The non-linear metal track for the track lamp is characterized by comprising a non-linear track body and an insulating strip, wherein the non-linear track body is made of a metal material, a track groove is formed in the top of the non-linear track body, at least two clamping grooves arranged at intervals are formed in the groove bottom of the track groove, the number of the insulating strip is matched with the number of the clamping grooves, the insulating strip is installed in the clamping grooves, and the insulating strip is provided with a wire groove for installing a wire.

6. The non-linear metal track for a track lamp as set forth in claim 5, wherein when the cross-sectional shape of the wire groove is arc-shaped, the arc length of the wire groove is l, and pi ≦ l ≦ 1.3 pi.

The non-linear metal track according to claim 1, wherein the non-linear track body comprises at least two side plates and a support plate disposed between the two side plates, the track groove is defined between the two side plates and the support plate, and the engaging groove is disposed on a top surface of the support plate.

The non-linear metal track for track lamps as claimed in claim 7, wherein said non-linear track strip further comprises a bottom plate disposed below said support plate and spaced apart from said support plate, wherein the bottom ends of said side plates extend downward and are connected to the sides of said bottom plate, such that a cavity is defined between said bottom plate, the bottom ends of said side plates and said support plate.

9. A non-linear metal track for a track lamp as claimed in claim 8, wherein the bottom ends of the side plate portions are connected to the bottom plate portion perpendicularly or with a rounded transition.

The non-linear metal track for track lamp as claimed in claim 7, wherein the bottom ends of the two side plates extend downward to form an extension, the extensions of the two side plates are connected by a circular transition, and a cavity is defined between the extensions of the two side plates and the supporting plate.

Background

The track lamp is generally applied to illumination in a household or commercial environment, because the track lamp has the advantages of convenience in use and low construction cost due to the fact that the track lamp can be freely connected with a prolonged power supply track system and can be used for freely lighting positions or objects according to needs, and meanwhile, a plurality of lamps are connected to the power supply track to be synchronously powered and turned on.

Wherein, track is divided into straight line track and non-linear track for the track lamp, and at present, current non-linear track includes the insulation board and locates the copper of the both sides of this insulation board respectively, and the insulation board is used for separating the copper that is located its both sides, and one of them copper acts as the live wire, and another copper acts as the zero line, and lamps and lanterns are hung on this non-linear track through wearing to locate the pendant on this non-linear track to be connected with the copper electricity, in order to switch on lamps and lanterns, make lamps and lanterns can be lighted.

Because the non-linear track comprises the insulating plate and the copper plates arranged on the two sides of the insulating plate, the copper plates serving as the conducting wires and the support are exposed, so that the copper plates are easily oxidized to reduce the conductivity of the copper plates.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a non-linear metal track for a track lamp, wherein a built-in lead is not easy to be oxidized, and the conductive performance of the lead is ensured.

The purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

the integrated special-shaped track body is formed by bending and extruding a metal material, the top of the nonlinear track body is provided with clamping grooves for mounting insulating strips, each clamping groove is matched with one insulating strip, and each insulating strip is provided with a wire groove for mounting a wire, so that the integrated nonlinear track body is used as a support frame of a lamp, the increase of the whole size of the wire can be avoided, the cost is reduced, the manufacturing difficulty is reduced, meanwhile, the wire is arranged in the insulating strip in an embedded mode, the insulating and protecting effect is achieved, the wire can be protected, the wire is prevented from being oxidized, the conductive performance of the wire is guaranteed, and the conductive efficiency of the wire is improved; in addition, because every draw-in groove matches an insulated strip for two adjacent insulated strips components of a whole that can function independently set up, reduced the degree of difficulty of bending of insulated strip, be convenient for bend of insulated strip, thereby make the installation of insulated strip more convenient.
