfaces of the front driven ratchet set ratchet 52 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 55 are axially complementary to the tooth top surface of the driving ratchet 51, the driving ratchet 51 drives the front driven ratchet set ratchet 52 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 55 to rotate together through the positioning slot 70, and the pawl 58 can continuously slide over the tooth top surfaces of the driving ratchet 51 and the tooth top surfaces of the front driven ratchet set ratchet 52 and the rear driven ratchet set ratchet 55.
